We came here with the family recently for dinner. The first thing I have to say is that the service was excellent, which seems to be more and more a rare occurrence these days, but something that can be just as important as the food. Our server was friendly, quick, and attentive which is very much appreciated. The food was great overall. Pizza, wings, sandwich, fries, salad all tasted great and fresh with ample portions. Deep fried pickle appetizer was very good. Theres a great selection of beer in bottles/cans, and on tap. The wine selection is limited but the choices are good, I wouldn't expect an extensive wine selection at a casual bar/grill though. We sat in the bar area, but the whole place was clean with nice updated decor. Lots of TVs in the bar to watch the game. It's not patio season anymore but the patio looked like it would be a great place to sit in warmer weather. Overall a great family dinner experience, and we'll be back.

Probably the best Caesar in all of Niagara Falls. Really good bruschetta too. Very lovely patio and atmosphere, and I was very impressed with the vast options on the menu! Definitely a hidden gem.

Stopped here for a cast party, on a Sunday. The food was quite good, and drinks were good, although they were out of a few choices. Staff were super accommodating, with a shout out to Camille who was handled most of this large number on her own. We will return.

Stopped here as the original place we went to was closed. The waitress working the entrance to the patio seemed annoyed we were there, and told every person after us they were closing and that they were “lucky” to be seated. Our waiter was pleasant, but never checked in with us the entire time. We had to flag down someone else to ask for new dipping sauce as there was a chunk of something in it when we opened it and needed a new one. The chicken fingers were cold, but the fries were hot and decent. Prices were not terrible, but wouldn’t recommend based on service or food

We went there yesterday Aug 3rd. It was a disaster, worst hamburger I've ever had with a skin of a pickle as part of my condiment, sweet potato fries cold; my step daughter's boyfriend asked for no mushrooms on his philly cheese steak, instead it came with mushrooms and cold gravy for his terrible looking fries, which my wife and step daughter also had and only picked at the ones that weren't overcooked (probably reheated).He sent the entire meal back and didn't order anything and I wish I hadn't ordered. Our server said the chef apologized but that did little to explain such pathetic food and we (4 of us) will never eat there again.

My husband and I went for a late dinner one night recently, maybe a Friday night. And while the bar was quite loud, we found a spot in the restaurant. There was a large party that took up half of the room, but we had no issues with them. Our orders were taken quick, bruschetta for me and fish tacos for my husband. He alleges it was the BEST fish tacos he's ever had. And while I'm not a big fish person, I really enjoyed the bite I had. My bruschetta was excellent, no complaints, and a perfect size for a late meal. The bar part of the establishment was too loud for me, but it's a Friday night so that's to be expected. We'd happily return to Cat's anytime for more of their great food!

Stopped here on the way back from Niagara on the lake since we didn't wanna eat near the falls let me tell you the food is great with good prices also the waitresses work very hard and you don't pay the tourist tax I had the double stack sandwich and it was a. Delicious huge portion

We were here for lunch today. We sat out on the patio which is nicely spaced out. The service was awesome and fast!! All of the staff was very friendly. Our order was for the mozzarella sticks and nachos. The mozzarella sticks are very big, nicely battered and cooked perfectly. The accompanying sauce, a tomato sauce, was very chunky and delicious. The nachos were served on a pizza paddle, a wood one that you would use to pull pizzas out. They took up the entire paddle, and were loaded with toppings. Very flavorful and way more than enough for two people. We were going to leave the leftovers, but our waitress reminded us that we only ate the top layer and half the dish was left!!! So, we ended up bringing it home for another meal. This was not our first trip to Cat's and it definitely will not be our last!!

Great ambience and superb live music! The Bruschetta was amazing and so were the drinks! It was walking distance from our house but never realised the ambience and atmosphere would be so amazing. We would now visit this place more often!

Nice patio and good service, but the menu was rather uninspired. Didn't see anything I hadn't had 1000 times before, and only 1 cocktail that seemed interesting. The beer list was pretty sports-bar-standard. The only cider available was Strongbow, probably the most bland cider in the world, not to mention an import despite so many great local ciders available. A seltzer that was advertised and looked interesting was not in stock. Overall, maybe a good watering hole for retirees, but nothing to write home about

One of my favourite spots for lunch in the area. I've been here several times now and always enjoyed the food. The patio has been nicely decorated with hanging flower baskets for the summer, very relaxing atmosphere.

Poutine advertised as 8.99 came up as 11.99 on my bill. Was barely any cheese. Ordered a few pints, the last one ordered was a 'true' pint glass. Service for a table of 9 was not the best; food took forever to come out so would have appreciated the server refilling water/drinks while we wait. Place wasn't busy. Two other couples at tables. One gentleman using a mobility device wasn't greeted when entered. He and his parter had to seat themselves. Heard them say to their server 'can we order now?!' after waiting a long time. I've been here before, albeit it's been since before the pandemic. I don't know if i'd go again. If i did, it'd be at the bar side and not the dining side.

