Had a great experience for this Sleep study. Much better than others Ive had in the past. The rooms are really nice, carpeted and clean. You have your own bathroom whereas other places you have to share a jack and jill bathroom. I have a neck and back injury so I cant sleep in bed, they made sure to have a nice recliner put in the room for me which Im really thankful for. It would've been a very painful night without it. Megan was awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. She explained a lot of things to me about the test and my machine setup. When I was woke up she explained what she could see from the data and said they'll do a full review and setup my next appt. Im definitely glad I was given their name as I was going thru another place and it was hard to even contact them. If you need a sleep study in lab this is definitely the place to go. Update, 2nd study with Cpap/Bipap So I went for my 2nd study this time using a cpap and later a bipap. Ive been using a Cpap for over 20 yrs and over the last 7 months my sleep has gotten worse and my machine is not able to give me relief. Hence the sleep studies. I was happy to get there and Find Megan was my therapist again. She greeted me with a smile and a big hello! She's great at her job, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Just knowing she was there was a huge relief! On my 1st visit she took the time to understand and listen to all of the issues I was having and to give me info on y some of this was happening, She took the time to look at my app for my cpap to see what I was dealing with nightly. It was not a great night for my sleep tho. This time I had trouble with mask fit, and she switched them 3 different times and I finally got to sleep. Her attention to mine and the other 2 patients there was great. She was very attentive and made sure to do all that she could to get my data recorded properly. Just knowing that all of this data was being recorded was a big relief bc this is what I go thru every night. If u need a sleep study and ur in the Lockport area this is a great place to have it done. Ive stated b4 that many of my other sleep studies with other companies have been less than productive! Techs not knowing what they're doing or just very unpersonable! Thank you again Megan I appreciate everything and all of ur help.

Our technicians was very pleasant and patient. She was knowledgeable and she set my son up very quickly. She informed him of what she was doing prior to doing it and he was relaxed. The rooms were cleaned and put together neatly.our overall experience was great. I felt my son was in great care.

Overall experience good, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They answered questions and concerns I had. The site was clean. Suggestions for enhancement A bottle of water at the bedside, I forgot to bring one and on my way out I noticed a water dispenser but no cups. A cooler room for those who prefer less heat when they sleep. A self serve beverage center on the way out with coffee, tea, juice or water. Both times I was not fully awake and if I just had a beverage and a few minutes to sit and feel more alert I wouldn't have felt jittery on my drive home. Better security, you can just walk in without anyone buzzing you in during checking. Not a safe environment for clients or staff. I worried about this in today's world of attacks. The same safety concerns when leaving before dawn. No one watching you get safely to your car in an area that your not familiar with. It's the little things that help everyone in the process of going through a study. Thank you.

I was nervous going into it, especially after reading the reviews, but i had a wonderful experience. the technician i had was SO kind and sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. the bed was comfortable, the blanket was a little thin but i had also brought my own blanket from home and my own pillow. i had no issues at all and was very grateful for my experience!

The technician was wonderful, but the bedding was disgusting! There was small pubic hairs on the inside sheets and glue from previous stickers put on legs. The pillow cases had oil or drool stains. The top sheet also had make up stains on it. I probably should have said something but didn't. I removed the hairs with a tissue and thankfully brought my own blanket and pillow.

I was skeptical to do the study, but was made to feel at ease by Jonathan the tech. He explained everything very thoughtful and relaxed. The room was comfortable and the facility very clean. I ended up with a pretty good night's sleep.

Lets start by saying the tech on duty was absolutely great and she helped me kindly with each challenge… However the process of testing is the same as when I made the attempt 20+ years ago. Very uncomfortable and makes the idea of sleeping quite difficult. Getting up to go to the bathroom was a logistical nightmare… Carrying wires, control center and dragging behind wires 50 ft to a shared bathroom location lit up like an airport runway was not conducive to falling back asleep. TV setup adjacent to same wall the bed was jammed up against led to an impossible viewing and aid to falling asleep. When its your normal aid to falling asleep, its a direly missed tool. I felt like I was awake more than I was asleep through the night, which I feel will result in bad data. Just as it resulted some 20+ years ago, when I felt a breathing aid was required for proper O2 at night. My original request was for a home test which I know does not provide near the data but I feel it would have provided true results in what would have been a much more comfortable environment. Seems like I was driven into the lab because of a financial office gain vs my personal request. I will wait for the report/results but I am weary they will show the true data needed to make a professional decision.

Hi,we are exhausted. Infinitous had a rough night sleep. It was per usual though however, he is suffering discomfort. It is probably because he doesn't need as much oxygen atnight He didn't during the study His throat seems irritated since early Monday Morning. The matanance light came on Tuesday night. We trouble shot the issue over the phone v don't think he is seriously hypoxic but I think a CPAP would be a healthy alternative because he does stop breathing during sleep at night. I did awake before to notice his temp was low. There is another point, he was not at home,. He had the tech that needed to come in and administer the test. He was the most polite kind tech I've met out of EEG Techs Sleep apnea techs and surgical tech including my son in law that's a surgical tech. He did have a couple questions that a lot of people ask such as does my husband help me. I know he is concerned because I'm single.we are going through evaluations to get in home nursing and or an aid. I choose to be single to focus on Infinitous also I don't want to put another person through the intrusive questuoning. That often breaks up marriages and families of people with special needs. Lori

There wasn’t comfortable position with all the wires and shifting of head gear. The nose and mouth gear was more comfortable but it leaked and the sound and of the air and feeling it blowing in my eyes woukd wake me up. There has to be better contact paste to use on the head. I felt hair being ripped out of my head when removing the wires., and I saw clumps of hair on the bed and at home in the shower. I have thin hair to begin with and the yankinh hair out danaged the hair roots. Two of my sons have had had the test and neither of them experienced what I did and they have long hair worn in a braid. I would not recommend your company to anyone,. However, the one redeeming factor was Luis the Respiratory Therapist who tried to adjust things for me and was profession al and set me at ease regarding the system and wires.
