Avanti was beyond amazing. Raquel answered all my questions, tried to accommodate all my crazy ideas, but also gave me honest feedback about what would be best without making me feel dismissed. Any time that I needed to get in touch with someone at Avanti, I received a response almost immediately which was super impressive. Being an out of town bride I was nervous about logistics, but everything went seamlessly because Avanti runs a tight ship and pays attention to every small detail! The food tasting was over the top in the best way possible. Such a fun event, and it was nice to be able to talk with other brides and share ideas. The food was top notch. My guests raved about the cocktail hour spread. The fire pits and patio off the ballroom were a perfect hangout space for non-dancers. We were able to bring lawn games too. Our photographer took a picture from the top of the stairs of everyone at our wedding, which I loved! The to-go coffee station was smart, and even included little donuts. I was able to drop off all the decor for my wedding several days before, and they helped set up way more than I expected! From start to finish, nothing but amazing.

Avanti made our wedding day so special! From the very beginning, Raquel, our event planner was so great with answering all my questions quickly via email. The food was amazing, and as far as I know, our day went smoothly. The only thing that didn't go as planned was the weather. We were planning to be in the garden but it rained and we had to move inside the tent. We were very sad about this but they did a great job of making it look beautiful for our ceremony and brought in a white flower wall. Our day of Coordinator was great too and made everything go as planned. We also stayed in their mansion with some of our wedding party and it was so beautiful and nice to not have to deive anywhere. It truly was the best day of our lives.

Working at Avanti as a photographer was fantastic. The staff were SO accommodating and friendly, the bride had to switch the ceremony inside last minute due to rain and the coordinator did not pressure her and gave her the info and space she needed to make her own decision. She handled the changes swiftly and with such grace. All the servers and bartenders were super professional and lovely and of course the venue itself is gorgeous! I absolutely hope to work here again!

Avanti Mansion provided the two most important things we sought in a wedding venue; an iconic location for both a ceremony and reception, and delicious food! Avanti Mansion's Japanese Garden venue is nothing short of epic and perfectly set the mood for our fantasy themed wedding! Kelly was amazing to work with and generously allowed us a second tour to see their garden and tent in-person since we initially booked in the winter. Avanti is so much more than just a venue; they are an award-winning caterer and also provide full bar service, a cookie/milk bar, and have options for additional food stations. Depending the day/season of one's wedding they also offer additional perks! Our wedding was June, 23, 2023, and as it was a Friday wedding we received a free evening food station as well as a sizeable credit towards stationary purchased through their partner vendor. We also took advantage of their Wed & Breakfast deal where us and some of our wedding party spent the night in the beautiful historic mansion. It was wonderful not needing to drive after a night of partying and being able to be with everyone again first thing in the morning! One piece of advice I would like to offer to anyone booking with Avanti is that if you plan on getting dressed on-site and having a first-look/group photos captured before the ceremony, schedule to arrive at least 3 hours before your ceremony time. We only had 2 hours and cut it very close due to dress malfunctions. Anything can happen and it's best to give yourself as much time as possible. Avanti Mansion is a true gem of Western NY and I hope more couples are able to celebrate the wedding of their dreams there!

Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing thanks to the staff at Avanti. We got married in the Library in 07/08/23. Kelly made planning so easy and Becca was the best suite host. The food was amazing. There are so many options to choose from and you can even add on additional items. Simple and elegant is the best way to describe Avanti. I would recommend any couple who is getting married to check out Avanti!

Avanti was an amazing place to have our wedding. The ceremony was in the library courtyard, and the reception in the library. This space was perfect for our 88 person wedding. Raquel was great to work with and made planning easy. Also having her there as our day-of coordinator made things stress-free for us on the big day. The food and drinks were excellent and the guests were raving about them. I would recommend Avanti!

A huge shout out to Raquel and the staff who helped bring our dream wedding to life. The Avanti Mansion and staff went above and beyond to help make our day as stress free as possible. From little visits at the mansion to detail the day out, to making sure our itinerary for the day went along as smooth as possible. And to top everything off the food was amazing and our friends and family continuously bring it up. From the hors d'oeuvres to the main course everything was amazing. The one minor inconvenience we had was not being able to enter the mansion earlier than 2 hours before the ceremony so we had to get ready elsewhere. We knew that before we paid our deposit so we were able to make our own plans. All in all if you're looking for a venue with an affordable budget, amazing staff that care, and even more amazing food in the Buffalo area, this is the place to be.

Such great work from the start to the end. I worked with Raquel from the start and she was always quick to help and answer questions. The staff the day of was amazing. They ran around making sure everyone was good! Absolutely turned out beautiful and made our dream wedding come true. We had our wedding in the Library. An intimate space but sooooo stunning. I saw this venue first and I tried looking at other places, but fell in love.

Let me start by saying WOW. This venue is the whole package deal! They plan, they decorate, they supply the food, the drinks, the decor EVERYTHING!! I didn’t have to lift a finger other than telling them my vision which they excelled at!! My wedding day and planning was an absolute breeze thanks to this team!! Book them immediately if you haven’t already they so so so much to offer ! I was so in love and happy with their staff.

We were at Avanti Mansion for a wedding. There are a couple building as we were on the newer one on the right when you pull in. Get layout and décor. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was above average for weddings we have been to (especially the fillet). Large patio area and plenty of unique spots for some great photos. Would recommend for one's big day or for any other celebration (at least from a guest perspective).
