Exceptional barmaid. But, I’m not here for that. I’m rating the bathroom sink. The counter was very clean for 3 in the afternoon. Only problem was the faucet. It doesn’t go far enough into the middle of the sink. So, when washing your hands a lot of water gets all over the counter and around the faucet base.

We went here for Monday night football. Ordered 20 wings and 4 sauce flavors. We received dry wings barely any sauce and all on one try so trying to decide what was what was impossible. We asked the waiter for additional sauce and he kindly brought out the containers. Terrible experience. They advertise the various sauces but didn’t sauce the chicken.

Ordered 20 wings with Honey BBQ sauce & Spicy Habanera sauce for delivery. When it arrived I received 20 uncooked dry wings with absolutely no sauce, I called & asked them to replace it they said they thought I wanted sauce on the side, however they didn’t even give me any sauce in the bag anyway... bad lie. They also refused to remake it and stated if I was to drive down there they would only give me a cup of bbq sauce

Came in from Canada. Best burger and pizza ever! Definitely will be back soon!

I had the Asian Zing boneless chicken wings with some fries and some Strawberry lemonade. My little sisterhad chicken salad with some nachos My mom had honey barbecue chicken wings (crispy) with fries. The Asian Zing boneless wings was spicy to the point you will still feel it after drinking something but it is also sweet . The fries were crispy and good amount of salt on it. The lemonade was beautiful and sweet. Staff were also brilliant and friendly Rate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wings are great as always but this location, despite posting 2 for 1 wing Tuesdays, is not honoring the deal. My server was awesome!

I asked to purchase a fountain soda to go. They said ok it would be a 20 oz size. I said no problem. What I received is a 10 maybe 12 oz cup of soda. The water bottle is a 23 oz so you can see my confusion. I think someone might need a little more training 🤥

This use to be one of my favorite wing places. Haven't been there in years since our waitress in AZ decided to tip herself extra off my CC besides from the generous cash tip I had left her. Very excited to visit it again here in NY while vacationing. We ordered to go since we were tired from spending the day at Niagara Falls. Was a 40 min wait for our food and although 70% empty the waitress refused for us to sit and wait for our food. Didn't want to start anything and she had already charged my card so I didn't want to cancel and go somewhere else so we waited in torture. Wings barely had any sauce on them and they only gave us 1 flat wings from the 30 wings we ordered. I absolutely hate the drumsticks. We're not complainers so I did not bother calling in to complain. This just might be my absolute last time getting their food. Very poor service for paying customers.

Food was absolutely fantastic but our waitress was the exact opposite. We only had 4 of us and she couldn't get our drink order right, didn't know who ordered what even though we were only the second group eating there at that time. She never stopped to check on us about our food or to refill our drinks. I went and asked her for a refill and she brought me back a Pepsi even though I was drinking a mountain dew.

Absolutely loved our experience at BWW! Our server Juliet was the probably one of the best we have ever had for a date night, She was very kind and attentive! She made some excellent recommendations for drinks and food. Everything was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the experience was all around amazing! If you visit, you wont regret it!

Had the pretzel bites and traditional wings. Tried the new Bulleit Bourbon wing flavour along with standard Buffalo. Both food items came out hot and were delicious. The Bulleit Bourbon sauce is quite sweet. Our server went above and beyond to accommodate us, exchanging out a mustard sauce for extra cheese for the pretzels and kept our drinks full regularly. Would recommend trying it out for lunch or dinner.

A chain restaurant that appears to have gone downhill a bit. Back in the day we used to love coming here. We went this past Sunday and were disappointed with the service and the quality of the wings. The wings were undercooked and the server, while friendly, had very poor people skills. She did not look up from her iPad when serving us, and mumbled while communicating which made it hard to understand. Overall impression that I had was one of a franchise that has seen better days.

The food and service were wonderful. Delicious and great price. The day we were there was a Saturday with a lot of sports on the TV's. Very noisy of course. The sports enthusiasts seem to like it.

