I recently had the misfortune of staying at Falcon Inn during my visit to Niagara Falls. Regrettably, my experience was marred by a severe infestation of bed bugs, resulting in an utterly unpleasant stay that left me utterly disgusted and frustrated. Upon checking into my room, I initially didn't notice anything amiss. However, as the nights progressed, I started experiencing inexplicable itching and discomfort. It wasn't long before I discovered the horrifying truth: my bed was infested with bed bugs. It's evident that proper housekeeping protocols were not in place, allowing the bed bug infestation to thrive and compromise the comfort and well-being of guests. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of Falcon Inn. The risk of encountering bed bugs and enduring the subsequent physical discomfort and emotional distress simply isn't worth it. In conclusion, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare due to the severe bed bug infestation. I urge the hotel management to address this issue promptly and take necessary steps to prevent future occurrences. Until then, I implore travelers to avoid this establishment and seek out alternative accommodations that prioritize hygiene and guest well-being.

Shower was horrible. Washroom was dirty.. front desk not very friendly. We made a bad choice picking this last minute. Well, u get what u pay for tye price. Never going there again.

The manager of this motel should be ashamed of himself. A colleague and I were assisting a very elderly couple in need, and they could no longer walk so we seen a bench so they could sit for two mins. The manager comes cursing at my colleague and telling him he will call the cops on us. Okay it is a private property but would it kill you to have a heart and empathy.... Never stayed here but after that situation I would never ever stay there or reccomend it to others.

The room was fairly disgusting there is stains on the walls, the shower is appalling, the pillows on the bed were very dirty and obviously not cleaned.. luckily I had my own bedding and pillows.. and the people next door for the three nights I was there had their TV up lasting until 3 a.m. Horrible experience.

This hotel is awful I paid 400 for one night because it was a Saturday, I go to my room with my ex partner , the room smells like smoke the sheet weren’t washed right at all whatsoever , the remote for the tv was broken , also it get worst one of the lady’s found a bed bug in her room Do not go there unless you wanna deal with problems .

Worst Night of my life. Guy at the front desk seemed drunk. When we entered the room he gave us, there was already a lady sleeping in it. When we told him he didn’t really cared about it. Just gave us another room, where the beds weren’t made. No blankets and there were old blood stains und the sheets. We got a third room which still was pretty dirty. Couldn’t sleep knowing there could be someone getting into our room with the wrong key. Never felt so unsafe.

Worst place I've ever stayed at. firstly, the rooms were extremely dusty an the sheets had dirt marks on them, not clean at all. secondly, they put us right beside a loud family which were literally smoking crack outside their room. All the other rooms were empty? Like why. Thirdly, air conditioner didn't work properly, through a heat wave. Also they were fixing a leak an shut off the water for almost the whole day, didn't give us a heads up. Service was terrible old white guy at the front desk was rude... everyone else had there pool open but them. Lower your prices for such a dive of a place!

I would hav given 0 stars if i can this place was horrible It ruined my vacation and i would never ever recommend it to anyone i asked manager our AC was not working whole night we couldn’t sleep he was like its ok i will check later horrible experience

The bathroom door didn't close all the way . Water was driping from the faucet in the shower . On the good note ,it's in a good location. Just needs some updates and it would be good .

I’d shop around for somewhere else. Don’t let their photos on their website deceive you. The rooms are dirty, dried blood in sheets, dirty/black stains on walls, smell of smoke in the rooms. Bathroom was filthy and the bathroom window didn’t lock. The sheets were stained yellow with cigarette burns in the covers. Smoke detector had plastic bag over it-I’m assuming to prevent smoke detection from the previous “guests.” Parking lot is poorly lit and staff isn’t very helpful. Definitely consider going elsewhere. Left the same night we checked in. Be cautious, especially if you have family-room just seemed to have a history of “deals” going on. Avoid this place, surprised this “inn” hasn’t been shut down or inspected.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!! STAY AWAY! Infested with them. Switched rooms and still infested. I have been itching and swelling for a week and a half! It’s the lowest you can go, more sanitary sleeping in the street. There’s too much to write. DO NOT BRING ANY CHILD OR TODDLER! PLEASE READ MY WARNING.

Myself and family stay here for two night very low key very friendly and kind had the swing pool to our selfs and they kept checking on use the pool had a waterside had free wi-fi let the kids have one last swim when the pool was closing the owners kept it open for us to use one last time .

As soon I came to reception the person wasn't here and when he showed up he was drunk and couldn't talk to me in a clear voice. He was slurring. Worst place to come.

I went to bring coffee to my friends room, then the front desk went on to tell me and my friend was not welcome and that my friends had checked out last night... But this was bogus information.... As my friends just checked in the day before.... After just avoided the front desk and went to there room... And they were there... I don't know what to do as my friends are thinking of staying there at least the rest of the month...

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE I COME OUT OF TOWN TO ENJOY MYSELF AND GET AWAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THAT DIDNT HAPPEN IM HAVING TO CHECK OUT EARLY 1 DAY BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FILLED WITH BED BUGS, MY PARTNER WAS EATTEN ALIVE AND WE WERE UP ALL NIGHT SITTING ON THE CHAIRS WAITING FOR THE AM TO CHECK OUT.. ONCE OWNER WAS INFORMED HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID NO WAY THIS PLACE GOT BED BUGS. THIS PLACE HAS RUINED MY MOOD TO STAY OUT HERE TO DO SHOPPING

Booked room for week for employee , wife and to stay while working. They left early morning room was dirty stains in toilet and curtains exaust fan either moldy or extremely dirty and they open one drawer to find white powder residue drug substance. Had to pay upfront online to book week an they would not refund my money for rest of days. If they weren't so tired they would left that night. Only money I got back was 100.00 deposit and they kept the 7 day stay money.. The picture of room when I booked looked nothing like room they got. Have pictures and video of room condition. Guy had no interest compensate back for issue.

The rooms are not clean...bathroom shades were broken...dirty showers and broken handles on taps.....air conditioners smelling bad....floors not cleaned....found broken glass pieces on the bed...sheets were smelly as well.....rent only if you are desperate enough to not bother about all these things.... otherwise find some other place

Worse worst worst hotel i have ever seen Urine on all the flush seat … hairs on the sink and the shower … lot of spiders … i feel like i live in a horror space . The owner is very bad . He don’t know how to behave . Please dont visit here.

Room 5 might be the worst. The other rooms might be nicer? I'd recommend spending a little more to stay anywhere else. I regret not having gone tent camping at the KOA.

Very bad experience with hotel and hotel staff I book a room in this hotel for one night. Soon after I entered a room I check that microwave is broken and at the same time I inform the front desk about that. After 3 days I see the hotel deducted $100 from my credit card and send me an email it broke the microwave. Advice to everyone if you book a room in this hotel. Before putting your stuff inside the room check all equipment. It’s not the first time they do this to a customer