Don't get the fish & chips!! The salads ordered at our table looked good. The menu offers a good selection. The waitress was excellent. However I do not recommend the fish & chips. The fish which at fist seemed like a huge piece was covered with mostly excessive thick batter which seemed raw against the fish. After removing the fried batter coating, I had to scrap off the semi raw batter before attempting to enjoy the fish, which unfortunately seemed dry. The French fries were the better part of the meal. Sorry Cat's, I'm not sure you offer options for how the fish is done, but if I was rating on the fish alone, it would have only 1 star.

Very good steak with well prepared peppercorn sauce. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the music isn't too loud. The staff are great and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for a quick dinner. Christina was awesome. Reach out to me and say hi!

Enjoyable and nice restaurant! Went for lunch and sat outside on the patio. Very laid back atmosphere and the server was quick. Had the enchilada dish and it was good. Reasonable prices as well.

The server was lovely and warned us that “there is new staff in the kitchen” so she didn’t feel comfortable serving my sister her order of an olive and cheese plate. The cheese? Processed Kraft singles. Nachos were stale, the entire plate. Sour cream had separated after its half hour sitting under the salamander (I worked it, so I know) yet cheese was not melted just congealed. Poutine came with a legitimate full cup of gravy left over. Reason they serve it in a boat? My brother paid for this monstrosity and apologized profusely, because he’s a legend. Still enjoyed my time here watching the local drunks do their thing. The drinks were priced okay and the patio is an excellent spot to get diarrhea from the food.

Good patio on the north side of the restaurant. Seemed to have great customer and wait staff interacting nicely. Customers seemed happy and atmosphere friendly. Music not so much. Minor detail on that one.

Highly recommended. About a 10 minute drive away from the Falls. Friendly staff, great food. Generous portions. Drinks are made well.

good patio dining experience! they have large portions: the burgers are massive and delicious but I personally find their fries to be overly fried, almost like biting into a rock for some of them. i'd recommend to get the soup instead unless you like super duper crispy fries the food does take quite a while to come out, we waited nearly half an hour for our food. however, service is quick and the staff are very caring, they even brought out a container for my dog to drink water out of! 😊 overall, a decent place to eat at niagara that's not a ripoff and is a cozier spot compared to the more touristy areas

One of my go-to places to grab lunch or dinner! I always go for The Stack, chicken, brie, apples and more on the tastiest bread! Huge portions for the price! Never had a bad experience here!

Definitely a place to visit. Food quality and portion sizes are fantastic. Whether you find yourself on the bar side, patio, or restaurant side, you'll be looked after by an excellent staff. I would even say one of the best organized in town. You never feel like a stranger here, and the menu has a nice variety. The bar doesn't hold back, and they have a good variety of drinks to try. Pretty good bands on the weekends, well worth the visit.

The food was ok. Don't order the calamari. Friendly service. I wish they wouldn't have dragged a bunch of chairs across the floor for 10 minutes behind us. Cringe-worthy. Table was sticky. And the ledge above the table was Hairy with dust. Won't be returning.

First time being here with my wife. We both had a great meal. Service was excellent. Prices where fair. We started with a spin dip which was over the top and well made fresh in house. She ate a buffalo chicken wrap and i had the philly cheese steak. Both where great. We shared a chocolate fudge brownie cheesecake which was phenomenal. Great job guys keep up the good work.

First time try Cat's. Read the reviews prior and the good seemed to outweigh the negative so we gave it a go. It wasn't super busy tonight so we were seated right away and really shared the dining room with just one other party. We started with the arancini. They were the perfect size and nice and crispy. They also weren't too salty, and the accompanying sauce was the perfect companion. I had The Stack sandwich with Buffalo chips. This sandwich was huge. Delicious top. I could have easily done with a half Stack but, well, it was there so lol We also ordered a Press Box salad. Now The Press Box was from before my time but I was simultaneously assured it was pretty good and that no one has nailed the Press Box salad since the demise of the Press Box. Wings were smaller (we don't like huge wings), done salt and pepper with hot sauce on the side. Overall the value was good. I thought the prices were very reasonable, the food was very enjoyable and most importantly, not over salted and the service was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend giving them a try.

Great portions, server was great and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. The brie sandwich I always got and loved was not the same. Toast seemed very dry and crunchy. Not much flavor to it like it used to have. Maybe more sauce...?

Best food around! I have had almost everything on the menu and would recommend all of it! My absolute favourite is The Stack - try it if you haven't already! The staff always makes me and my friends/family feel so at home. and the beautiful patio is our go-to all summer!

Food was good, but the server we had was rude and seemed like he really didn't want to be at work. The women that came in behind my girlfriend and I were served before us and had drinks before we were even asked. Then the waiter walks right by our table with our drinks to give another patron a utensil then returns with our drinks with the same attitude he had while taking our order. I eent to the hostess and asked to be seated in a different section where another waitress takes our order and brings our food and then this waiter we tried to get away from so we can enjoy our experience in the first place now continues to ask us if things were ok a few times. Just then I notice that my burger was pink inside and not cooked, and at this point this waiter is now serving us again, and has changed his attitude, now offers us to replace the hamburger. We just paid and got it to go.

Have had to walk out on 2 occasions. Servers walk right by without acknowledging. Good food...very poor service

Great food...high safe booths. Lovely staff. Lots of delicious food choices. I had hamburger and I have heard wings and fish and chips great as well as soups. We loved our salad too.
