Filthy floors and bathroom. Only one poor soul was doing all the bussing and putting literally everything in one bus pan. It was upsetting to watch. Everyone else was ignoring the disgusting mess everywhere. Hostess and server neglected to bring me fresh popcorn and I had to ask after noticing other customers enjoying popcorn. Huge portion of food and drinks!

Flavorful food, huge portions, reasonable prices, and good service. I don’t know if the chicken tenders are the best in the world, but they sure are up there as being one of my favorites. The Cajun chicken pasta (I added onions) was delicious. It wasn’t too spicy, but had a great flavor to it, and they didn’t skimp on the chicken they buried throughout the dish. The chicken itself was very tender and went really well with the sauce. Service was good; our waitress was friendly.

We brought our son to try out Tully's for the first time. We thought our food selections were very good and consistent among those of other Tully's locations. Atmosphere was fun. We loved the sports memorabilia and arcade machines. Service was ok here. Food came out fast and hot, but we were not served popcorn or had drinks refilled.

Tully’s was my dad’s favorite (RIP💔) so we stopped in on a Thursday evening. Plenty of parking and no wait, we were seated immediately. The popcorn they seat you with could be better, but the chicken wing dip appetizer made up for that. Our dinners were prepared well and served hot. Friendly service and clean environment. I would recommend this restaurant.

I am not sure how me missed Tully's in the past. Friends told us to try it as my spouse and I prefer typical bar fare. We decided to stop in for a late lunch and at that point we were good. Amazing lemonade flavors, hands down the best chicken tender we have ever eaten. The flavor options mixed, with in house sauce's were fantastic! Service was stellar, food stellar and the atmosphere was perfect for us. We will be back, with friends and family. Thank you Tulleys in Amherst!

My guest and I were both absolutely pleased with the experience. My Firehouse Burger was perfect. The spiciness of the jalapenos and sauce were the perfect complement to the burger.

Food: I ordered the Mountain Melt Burger, cooked to medium. The grilled cheese as the bun was phenomenal, and the burger was cooked perfectly. I substituted the French fries for mashed potatoes with brown gravy. I loved that they still had potato skins mixed in. The gravy was very savory and added more great taste to the already tasty potatoes. The portion sizes are quite large, as well. Overall, the meal was deliciously fantastic! Service: The server was nice and was very attentive to our needs. Our food was prepared and served much quicker than I expected, although, it was early afternoon; not exactly the busiest time for restaurants. I thoroughly recommend Tully's of you're looking for a great meal.

Huge portions! Great tasting food. Excellent service. This restaurant is a staple in the Amherst area. Always busy and crowded. Wait times for a table are reasonable (15-25 minutes). Staff are friendly but there just aren't enough servers. The amount of food you get for the price is an unbeatable value. Food quality is good as well. Loved the chicken tenders. There is a small arcade for kids. Lots of tvs showing all sports. Amazing experience!

Sammy sunshine was our waitress.. very friendly and efficient but was lagging towards the end.( I think she got in the weeds.🤔) Food was good portions are decent. Big sports bar atmosphere. Mini arcade games section .. lots going on at once. Place was hopping for a Thursday night!

I had Jambalaya… The shrimp and chicken and sausage all tasted decent by themselves. But mixed with red sauce and pasta it was horrible. Not to mention the giant undercooked pieces of green pepper. French onion soup wasn’t very good either. Best thing was the lemonade !

Food is good and the service is very friendly. It’s affordable and have a good vibe. They no longer have the pool table but have added other games. And yes they still have popcorn.

I rarely give 5 stars, I rarely have dinner after 7, and I rarely take home leftovers, except for this past Saturday. The place had good Google reviews but so do a lot of other places. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. It came with a small side of salad and a slice of garlic toast. It was darn good! The dish was creamy, and even as it started to cool down, the cream kept its composure. There’s cheese, of course, and the chicken was cooked just right. (It was white meat that was not dry). The service from Annika was great and genuinely friendly. Can’t wait to get to the leftovers. By the way, quite a few reviews do mention the huge portions served here.

Good food with lots of old sports memorabilia. The bring popcorn out for you to snack on. Food was amazing. The Asian sweet chili tenders were the best I've ever had.

The size of the chicken fingers in my ten tender lunch today was disappointing. I took a picture because I was surprised that more than half the order was little mini chicken fingers or pieces that might have been from the bottom of the bag or something. I looked at other reviews and it definitely looks like they aren’t what they used to serve. The chicken wing dip and chips were great and I would definitely have that again.