Ordered two 15/15 Wing Bundles with carrots and celery. Didn’t receive the carrots and celery. We were in the area for an appointment, ordered food and drove an hour and a half home to find there wasn’t any veggies. This is literally all we ordered. For $90 (with tip) it’s not worth it. I’m giving it a three star because I have visited this location before (dine in) and had a good experience.

Delicious wings. Club like atmosphere with good sound system (sub-woofer). Polite and hospitable server.

Food quality has declined over the last few years ( in my opinion). Plenty of other places to get wings in wny that are much better although I do like the available sauce selection. It was also expensive. 6 wings (small ones) for over $10.

Food is great, chicken wings is amazing. But local smell so bad and inside is so dirty. You guys should be better for clean restaurant!

This restaurant has been good for lunch many months apart so I have no complaints. Service was quick, order was out in literally a few minutes. Boneless wings and fries hard to beat for $10. Apparently some don't have much luck from reading other reviews. About as well that can be done for this type of food, have a couple places in mind that are slightly better, not by much. The 5 is for overall service, food quality.

A Buffalo Wild Wings in the home of the chicken wing is obviously going to have worse reviews than typical Buffalo wing places, as their food is usually average to good depending on the day. That being said, the service we were provided was great. The atmosphere is solid, and good is cheap and good enough for a quick bite! Keep your expectations lower than Duffs or Bar Bill Wings, and you’ll enjoy yourself. Also, this place is fun during football games. Always our go to!

Take out: The faculty was clean and the young lady who accepted our order was very nice (sorry I did not think to record names). When I returned inside to pick up order, the manager was very rude and was aggressive when attempting to figure out which order was mine (all she had to do was let me tell her the name on the order before assuming I was there for another order). Once I was able to convey to her the name on my order, she shoved the food my way and into my hand. It was my hope that even though the experience of picking up the food was not to my liking, we hoped that the food would make up for it but the food was bland and appeared to not be cooked all the way.

The wings weren't good. It was either too dry and not crispy enough or not enough sauce on it fries and onion rings were ok but nothing exceptional. Price is fair and the location is nice. Better wing options in close proximity.

Great wings and atomosphere! Michelle, one of the bartenders is an absolute joy. Always smiling and pleasant attitude, I typically come here after work with family. But few times I’ve come during work, on my lunch break Michelle can recall my face & where I like to sit! Surprised she didn’t know the order! Great customer service!

Unfortunately the wings were not good,, ordered extra crispy and they came soft and white skin showing:( the fries were crispy just not the wings and that’s not okay :(

great service and not too crowded. Plenty of TVs for watching sports and they had no issue changing one tv to an out of region soccer game for us. Food was good too. Being in Buffalo, I was surprised the wings were decent.

Great food and ambience. We had to wait since they were short-staffed but it was worth the wait. We had a platter of Chicken wings and their specialty - Carolina Reapers Chicken wings were extremely good and spicy. The servers were also very mindful and suggested better sauces to add to our wings. Planning to visit again real soon!

Waitress was great! No problems orders were correct checked on us inspite of having minors toddler with me. Full happy bellys all around.

ordered thier Thursday special wing deal to pick up. Was suppose to get 20 boneless wings for price of 10 and got only 10 wings. This is the only and last time I'll get food here

Atmosphere and service was good, clean but order of wings on this night was terrible. They were small and seem like a frozen pkg of wings from pricerite discount market. Have you change your wings? Embarrassed to take a friend there and get served this type of product. Fries were over cooked and dry! $46 down the drain. Beer was cold and clean glass!

Ok so first let me say we sat quick yay, then took 10 minutes before anyone even came over to take drink orders. boo. Then I get my food and my son doesn't, we sat there 20 more minutes while my food got cold to be told his food didn't get put in? umm. so I finished my food before he even got his food. Then I asked for food to go, comes back 15 minutes later to be told they didn't put the slip in. smh.

Enjoyed the food and the ambiance, clean restrooms and good service.
