Went to visit Brasa for the first time in Niagara after hearing lots of great things from friends. When we first stepped in none of the servers acknowledged us or spoke to us. We were seated in the back section and noticed that is where most of the Black and non-white customers were placed. We sat at our table for a while before our server finally approached us to take our drinks order. He didn’t even acknowledge us when we were seated and we had to stare him down before he took our order. The server didn’t provide any information about the self-serve options which we had to ask about (since this was my first time here and my friend hadn’t been since the pandemic). Some of the people serving meats didn’t offer us any (even though our cards were up facing the green side) and we only saw 3 meats throughout the entire dinner. The worst part of the meal was the quality of the food. I’ve heard about how amazing their meats were but it didn’t meet my expectations. The steaks were tough and hard to chew while the chicken was dry. The drinks were strong (which is good considering the price but could’ve been mixed better….tasted mostly like watered down alcohol). The dessert was pretty good. We had the crème brûlée cheesecake and I don’t have any complaints (thankfully ☺️). Overall I would not visit Brasa again or recommend it to people i know because it’s honestly not worth the price. We paid over $200 for two people to receive rude treatment from all the staff and the food wasn’t even that good lol.

The lamb and three of the steak choices were very good! The salad bar, if you notice has large diameter bowls of useless things like olives, pickles that were Old and hardly anyone touches! The horrible taste like cardboard, prepared salads! Taboulie, "Brazilian rice" and dry collard greens were an Insult!!!!! The smoked salmon, seafood salad and seafood ciopino was just okay. Fortunately, they had a great variety of vinegars that I tried to resuscitate that disaster!!! $70 for this is an insult. The atmosphere and the band is enjoyable! The meats are Not wood fire grills anymore, only cooked on gas!!!

We saw the sign as we drove up to the Hilton at Niagara Falls and began to anticipate supper. We had kids in our party, but we had a table quickly. Our host changed and explained how things would happen. Basically when the coaster in front of your plate is turned to green, men dressed as gauchos will bring grilled meet to you until you turned it to the red side. First you hit the amazing salad bar which has so much more than salad. There are soup and many sides to choose from. We were all very satisfied. Even the little guys enjoyed the live music. It isn't cheap by any standard, but it is quality and the servers are ever so polite. I highly recommend this experience.

Brasa is a bit pricey in my opinion. It is located at the ground floor of Hilton Hotel. I didn't enjoy their choice cuts of grilled meats, I had a tough time chewing it, not as tender as I would have liked it, we were also rushed because they were taking out the grilled meats so fast that we felt full so fast. The best in my opinion was the grilled pineapple. At the end of the service, prepare to be shock because the final price will include the 15% tip, HST and another added tax on top of it. If you ask me if I would go back again, I'll say no, once is enough, it's just for the experience.

My wife brought me to Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse for my birthday... what a wonderful decision it was. The food options were amazing and all delicious. My toddler son (2 years old), enjoyed the pickles from the salad bar but his favorite was the cooked pineapple. We enjoyed very much all of their meat/steaks selections, just amazingly delicious. We were assisted by Jared (I hope I got his name right). He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even my drink was perfect. I asked for a cold beer in a cold glass and that was exactly what I got. We will definitely come back again and enjoy their fabulous food. Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

Restaurant is located inside Hilton Hotel across from Fallsview Casino. Very busy on a Saturday night, and reservation with a credit card number was required upon booking via website. The live band caught our attention the moment we walked in, and it was lovely! Love the super delicious all you can eat Brazilian style BBQ meat and pineapple, which were being brought and served by the friendly staff at our table. However, appetizers, salad, vegetable, soup and rice are self-served. Considering Covid is still around, some kind of prevention would be nice, eg disposable gloves and mandatory hand sanitizers before customers touching the serving spoons or utensils. Our server was not very attentive. It was our first time there, and no one told us what to do and where to get food etc., plus we needed to clear our own plates lol. Price is on the higher end: $69.95 /person plus tax and tips. Final price could be around $130 per person with a drink or wine. There's local tourist fee on the bill, which is not mandatory, and it was removed upon asking. Overall good experience, delicious food, but service needs improvement.

I adore Brasa 😘 Stunning food, superb wine choices and beer choices to match it. Atmosphere was alive and not a spare seat on the Saturday night we were there. Live music and conveniently situated. Definitely not cheap though but as a treat it was lovely. We had a main each, one wine, one beer and one dessert and it was almost $250.

This is a very upscale restaurant that serves numerous of sides and amazing meats! It is a great experience to enjoy if you are ever in the Toronto area! I absolutely love the food and outstanding cuisine with astounding customer service. I will be careful not go get full off the sides because the meat itself is very fulfilling!

From the website we read up to 11 different cuts of grilled meats.. We kept seeing the same 7 making it rounds.. The other 2 was the Rib Eye and Garlic Steak which we saw and got to sample only once. Never saw the parmesan pork loin and only got the grilled pineapple when we asked for it. The buffet was pretty limited compared to Copa.. Otherwise the service was awesome, our waiter AlexV saved this review from a 3 star to 4 star 🌟 he even went out of his way to make something special for my son after finding out it was his birthday 🎂🙌 one word of advice.. Get rid of those black chairs. Very uncomfortable and very cheap furniture to the atmosphere and for what you guys charge. We should've taken the offer to change tables at the beginning but didn't know how painful those chairs would be after sitting in it for more them 30 mins 👎

A place for meat lovers! All you can eat for a price of $89 per person. Yes, it is expensive and not worth it if it is only for the foods. However, they have dancing show on the Sunday night we went and live band; theae additional entertainment made it worth.

