Today was our first time at outback steakhouse. When we first walked in there was 4 other families ahead of us waiting to be seated because the host was nowhere to be found and so the only server on took time out of her already busy day to seat all 5 of us. The server seated us, took our ordered, made our alcohol drinks and served us. The server never once complained about being short staffed we just gathered that from hearing the server tell the new customers that came in “he’ll be right with you” then 5 minutes later the same customer’s still standing at the door so the server seated them as well. That continued for our entire stay. In fact we only saw the host seat one table the rest was all the server. There was a food runner who also worked really hard to get food out to the right tables as soon as possible she was very helpful. When our food came out it was so hot and amazing so great job to the cooks! At the end of our stay we stacks our plates and paid online so the server didn’t have to run the card back. We tipped 40% to show our appreciation to our server. As we were walking to the car the server ran outside to thank us. Moral of the story is our server, Erica, is hands down Amazing and so was the food!

Not sure how I almost gave up on Outback Steakhouse!!! Somehow made it up there after a minute and boy!!!!! food was too great. Guess I got inspired by someone's review and gave it a shot. Can't go wrong FAM. The b4 and after pics says it all.

Ordered, Bloomin onion, prime ribber, chippies, and some grog. Australia be damned, we did it better at outback. The food was yum. The atmosphere was clean, the service friendly. Decor was forgettable and generic, but in a good way! I forgot whether I was in Texas, longhorn, or outback until the food arrived. Immediately recognizable as the delicious Australian steakhouse after my first bite. I like the option to have a digital menu or a physical one.

Really enjoyed the experience at Outback. The food was outstanding. What can you say about the blooming onion,except that it's a deliciously addicting way to start your meal. The steaks were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. Our server was exceptional, attentive, and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and would be recommended.

Went for lunch with my wife and 2 year old. It was not very busy at all at the Greece, NY location, located on West Ridge Road. We were greeted and seated fine. Waiter came and was polite. Drinks and order were taken promptly. The kitchen staff, just POOR! No food at all came out until our onion appetizer (which was burned on the bottom outside) 30 minutes into sitting. We were told there was a kitchen staff error with the first one falling apart. Our meal still was NOT out 45 minutes into sitting. We had to ask to have the meal to go. The wait time was ridiculous and we will be dining else where in the future. Edit - The steak was dry when eaten at home and the chicken had no taste at all. Lackluster food quality!

One of the best experience’s! Went on a date night with my fiancé and the food was great I got a sirloin medium and he got the same but medium rare! The drinks were delicious as well! I want to show appreciation to the server we had! Our server Aleia always made sure we had everything we needed and if we asked for something it was brought to us right away! She was so sweet and polite. Definitely will be going back soon for another date night.

Yum yum yum.the coconut shrimp was so delicious the steak so tender the potatoes so juicey,the sandwiches oh so good, to the salad was mouth watering. Hats off to the chef 😋 oh how could I forget a must try THE WALLABY DARNED. Good darn job folks.

Great food, great service, but did not enjoy it to the fullest due to a dirty interior. The moment we walked in, the floors looked extremely greasy and in a great need to mop/broom/vacuum. There were huge dust rolls under the hostess’ desk that were pretty noticeable the moment you walk in. My chair had a nice big greasy spot... Again, delicious food and really nice service, but please, take into consideration how clean your place is for those visiting it. It is a four star review because of the dirty interior, otherwise, it would have been a full five star review.

I have been dining with, family and friends for the past several years and your employees Deb, Erica, Aleaha and Theresa at the Greece location make our visits very enjoyable. My family and I have a tradition where we all go to Outback Steakhouse together on Christmas Eve. We've always loved going here, but it's safe to say this was our best visit yet! Our waitress, Brandi, was incredible! She was so cheery and made sure that everyone at the table was satisfied with their orders. I was impressed with how attentive she is and her friendliness felt like visiting an old friend. Additionally, our food arrived quickly. Our meals were well prepared and portion sizes were good. Everyone at our table left full and happy! We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come. Thank you Brandi for your kindness and excellent service! :)

Let me just start off by saying, we came here because we got a gift card for Christmas its not a restaurant we go to often. I've been to an outback maybe 5 times my entire life. My server was Zona (AZ) and she gave us the absolute best service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. Better than any coursed meal restaurant I've been at. We told her our order once and that was that. She saw I was low on a drink, asked if I needed more and they came back without ice like I originally ordered, no clarification needed. She gave great options after she informed me the item I really wanted was out, and I chose one. It was spectacularly cooked. My fiances steak was undercooked, they sent it back and it was undercooked a second time but the third was perfect. Even after that AZ kept an eye out and continued being extremely professional. Every person that stopped at our table, made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. Personally, I think every single server could learn something from AZ!