Loved It!. The chicken tenders were amazing. I had the Asian and my wife had the Buffalo style. Both sauces were great and not to spicy. Our server Lauren was fast and knew her menu. Prices were decent. We will he back. I jealous that we don't have a Tulleys on the Canadian side.

The menu has changed. No more smothered chicken. The boiled potatoes were served on the same plate as the protein instead of a side dish, so the butter just ran into the protein. I asked the server to hold the tomatoes and scallions, but still got them anyway. The bill did not show my special request, so I think the server forgot to note it on the order. The prices were fair and the others at the table enjoyed their meals.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was great. We had a really good time and will be back again. Prices are very reasonable.

Family birthday celebrations at restaurants are a thing for our our family. Tully's was the spot chosen by our nephew and his teenage daughter this year to celebrate their joint birthdays. We had a wonderful lunch gathering at Tully's for this occasion. Everyone's food was plentiful and delicious. Our knowledgeable and friendly server, David was helpful and gracious. He was attentive refilling drinks during our meals. The birthday people shared the huge ice cream cake dessert which they proclaimed delicious and more than enough for both of them. We will remember Tully's for future family gatherings as everyone was most pleased with their lunch choice.

Tully is always a great experience. The wait time during Covid had been a challenge, but they'll text you when your table is ready. First thing they bring is the popcorn which has been a Tully staple, and they're right on top with service and the drinks. The fingers, as always, are the core reason most people go to visit and for good reason. They're just as good as I remember, but what gives them a star off... the size of the fingers have shrank. They used to be longer like tender sized. Now they've shrank. Still reasonable (under $40) if you get two app sized and two non alcoholic beverages for a dinner.

Very first visit since there's no Tully's where I'm from. Very much alike Applebee's or Chili's. You may sit around the bar or wait for your table. Food flavor is okay. Pricing is great and many selections are plenty. Very much like Applebee's or Chili's. A great place to hang out, quick meal with family or friends, and not worrying about spending too much. Certainly not a fine dining restaurant. Will definitely visit if I have the opportunity.

The legends of the famous honey mustard are still going strong. They will never be beaten! The chicken tenders are the best, undisputed and will never be beaten. Try it, you will be disappointed that you won’t have one near you if you’re a tourist. If you’re local? You won’t ever question having to wait.

This restaurant gets very busy. Tully's is known for their chicken tenders and honey mustard. They have a wide selection of beer, wine, and margaritas. They have arcade games for the kids and kids at heart. The food is always good, never had an issue in any of the Tully's that I have been to.

Great dining experience. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. The food was served quickly and arrived hot. Very yummy!! It is very clean in there and the music was kept at a perfect level.

The woman who took our order was super nice and attentive. Our order was complicated because of picky eaters. The meals came perfectly even after a 25 minute drive home our food was still hot and delicious! Everything was bagged so neatly and nothing was forgotten! I Very impressed!

Be sure to wait to order your beverage until you've read menu. There are many lunch specials that include pop, iced tea or a beer (choice of a lager, IPA, or, lite) lemonade is not included. ( Priced about $9.99 for the combo. ) Food came quickly and service was very good. Also not that Buffalo sauce is not chicken wing sauce.; It has many other spices. You need to ask for Frank's and butter chicken wing sauce to have a traditional and authentic Buffalo wing sauce. Refills for pop came quickly too. The chicken planks were moist and nicely battered. Parking is easy and plentiful. If you need a high chair or a handicap accessible table ask for a low table . There are booth that's are on a raised level or high tops on bar side, but regular tables in main center are on right dining side.

This was our first time at Tully's. We had passed it many many times, always stating we should try it. Well, we did! Food and service were incredibly wonderful. We won't pass by there again without stopping in. If you like Reuben sandwiches,Tully's Reuben is huge, flavorful and one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Great job!

We stopped in after the lunch rush, so service was fast, and friendly. Chicken fingers are a must. My Turkey burger was big and cooked just right, not overdone. Quite tasty. My only nock on the place is a real absence of GF options or any dietary concerns at all on the menu.

Wonderful Everytime.. When you call for takeout or come in... All the staff are amazing.. Polite... Happy . Very professional and nothing is ever to much .. The manager always comes over to make sure everything was good...I can't say enough good things about the food and staff at any Tully's but Amherst is our favorite

Great spot, good beer and fingers at reasonable prices. Family friendly atmosphere, there is something for everyone. Not immune to todays labor/inflation issues. The draft beer line tasted like it should have been cleaned yesterday.

So we are visiting here, and decided to try Tully's since we don't have them where we are from. All I can say is wow!!! Great food. They aren't kidding when they say best chicken. The service was great even though they were fairly busy. I would love to come back whenever they have the arcade open.
