excellent
rental
experience.
I
rented
a
2
BR
for
2
years
from
2021-2023
and
was
completely
happy
here.
Things
I
liked:
the
location,
the
building
itself,
and
(most
importantly)
the
people
I
dealt
with.
TL;DR
:
rent
here
if
you
can.
Location:
it's
close
enough
to
e.g.
Salt
City
market,
Clinton
Square,
and
at
least
3
great
coffee
shops.
Five
minute
walk
at
most.
And
it's
far
enough
so
that
it
is
quiet
at
night.
Optimal,
as
they
say.
Building:
it
is
a
refurb
office
building
to
which
the
owners/managers
paid
a
great
deal
of
attention
and
cash
to
do
it
right.
Things
you
can
see:
the
place
is
just
nice:
well
designed
and
well
maintained.
Things
you
can't
see:
they
spent
lots
up
front
on
the
HVAC
to
ensure
good
air
flow
(think
COVID
mitigation),
the
in-unit
washer-dryers
are
top
quality
with
top
line
plumbing
(think
reliability).
If
problems
arise,
they
get
fixed
pronto.
So
first
rate
design
and
maintenance.
People:
the
best
for
last.
I
dealt
mostly
with
Erica
and
Gregg
who
are
great
people.
Smart,
nice,
effective,
communicative.
Any
questions
or
issues
were
simply
addressed
and
fixed.
These
guys
were
always
available
and
always
helpful.
Kudos
to
them
for
making
my
stay
a
real
pleasure.
Summary:
This
is
a
first
rate
rental
experience,
just
excellent
value
for
the
rent
paid.
If
you
can
get
a
unit
here,
grab
it.
Unreservedly
recommend.