Excellent ambien with live music. It was pretty busy even on a week night. Consider the price for dinner, I was hoping they have rack of lamb and grilled shrimps, similar to other Brazilian steak places we have visited. The steaks and the leg of lamb were tasty. The salad bar and side dishes have wide varieties and fresh. The server was friendly and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the music.

Food and staff are excellent. Very pricey and weren't told of prices till we sat down. But the chef was very accommodating to my husband's allergies. Definitely recommend for a special occasion dinner.

Great experience. There was live music. Food was delicious and an amazing assortment of sides to go with all that meat! Yummy. I wasn't totally comfortable with the "buffet" style set up for the sides. I would have preferred if they had staff serving the customers. Although they had hand sanitizer at the start of the line, I didn't see anyone use it. Cocktails were fairly pricey - mine was $16.

Recently visited Brasa to celebrate birthdays. Service was fantastic and they came around with different meats quite frequently. The staff was very polite and did not hesitate to remove the tourist tax on the bill (FYI, something to always look for whenever you eat out in the falls. It’s not a mandatory tax which can be removed as long as you ask your server). The experience is really nice, they had a live band playing! Our server brought us complimentary dessert in celebration of birthdays. Food is amazing and the salad bar buffet is great! Overall I felt quite safe with the Covid precautions that they took, tables were well spaced and socially distant. My only complaint is that it’s expensive. But for a special occasion or a once in a while splurge on a night out, it’s definitely worth the trip to the falls. Overall it’s a great dining experience to have with your significant other or family.

Brazilian all-you-can-eat ultimate choice! A full dining experience! We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we had such a great time. The food was amazing, dancers were very interactive, staff were attentive.

Beautifully decorated and cheerful ambience. Live music and dancers were great. The steaks are all delicious. Parmesan crusted top sirloin was my favourite. The grilled pineapple is lovely too.

I've been here around 5 times in the last two years and this is the first time I've gone on a weekday. The buffet table isn't as varied compared to the weekend, but there are no lines, which is fantastic. Was able to get fresh cuts of all the meats which I thoroughly enjoyed!! Free valet parking was the cherry on top!

Fine dining!! It’s buffet style. Food quality is great! The server bring the meat to curve at your table. Price is high, though. $69.99 per person on weekday, of course beverage aren’t included. We spend like $350 for 3 person.

This restaurant is filled with entertainment. The live music the dancers and of course the Meat guys . The food was absolutely amazing well the meat . My favorite was the prime ribeye. Make sure you try the grilled pineapple. The Parmesan steak was something that was different but excellent.The cold/hot sides bar had many good options to add to your plate . The waitress who only visited our table 3 times at most definitely needs improvement but overall definitely a enjoyable experience. Also the price is $85 CA per person

BEST PLACE TO EAT I had to delete my positive feedback to write an even better one I had an special moment last Saturday and it was amazing, Ryan the server was extremely good in what he does. The meat once again was the best of the best, and we our deserts for free. First time ever I ask for a cup of milk with my desert and I got it!!! Very impressed. Everything is 10 /10 I asked to eliminate the local fee as I am Not tourist and it was not a problem Totally coming back a few times more before the year is done

In the vicinity of Niagara Falls, be sure to choose the window, the view will be very good. Lots of meat and friendly staff. The music of the band matches the environment very comfortably. But be aware that it will charge a local fee.

Amazing restaurant for meat lovers. Good selection of meats. Good all you can eat buffet selection. Meats coming out often and you can ask them to make it way you like. Grilled pineapple was best I've ever tried. Great times. Will come back again!!! Cheers

Had an excellent all you can eat dinner here. The meats were really good, and the salad bar is quite impressive. The atmosphere is great too with live music. The server was excellent too. Overall a great experience!

Pretty good Brazilian steakhouse for Niagara. The self-serve spread of appetizer/sides has a lot of variety. The grilled meats were flowing consistently and you can always request particular cuts. We found quite a few of the cuts to be cooked unevenly. Some very well done, others very rare. Some servers listened to a request for a thinner cut, others didn't. Picanha was definitely the standout.

Comfortable ambiance, very good service and good food makes Brasa a great dine out experience. Come in hungry as the many meat selections are constantly offered by the ‘gauchos’ plus there are lots of good choices in the buffet. Oh and leave room for dessert!

So much food! The ribeye steak and the lamb were next level. I always forget to eat less salad bar so I can save room for more meat! By the way, salad bar would be an insult to what they offer. So many unique offerings to accompany the amazing meat that is offered at your table.

Interesting experience and fast atmosphere. We definitely ate too much. The meat is brought around and all the cuts were cooked nicely. That pineapple was great too. The local tourist fee is removed upon asking as others have said already. If I didn't have a coupon for this place I would have found it a bit pricey than I wanted, with the Hilton coupon I suppose it was reasonable.

This place was a prime example of "never judge a book by its cover" : When I tried to make a reservation over the phone i was answered by 2 different Staff. They both sounded unprofessional and uninterested in my reservation. I considered not following through as i was looking for a decent steak house for my friend's bachelor party. However; I am glad we went through with the reservation because the food, service and the atmosphere were OUT OF THE WORLD. It was above our expectations. We were seated in a private room and the servers did an amazing job in serving us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
