Unique items, each is artistically created and presented--the shop has a friendly atmosphere but the vibe is upscale and gentle. Prices are within reach, nothing seems overpriced. They wrap your purchase, question your preferences at every step so you feel respected. You might wonder if you stepped into a shop in Toronto of a boutique in NYC! Delightful place.

Nice place with a lot of reasonably priced cute things. They have some great stickers and a lovely store cat! The lady working was very nice and friendly and even offered to wrap our purchases as gifts for free! (which she did a wonderful job on!) I will be back if I am ever up in Buffalo again!

This place has a really great variety and quality of hand made art and what not. The cashier showed us a book of things to do in Buffalo since we mentioned we are visiting. Super friendly staff. And of course, marshmallow was adorable!!!! Prices were better than some other shops/boutiques in the area so i highly recommend stopping in for a visit.

Thin Ice is a reasonably-priced and welcoming shop in the heart of Elmwood Village with a friendly feline greeter who accepts pets. The folks here are incredibly kind and welcoming. I recommend this shop for gifts and/or souvenirs!
