My husband and I got married at Queenston Heights Restaurant in October. Jackie made the experience incredibly easy and was great about setting up and taking down all of our decor. We got many compliments on the food and the staff were all very friendly and attentive to our guests all night. We couldnโ€™t have asked for a better experience! We have also came here for brunch twice and the food is delicious. We look forward to returning in the summer.

We had our wedding there last month and it was amazing. Jackie and the whole staff were so friendly and helpful. We were a little nervous since we didn't have a tasting beforehand (we live in Toronto and couldn't make it down) but the food was fantastic. Everyone was raving the next day about how good everything was. We were so happy with how everything turned out.

Fabulous venue! I booked the lower room for my daughter's bridal shower and we had an absolutely stunning day. Jackie and her team were amazing and all of our guests raved about the food, service and of course the stunning view. I highly recommend it for any private function.

This venue was absolutely gorgeous - went here for a wedding and was stunned by the surrounding views of the Niagara region and the quality of the food and service by the events team.

Amazing culinary experience. Great view, great food and great service. Breakfast brunch contained a great mix of non vegetarian and vegetarian options with a great spread for the ones who have a sweet tooth. Right now open only on sundays and strongly recommend reservations.

My husband and I got married at Queenston Heights on September 9, 2023. From the day we met with them to discuss our wedding, to the wedding day. Jackie, was absolutely amazing. Jackie and the team, along with our wedding planner, decor company, and florist, managed to turn my dreams into a reality when it came to how i always envisioned my wedding to be. Now. The food. Our wedding was 6 weeks ago, and people are STILL talking about how good the food was. My husband and I had the chicken, short rib, and prime rib. All meals were absolutely delicious! My only issue, was they didn't offer a formal menu tasting, HOWEVER, they did offer us complimentary brunch in the winter, which we did travel to and attend. The brunch was amazing, however, they didn't have any of our selections on the buffet, so we weren't able to test the menu prior. But this alone, will not affect any of my ratings for the restaurant. The wait staff was incredible, and our waitress was amazing. I can not recommend Niagara Parks, and specifically, the Queenston Heights restaurant enough! If I could give them 10 stars, they would be worth every single one of them!

The restaurant overlooks the river providing a spectacular view if you're seated by the window. The food was good and the drinks were incredible. The servers and bartenders made the overall atmosphere better and more enjoyable. After you have finished dinner, be sure to check out everything the park has to offer as it's a very beautiful place.

Had wonderful Sunday brunch at this restaurant est. In 1900. Luckily got the table at the windows with gorgeous views of Niagara river. Loved the food as well. Service was somewhat slower paced and could be faster. Servers were friendly...only thing that bothered me was , except for the water, all other drinks (including tea and coffee) were not included in the cost of the buffet brunch. Cost of the buffet brunch is just about $50 including taxes and tip and still drinks are extra :(

Bottom line, the venue is absolutely stunning and the food is ok. The restaurant is located on a hill overlooking the lake and has several massive monuments right next to it. The food is ok, we ordered the gnocchi, the Caesar salad with chicken as well as the tomato bisque. The bisque was a bit bland, the gnocchi was good but it could have been a bit creamier. The Caesar was good but the bacon was a bit dry and charred - definetly not fresh. The prices are more than reasonable for what you get.

Went here for Mother's Day brunch and really enjoyed the experience. The buttermilk fried chicken was amazing! One thing I would note: the restaurant needs to make it clear that coffee and tea are not included with the brunch, and that it's additional.

The park is spotless and I would recommend it highly for those who want to spend an afternoon doing nothing but relaxing and enjoying some quiet time or just to have a picnic. The staff are friendly and very polite. To rent under one of the available canopies is a mere $60.00. I say start planning your next family get-together and make some wonderful and lasting memories. Life is to short not to.

First time - restaurant was quaint. Quality of food was ok. Temperature of hot foods was not hot. Cooked meats were dry - chicken and roast. Cold salads and cheeses were ok but they were in the sun โ€ฆ11:00 am. Dessert selection was ok. Not sure Iโ€™d go again.

Enjoyed our fourth brunch of the season. We come back with family & friends to dine on classic favourites and always seem to be taken with an exceptional dish. This time it was the Cauliflower in a mornay sauce. It was creamy, cheesy & gently browned on top. Yes, the striploin & beer battered haddock were great. The ceasar & eggs benedict superb. More than that, the doting staff here elevates your experience.

Great experience. Nice choice of buffet items from waffles and Benny's to Roast Beef, Salmon, or Chicken! The waitresses were real humans! What I mean is that they were not perfect, nor did they sound like a recording. They were real, friendly, happy people that dud a great job! Cannot wait for our next visit. Thanks for making our visit enjoyable. Till next time!

My husband and I had our wedding here in October. We chose a Sunday and did the brunch buffet and everything was amazing. Jackie will help you with everything you need and answer all your questions. However, keep in mind they do a lot of weddings and you wonโ€™t get her full attention until at least a month out. She will answer any questions before that just not as quickly. The food was amazing and even with an open bar, we didnโ€™t spend much over the minimum spend. The setting is beautiful and the pictures from the day turned out perfectly. Be aware of what time you need to be out of the restaurant as there was some confusion about that and we felt very rushed at the end to completely vacate the premises. The park itself also offers a wonderful setting for photos as you can see! (Photographer: pixelesque photography, cake: Trishtastic Cakes)

We were here as part of a group conference dinner. It was an excellent experience; our multi-course meal lasted two plus hours, which provided opportunities to chat and network between courses. Good food, cash bar, nice decor. We were treated to a musket demonstration remembering the war of 1812, as this site sits beside the Brock Monument.

Motherโ€™s Day brunch at Queenston Heights Park was a wonderful way to celebrate a beautiful woman on Mother's day and show her how much we appreciate her. The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the Niagara River. The buffet had Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, salads, soups, roasted striploin, salmon filets, and more. There is also a dessert buffet with chocolate-dipped strawberries, cakes, pies, and cheesecakes. :-D The service is friendly and attentive. Mom loved the delicious food, the stunning scenery, and the fantastic service at Queenston Heights Restaurant. It was a very memorable and special way to spend Motherโ€™s Day.

Went to a wedding here and had so much fun! Their service was incredible and their food was a big highlight. Even the cocktail hour space was beautiful as it overlooked the Niagara River. Great spot for photos and a beautiful chalet styled building upstairs. Highly impressive!

Queenston Heights was the perfect fall wedding venue. Jackie was outstanding to work with, she understood exactly what we were going for and made suggestions for us based on her expertise. The day of wedding went so smoothly and it was all because of Jackie and the amazing staff at Queenston Heights. We have had SO many comments on how amazing the food was, and they were so accommodating for all of us celiacs. Honestly, just go and see the venue and you will fall in love and get to work with all of the awesome people there!

The spectacular view of the Niagara River alone is worth the visit, but the weekend buffet brunches are also a culinary feast with an extensive array of breakfast items including French Toast, Eggs Benedict, but no Omelet station, and then lunch items ranging from salad, smoked salmon, beef goulash, hand carved roast beef (this was really good), tandoori chicken, and an extensive dessert selection. Would have been nice to have some non pork meat items for breakfast, and the place does need to be updated, but the food was great, the view and location unparalleled, and service was first class. Definitely recommended.
