This was the worst experience of my life. "Luxury" apartments is a joke... they are so outdated, my fridge didn't stay closed, my dishwasher didn't work, the whole apartment smelled like rat pee. Told landlord about the smell and nothing was done. Started staying with a friend for a while because the smell was unbearable. The neighbors were obnoxiously loud. Went to get security back, got nothing because of "damage". Impossible when I wasn't even staying there most of the mistake of a lease. Do yourself and your family a favor and find somewhere else!!

family in my building have 3 kids and runs a day care on the side. They are the only ones you can hear in the building. Complained to the Office nothing was done. The guy or kid down stairs smokes week can smell it all over my bathroom. Complained to the office nothing was done, Its a white lower middle class hood. You can find better.

Overpriced and outdated. Had to move out of our apartment due to a ton of mold under the kitchen sink and cupboards. Landlord moved us to a bigger apartment in the same building and offered us a deal on it (for the inconvenience of me, my husband, and 7 month old baby paying out of pocket to stay in hotel bc mold was so bad.) ended up charging us MORE for what the same apartments were being listed at on Craigslist. Washer and dryer broken for weeks at a time. They just want your money. They don’t want to provide a healthy and clean environment that they love to overcharge for. Really. Look for a different apartment to move into because you will leave this place at a loss.

What a JOKE….grandson has been waiting for almost 2 years for a air conditioning unit to be replaced. Tired of hearing it will be done next week…quit blowing smoke up our rear end….see you in court

Currently a tenant and once my lease is up, I'm out of here. The management of Birgo Realty are absolutely non-responsive. They had blacktop grinded in our parking lots and never had the common sense or consideration to inform me ahead of time (like they do for rent every month before it's due!) and the particles from the blacktop covered my brand new truck. I also emailed 3 different people in management about my 30 year old appliances that sometimes don't work and leak and I still haven't even received a simple response let alone change them. $1200 a month for a severely outdated apartment is unacceptable.
