Hey, I applied for these apartments about 3 weeks ago. The apartments are nice, roomy and seems like a nice area to live. But please beware the landlord is one greedy character. Read and I emphasize that with extreme caution "Read the lease before you give them any $$$, or sign any papers to this property. The owners have no regards for their tenents, once you read that 25- 30 page contract you will understand why I wrote this review. BEWARE!

We have lived a wonderful year here at Renaissance place! The professionalism of the staffs was amazing and especially Erika and Roger were always there to help us. Everything was maintained to so well and especially I was so grateful for excellent snow patrolling during the heavy snow season of Buffalo. This place is so quiet and safe for kids, and really close to all the marts and shops. Also, great schools and beautiful parks are nearby. My colleagues who have lived here really recommended this place, and I would do the same thing for my friends!! Thank you for giving us wonderful memories living here!

I moved here five years ago after my husband died. I have never regretted it. It was a really good decision. I love my apartment. It is beautiful, bright, and roomy. The ceilings are high, and the windows are large. My floor plan is terrific, with the master bedroom and bath on one side, the kitchen and living area in the middle, and the other bedrooms and bath well on the other side. The amenities and maintenance are excellent. The management is congenial and efficient. The rent, though, is high and has been raised by appreciable amounts since I moved here. I do hope they never price me out.

We spent an amazing 3 years at Renaissance and can appreciate now even more how incredible it is to live there. Erika is the most amazing property manager who takes care of all of the residents like a mom. Roger and Matt were so conscientious when it came to anything related to maintenance. After sadly having to move due to a work transfer, we miss living here so much. Living anywhere else and renting or even owning puts things even more in perspective as to actually how excellent the quality of life is living at Renaissance. This place is the Gold standard and anyone who has the pleasure of living here is very fortunate!!!

Great staff supports quality lifestyle at Renaissance — When my wife and I decided to relocate back to WNY, we looked for a rental community with these important factors 1) quality living space to help us to adjust to a downsized lifestyle, with walkable grounds green space 2) location in the midst of Amherst's great restaurants shopping, and close to the airport and 3) a community inclusive of a range of ages, lifestyles, occupations activities, as well as pet-friendly. From our first meeting with Erika, we were impressed by how much care was given to making us feel welcome. We had reservations about moving to a rental community after owning a home for many years Erika answered all our questions eased our anxieties. We had a lot of emotion leaving our old home, but Erika the entire Renaissance staff, with their welcoming encouraging attitudes, helped us see our move as an adventure opportunity to try new things. Roger, head of the Maintenance Team, and his staff were really terrific in helping us get settled. They are always on-the-spot. They worked with us to make some tweaks to personalize our space – it was so appreciated. We're glad we chose Renaissance as our back-to-Buffalo community. We love being able to walk to restaurants stores, seeing people walk their dogs and children in the playground, using the office fitness facilities, and feeling in the midst of Amherst's bustling life. We also appreciate the dedication Erika, Roger and all the staff place in responding to residents' needs cares in a positive way.

Very nice location with lots of stores nearby. Quite place for families with young kids. It is also a good place for retired people. Good public schools nearby. The best thing here is the maintenance manger, Roger. He is very friendly and responsive with decades of experience. When something goes wrong in the apartment, Roger is there to get things back up and running like a new apartment. Honestly, the apartment headquarter needs to get him more people to make him have some breaks. He looks too busy whenever I see him. Gabby is also very friendly and professional person in the office. I haven't much interacted with her, but I feel she is very professional and knowledgeable. She will answer your questions and help you if you need any. Some notes: the facility is pet friendly, it can be painful if you are allergic to pets. If you love pets, then this is the best place you can get in the area.

I Hear amazing things about this place, only downside is my friend that lives there says he was forced to use spectrum for their WiFi, even though FiOS is available. Fiber optics or old copper, if it was truly a luxury apartment you’d have the luxury to get FiOS just my opinion though

We turned in a maintenance request in the morning regarding trouble with a kitchen faucet and they installed a new one within a few hours. Mike Passino, the maintenance manager, did a fine job.

After selling our house, we moved into these apartments 3 years ago and we love it here! Our spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a large attached garage is just perfect for us. We have a patio that faces the courtyard and we enjoy watching the kids on the playground and basketball court. We have a small gas grill and we enjoy cooking out and do not mind having to store the propane tanks in a special place. We use their pool and exercise facility and look forward to the resumption of the summer picnic and Christmas dinner functions. Ericka and her office staff are very congenial and responsive to our needs. The maintenance team of Roger and Matt are always there when you need them and very friendly. This place is perfectly situated to all the restaurants and shopping on Transit Road plus walking distance to Kohl's, Target, Wegman's and Lowe's. We searched far and wide before we chose Renaissance and we are sure glad we picked them!
