** I am no relation to the previous guest who apparently experienced the same thing with likely the same server. Our visit was April 2, 2018. This was not our first visit to this restaurant, and we have always had a good experience until now. . Breakfast was buffet style so our waitress brought us our coffee/juice but we took care of our own food. When we received the bill we tipped her about 12%, which we thought was fair for a buffet service, and while we were waiting for the elevator she stood about 10 feet behind us ranting to another server that she's "so done with these people" and detailed how much we had tipped her and continued to go on and on and on until we were in the elevator. How embarrassing. Her service had been fine; we felt that the tip was fine for the half hour we were there with her serving coffee... Did not expect that. The food WAS fantastic, as was the view, the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, and the service from the egg/waffle maker. The waitress unfortunately killed it for us. Management should be ashamed to have that attitude representing their otherwise exemplary brand.

My fiancé and I dined here this past weekend on our last night in Niagara Falls. We both really enjoyed the food, and the view was incredible! The vegetarian options were fantastic, and the service was great. We also loved the dim lights (so that everyone could truly appreciate the illumination of the Falls at night) and the atmosphere was cozy. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Canada again!

Went to dinner last night. Upon entry of the restaurant room walking out of the elevator was a really fresh and soothing atmosphere. The host was very welcoming. The waitor then led us to our table with the most amazing view in pretty much all of Niagara overlooking the entire falls. My fiancee and I chose the 4 course dinner meal with the wine pairing options for each course. Each course was prepared perfectly, and the food was amazing and very flavorful. We chose the lasagna and calamari for appetizer, and ricotta stuffed pasta with veal, 11oz black truffle angus striploin for the entree, and for dessert we chose the brulee and peanut butter tower. The only gripe I had was the waitress (Don't remember her name but I think starts with a "D"). She was responsible for bringing the wine pairings, which were for every course. We were okay with it being brought to us a bit late and the waitress seemed to have a nice personality at the time. When our bill came and we paid, we tipped $10.00. I think for 2 hours of eating time thats okay. When the waitress saw the tip amount she became quite rude with her behaviour. She had an expectation and her behaviour was not professional, which took away from the positive experience we had. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the waitress. We are food fanatics, but I'm sorry that we won't be coming back here because fine dining is a cumulative experience, meaning its not only about the quality of the food. All that aside, we still had a memorable experience!

I grew up in NY eating food in hard core Italian Neighborhoods. The food here is incredible. The service is bubbly if not more bubbly then your favourite Starbucks. The staff is eager and ready to please. But the food it is absolutely incredible try the halibut, try the rack of lamb, try the peanut butter mousse thingy that they serve. The bar is perfect and surprisingly the prices match if not exceed what you should be paying for a good meal. You will be surprised however at the prix fixe. It’s a huge value in just a relaxing fun place to have a meal. This is quite possibly the best restaurant in Niagara Falls. It’s certainly worth what you pay. This is a glorious dining experience with great wines.

Note to the management. Excellent views. Decent Service. Food was poor quality. 1) The cook making the Omelette is skimping on the ingredients. It’s like a one egg omelette. 2) The Bacon is dry. Not edible. 3) The potatoes is hard and dry. Not edible. 4) The fruits are low quality. Pineapple is sour. 5) Breads are stale. 6) Suggestion: Change or retrain the cooks. Customers are paying good money for food that is not cook well.

Was sent here from the next door Sheridan on the falls for complimentary breakfast because our hotel had no power or water. The view is nice but the cutlery and table was filthy. After being seated, served drinks and waiting over 20 minutes we we told there's only one cook and they couldn't handle serving more than the 4 other tables (9 people). Sent us to Perkins, which we had to walk through the parking garage and parking lots without coats on to only find out it was closed. The rainbow room is terribly unorganized and doesn't know how to communicate with the sister hotels and aimlessly sent many people to a place that was closed. Why even seat us and start serving us and then tell us to get out! Terrible service

Overall this was a lovely experience. I will not give it 4 or 5 stars because I do not feel like we got what we paid for. The service was excellent and I have nothing against that at all. The steak was so tough even though i got it very rare (almost blue) and my calamari was over fried. We had to wait a very long time for our bread as well. For what we paid, I expected more, but as I said the service was excellent

We were there on July 28 for breakfast and yes it was an amazing experience. Sandra was very quick with service and very cheerful, making the restaurant experience even better and making us want to come back again, and sure we will 😁. It was a buffet, a very good buffet. We were provided with pretty much everything we were expecting from a good restaurant 👌🏻. The view from the restaurant was spectacular as you can see from the photos 👌🏻🤩.

I ordered provolone stuffed chicken. The waitress even took the time to describe how amazing and tasty this chicken is as one of her favs. To my surprise, It came out over done and dry like cardboard with NO provolone. There was nothing stuffed in the chicken at all and the risotto was bland and still little crunchy in center like it was under done. So I did mention it to the server, she was very kind and apologetic she offered to take it back for a new one, but at that point we had been waiting over an hour for our meals I was not prepared to wait any longer so I told her dont worry about it. But I'll be honest, I was hoping for a discount or something as this is not a cheap place to eat and my dinner was very disappointing. When it came time to pay the bill the waitress informed me that they removed my after-dinner tea from the bill as an apology for the bad dinner experience..... so..thanks for the free boiled water??? 🤦‍♀️ only in Niagara!

The whole experience was fantastic. Having fav food for a full breakfast with the view is just pure amazing. Sandra was our server and she was extra nice and even has great customer service! She made sure to check on us for needs including drinks and cleaner plate, on top of it the view! The restaurant was quite busy but Sandra kept the pace going and make sure to fulfill every guests’ needs. Strongly recommend and definitely coming here again!

Very convenient restaurant for breakfast if you're staying at the hotel. Found it a bit overpriced but all the food was fresh and tasted great. Staff was very kind and welcoming as well. Great view and good experience overall.

Great experience, this is fine dining. The flavours were subtle and blended when they should be. Others times they were sharp in contrast. They understand flavours here and can switch from one style to the next. The timing of dishes was perfect. The wait staff was perfect. The restaurant was clean. The view was spectacular. If your in the mood fine eating I recommend the rainbow room.
