This
time
around
was
not
too
pleased.
I
did
an
online
order
and
then
drove
there.
The
app
asks
to
order
asap
or
you
can
request
the
time.
I
request
a
time
half
hour
from
when
i
placed
my
order.
I
am
giving
3
stars
only
for
this
day..
they
were
very
disorganized
and
not
sure
what
was
going
on
with
who's
order
...
finally
after
15
mins
of
waiting
to
be
recognized.
One
of
the
team
members
called
me
and
overlooked
my
order
then
they
started
to
print
online
orders
...
I
will
tell
you
I
never
saw
a
team
member
be
so
embarrassed
as
I
did
that
day
I
will
not
lie
they
had
to
print
the
online
report
3
times.
It
looked
like
5
orders
at
a
time
came
out.
The
manager
was
there
but
she
didn't
acknowledge
any
of
the
customers.
As
she
was
telling
the
employees
to
get
this
or
that.
I
was
advised
by
a
couple
that
did
a
walk-in
order
that
the
manager
had
told
her
we
have
about
5
new
employees
sorry
for
the
wait...
Then
when
that
couple
received
their
order
before
all
the
online
orders...
they
sat
down
to
check
their
order.
Their
order
was
missing
items
and
they
where
given
the
wrong
items.
It
had
never
been
that
Chaotic
in
there
before.
This
is
why
only
3
stars
were
given.
Maybe
next
time
I
go
I
can
change
my
stars.
