Went
to
dinner
last
night.
Upon
entry
of
the
restaurant
room
walking
out
of
the
elevator
was
a
really
fresh
and
soothing
atmosphere.
The
host
was
very
welcoming.
The
waitor
then
led
us
to
our
table
with
the
most
amazing
view
in
pretty
much
all
of
Niagara
overlooking
the
entire
falls.
My
fiancee
and
I
chose
the
4
course
dinner
meal
with
the
wine
pairing
options
for
each
course.
Each
course
was
prepared
perfectly,
and
the
food
was
amazing
and
very
flavorful.
We
chose
the
lasagna
and
calamari
for
appetizer,
and
ricotta
stuffed
pasta
with
veal,
11oz
black
truffle
angus
striploin
for
the
entree,
and
for
dessert
we
chose
the
brulee
and
peanut
butter
tower.
The
only
gripe
I
had
was
the
waitress
(Don't
remember
her
name
but
I
think
starts
with
a
"D").
She
was
responsible
for
bringing
the
wine
pairings,
which
were
for
every
course.
We
were
okay
with
it
being
brought
to
us
a
bit
late
and
the
waitress
seemed
to
have
a
nice
personality
at
the
time.
When
our
bill
came
and
we
paid,
we
tipped
$10.00.
I
think
for
2
hours
of
eating
time
thats
okay.
When
the
waitress
saw
the
tip
amount
she
became
quite
rude
with
her
behaviour.
She
had
an
expectation
and
her
behaviour
was
not
professional,
which
took
away
from
the
positive
experience
we
had.
I
would
have
given
5
stars
if
it
wasn't
for
the
waitress.
We
are
food
fanatics,
but
I'm
sorry
that
we
won't
be
coming
back
here
because
fine
dining
is
a
cumulative
experience,
meaning
its
not
only
about
the
quality
of
the
food.
All
that
aside,
we
still
had
a
memorable
experience!