I have several food allergies and felt so safe and taken care of by Brandy! Everything was so delicious, and they did an amazing job adapting the meal so it would be safe for me, which didn't compromise the taste. Brandy was very attentive and friendly, and definitely added to our amazing anniversary dinner!

Packed house tonight. I sat at the bat and had cold beer and the new Meatloaf. It was delicious. I recommend ordering it.

The quality of the food delivered to my house gives me faith in humanity. Excellent job! Porterhouse is excellent! Steak mac-n-cheese is excellent! The loaded mashed potatoes were even excellent! It was worth every penny

Brandi was our server and she was professional, attentive and friendly. She kept checking to assist us with anything we needed. It’s not often you get great customer service like we had tonight. More importantly, we were there to celebrate a birthday, so thank you Brandi for the outstanding service you provided!

wow. i was very impressed with the staff and the food was amazing. i ordered a steak salad and it was cooked perfectly. i did a takeout order and they took the time to separate the steak and salad so the salad doesnt get gross. everything was packed correctly and it was done 10 minutes early despite being a saturday night at 6 pm and packed. they actually CARE about their customers. i also ordered a dessert that stayed cool. i cant thank them enough for the care and attention to detail.

I had just come from Texas Longhorn across the street. They were very slow but I was never acknowledged and waited 15 minutes at the bar to order soup. Finally left, still without being acknowledged and drove to Outback just seconds away. I was greeted and seated immediately and had the great pleasure of having Erica as my server. She is so very sweet and friendly! She’s the kind of person that makes you want to come back again.

Brandy was the ABSOLUTE BEST! From start to finish she created a wonderful experience and atmosphere for my mom and I. We even noticed her going out of her way to calm down a little boy and move him to another part of the restaurant he wanted to eat at- so sweet! She even left us a little thank you note with our bill. She was wonderful and I’d love for her to be our server every time!

We had a great experience with our server Brandi. She went above and beyond for our family. Steaks were cooked perfect to order. Great value for a steak and lobster meal.

Our server, Brandy, on T/8/23 at the west ridge location was fantastic. She was witty, friendly, fast, offered and then corrected a mistake made by the kitchen (not her) and she was hustling and working at least 10 tables at a time with a smile on her face the entire time. We spoke with the manager, Theresa, to let her know about Brandy and her wonderful hospitality skills and were pleasantly surprised that Theresa was also fantastic.

I enjoy eating at Greece Outback at least once a week. Everyone works hard to make sure we have a great enjoyable dinner! Make sure to ask for Deb, Erica or Aleaha for an exceptional experience.

The last dining experience me and my family had was such a positive one. With a newborn baby, finding restaurants that will accommodate us is difficult. Eating out has been something we now shy away from. My husband saw an ad for a lunch special with options for both of us (as well as in our price range.) I am vegetarian, while he is not. With our family recently having grown finances are tight as well, but we decided to try somewhere new. When we arrived we were greeted instantly by the smiling hostess as well as an amazing aroma of homemade mashed potatoes (although my husband swears it was the smell of grilled chicken) the waitress was able to find us a table that would fit our car seat and we asked about the lunch specials. We were able to order lunch, appetizers and drinks all within our budget. The food was delicious, and served very quickly. To my surprise I even was able to bring home leftovers! We will definitely be returning! Our experience at the outback steakhouse has made us feel like a normal family again, and was well worth the visit

For years I have gone to Outback’s in many locations in upstate NY and the reason for that is their high standards. Not so at the Albany location on Wolf Rd. tonight. I always eat at the bar when I travel alone, it was not busy at all tonight . I ordered my steak med rare and a salad. A good 20 minutes pass and the manager delivers my steak, I asked him where my salad was, he went back to the kitchen and brought it to me with no apology. My steak was maybe medium but I could see the lack of any management qualities in this man and could not wait another 20 minutes for them to get it wrong again. The waiter /bartender was not engaged at all. I had to ask for pepper as well. My water glass was empty for I asked the waiter for more water he acknowledged and went on to wash glasses right in front of me. 60seconds or so later I asked again for water, I did get eventually. When I was leaving I asked to speak to the manager he came to the front to see me and I told him this is not the Outback experience I have been accustomed to, he said he was sorry that’s it, remember this is the same person who never brought out my salad. The hostess was actually more apologetic and sincere, as I left I told her you should be running the restaurant. So I can see the old Outback satisfaction guaranteed is no more.

