We’ve eaten here numerous times over the years and have always been delighted with the fantastic service, absolutely delicious appetizers, salads, main courses and of course the delectable desserts. Last night was no exception! Our server, Tess, provided 5 star service! Our meals pictured below were definitely the best meals we have had in a long time. Lovely fresh produce, their ever-popular cheese bread, succulent shrimp and scallops in their pasta and a scrumptious Mediterranean chicken dinner. All in all a 10 out of a 10. I can definitely recommend the Sandstone Grillhouse!!

Very pleased with our dinner experience here with my family for our summer visit to the Falls. We had the calamari, lobster tails, seafood trio and steak. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, fresh and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the sautéed mushrooms which was my favourite! The kids enjoyed their Mac and Cheese and fries. Our server Brandy was very amazing and attentive! We would definitely return again for dinner the next time we visit again.

Brought the whole family here and this place did not disappoint. The food here was spectacular. Most of us got the 3 course meal. The crab cakes were the best crab cakes I’ve ever tasted. The calamari was also very good! The steaks were cooked to perfection. The dessert was also very good. Overall a great meal.

Delicious food and excellent service! We celebrated our first year anniversary in Niagara Falls and after a bit of searching we decided to have dinner here. It did not disappoint. We shared crab cakes, lamb shank and fillet mignon. Everything was delicious. Our server was quick and attentive. Parking was available off the street and free which is nice. Will definitely come back to try other menu items!

Came here thanks to the reviews. Maybe Expectations were too high. Nevertheless , a quiet ,calm dining experience overall. Randy our server,did a great job ,being professional as well as caring at the same time. Paid attention to the details very well. Lamb shank was her suggestion and O my Lord ,it was so well done,literally fell off the bone right in front of my eyes while she placed it in front of me on the table. The Pasta needed more body texture ,the sauce was all falling off the Fettuccini. Expected a little better being an Italian restaurant Drinks were not at all good.. Brandy remembered that my best half is intolerant to eggs and so she did not bring in any desert on the table as our anniversary treat. Instead she got us a Specialty coffee with Baileys in it. Love you Brandy for paying attention girl. Overall experience could be better Lamb shank definitely won the prize on our table.

So we ended up stopping in on a Sunday night. Ordered the fried goat cheese balls, which was decent if you need a snack. Lamb shank for $37.00 was totally tough and de thawed, over cooked also which is hard to accomplish. The reviews also have high reviews on the lamb. I also hade the fettuccine which was totally nuked and the pasta was half raw and tough. Drinks where also off. For $160.00 bucks I could have way better food and drinks else where. Happy staff though.

Really nice restaurant and the food is nicely presented and delicious. I came here to celebrate my birthday. Ordered from the prix fix menu. Everything was scrumptious. I especially loved the French onion soup and my 6oz filet mignon. Very nice server too!

Great experience dining at Sandstone Grillhouse. I did my research looking at fellow Google reviews and they did not disappoint. Food and service was excellent. COVID protocols were in place (dined Friday August 20th 2021, 8PM reservation) but place was clean and staff wore masks. Pretty sure the owner came to even check in to ensure we were being taken care of. Overall fabulous experience and would highly recommend. 👌 Quick side - they have a wonderful Price Fixe menu that you should take advantage of. Ranging in $39/$49/$59 for a selection of starters/entrée (which dictate the price)/and dessert. Also the kids menu is the same but for $12 and the portions and quality are really top notch. Great dinner & great value! We had an amazing time at this restaurant. Servers were friendly & prompt. Dinner came out hot & delicious! The ambiance is very romantic & is very close to many hotels! Will definitely return!

This place is our new date night go to! Our server Karen was great. She was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. My fiancé had the lamb shank with vegetables and the meat melted off the bone. I had the NY strip with vegetables and it was cooked exactly to my liking. We were extremely impressed with the overall experience. Win/win for food and service!

Night out we sat at the bar first for a cocktail then we got seated, Megan was our server it was a pleasure having such great service! We both had the twin lobster tails completely cooked to perfection so tender , complements to the chef. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine can’t wait to come back . Thanks Megan for taking such good care of us .

ABSOLUTELY BEST RESTAURANT IN NIAGARA FALLS!!! My only regret is we did not find this place sooner. My husband and I ate here for our last night in Niagara Falls and it was spectacular. The host sat us quickly and we were greeted by our server, who was so attentive and friendly. Our entrée was personally delivered by the restaurant's owner, who made sure everything was perfect and to our liking. The food was impeccably presented, fresh and delicious. My husband said his lobster tail was the best he had ever eaten. I had Chicken Parmigiano which was amazing. We had eaten at alot of other places before here which were overpriced and the quality of food was subpar. Break free from the tourist trap...the ambiance, the quality of food, the caring nature of the staff and the price tag will make you happy you did. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the food before we ate. The portions were generous and we had a lot of leftovers.

Perfect lunch or dinner place away from the busy Niagara Falls crowd yet it’s still walking distance should you decide to take a walk after dinner. The food was fresh and very tasty. The crab cakes were amazing, moist and fresh taste. Salmon and steak dishes were large portion after their amazing appetizers, you’ll def take some leftovers home.

Absolutely great place for a romantic or special event dinner. We have a dog and being out with her on the patio with us was just amazing - we don't get to do that often. Kids loved food and of course the desserts (icecream). Portions are well suited and prices are slightly more than what you'd spend on a regular basis but worth it if you're visiting Niagara Falls as a tourist or just sightseeing during a day trip. Looking forward to visiting Sandstone Grillhouse again in the future.

Great Restaurant close to the niagara falls with outstanding customer service and great food. Restaurant is only 10min walking from the falls. Restaurant offers a pre fix dinner menu for a great price. Kids menu is also diverse and inexpensive. Make sure to do reservation to limit the wait time. Lamb shank was amazing full of flavor. The steak was well made. Calamari as an appetizer is a go to. Kids had no complaints about their food. They really enjoyed the ice cream offer with the kids food.

This was an excellent choice to dine at Sandstone Grillehouse. The food was was absolutely delicious and my wife and I will return on our next trip to the Falls. She had a Steak and I had the Lamb Shank. In addition we had the garlic Shrimp and Greek Salad and desert. Outstanding.

After checking all the online reviews we to have a family dinner and I must say we were not disappointed at all. From the time we walked in to the time we ate and left everything was great..good experience very courteous, very knowledgable stuff. We had crispy calamari, ceased salad as starters followed by chicken Parmesan, Mediterranean goat cheese chicken, tortellini Rose. Cooked to perfection..

PSA from my wife: this is the place with the COW ON TOP. Lovely classic interior and atmosphere with the nostalgic aroma of a good quality steak house. We ordered the crab cakes, chicken cordon Bleu and 12oz ribeye and were not disappointed. The crab cakes were all crab and no filler or potatoes or fish, and the mains came shortly after finishing our shared starter showing quick detail and attention to our table. The steak was cooked to perfection and tender though could use a bit more salt to my taste. Definitely a place we will come back to for the full prix fix menu next time.

Amazing family restaurant! Mary gave us a top notch service. The food was amazing, and delicious. The home environment, the music that was just at the right volume, all together created for us an amazing experience. Danny the owner is an amazing and caring person was making sure that we're satisfied. the restaurant run as family business. I highly recommend the 4 dish course, we took the t bone steak and the lamb shank. Such experience I rarely have, the price was fair and we enjoyed to the fullest ♥️