Friendly, welcoming service with no wait time. Our server was attentive, informative and very friendly. Appetizer (Bloomin Onion) was nice and crisp! Entre/s served fresh, hot and perfectly cooked to order. Highly recommend this Outback on W. Ridge Rd for a well deserved meal with friends and family. Thank you to everyone who worked that day for the exceptional expirence you gave to my family. We enjoyed every minute and every bite!!

The 2 dining experience I have had at this location was like a family dinner then a night out! Great food and so many laughs. It was fabulous big s/o to our server Alicia, your the bomb! Conley was the best server ever!! we had a delicious time at this outback steak house with some tasty drinks and even tastier food!! to top it all off the silverware was actually clean and polished and they clean their tables well using paper towels instead of the the same old dirty rag. I'll definitely be coming back here in hopes that the gentleman Conley will serve us again.

We ate really early, which maybe was the problem. We ordered prime rib medium and I'm pretty sure it was well done. It seemed boiled. The herbs on the edge were good. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were leftover from yesterday. They were dry and had little flavor. The broccoli and side salad were fantastic. The bloomin' onion was good and hot. The brown bread was decent with tasty whipped butter. I got a lobster tail which was a bit small but tasty with the melted butter. My boyfriend was very disappointed about the money he spent.

Ashley Z did an excellent job serving us tonight; She settled for nothing but perfection for us. When my sister had a bad steak, she got the chef to bring out a good one and had her watch to see if it was good. 😂 My food was perfect and I had no complaints.

I took my parents out to dinner to outback none of us had ever been there prior to out dinner. We decided to go in a Friday evening and despite the place being slammed the service was phenomenal. Especially our server, Alicia H. She was pleasant, and had a sense of humor witch we enjoyed and appreciated.

Everything was absolutely perfect! It was my boyfriend's first time here and he loved it too.this is one of my favorite places to go. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. New York strip and lobster tail were fantastic.y boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the chicken strips and mashed potatoes he got. Definitely will come back once I get another paycheck :)

It was our Server who made this Outback Steakhouse a better than I have had in the Western half of the United States. I believe that the people who are from the Greater Rochester, grow up with great service, so they often bring that to whichever restaurant they work for. I was celebrating with the lady I hope to marry soon, so I got an 8 oz Steak with my eggs over easy and french toast for my bread. The food was great and breakfast is a new thing for Outback Steakhouse.

Great experience from wait time to leave time. Waitresses worked well together to serve ten people. Food came out good temp and tasty. Music wasn't too loud. I could have a conversation without yelling to the end of the table. It was definitely a good choice.

My kids and I enjoyed our steak and vegetables. The waitress and staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. Our food came out at a reasonable time and was hot and delicious. Any needs we had were met.

Had dinner with my husband tonight for date night. The food was delicious as always, but the experience was made so much better by our server Ashley (AZ!) She was so nice and attentive, and even though it was a busy Saturday night she didn't try to rush us through our meal. It was the beat service we've had in a really long time!

Brandi our server was amazing she brought us things before we even asked for it. She was extremely friendly and nice and she made our dining experience so fun. The food was great as well and we will definitely be back!

4 out of 9 people received there food done the absolute wrong way and it had to get sent back. My steak was so tough I couldn't even put my fork through it. We ordered blooming onion and wings for an appetizer and the onion was soaked with grease and so salty we couldn't eat it. The wings were breaded and tasted like boxed frozen wings. Definitely not worth what they charge. Although there were many mistakes the manager did remove one dinner from the bill and gave me a free steak to go home with. It was a birthday celebration for my son. I just wish the food was done properly and was better quality. We probably will not be returning to dine unfortunately.
