Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone is genuine and incredibly friendly. It's the guests first and foremost. Customer Service and the whole experience is top notch. Definitely get the Paw Pass for the little ones, it's worth it. The pizza in the hotel is actually extremely good, I was surprised. The arcade seemed to have quite a few games out of service or not working properly but the staff in the arcade were very accommodating to reimburse you credits and go the extra mile to make it right. The Watering Hole needs to have a time limit on tables as when it is busy people are loitering and just sitting there when others are trying to find a place to sit down and eat. The food is great, everyone is very nice but lack of availability to sit and quickly eat dampened the mood. Overall, besides the arcade and watering hole, it was a fantastic experience I can't wait to take the kids here again.

Wow! Great Wolf Lodge is great for kids. They allow you to arrive in the early afternoon. You have access to the water park for the afternoon, evening and all day the next day. We ordered the meal pass which gave us a breakfast and supper buffet - with lots of selection and also lunch at one of the other restaurant locations throughout the resort. It was well worth the money. Our room was standard but had so much room. We were 4 people but could have accommodated another 2 people comfortably. There was entertainment throughout the day for kids including story time and interactive forest. The water park was so much fun for the kids. There were many slides and water rides. It Since the COVID restrictions were relaxed provincially there were many patrons who chose not to wear their masks. Everyone was respectful of each individuals choice. Make sure that you do not forget any essential items. The resort has any items that you might forget but there is a price for the convenience. Overall we had a great experience. We had many memories to cherish.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past 6 years. It’s a fun water park but be prepared to wait in line for a while to get on the rides. The kids love it, especially the quest around the hotel. The staff are fantastic especially the lady who serves the ice cream at the sweet stand. The rooms are a good size for a family of 4. They are very dusty inside but not filthy. Could be because of the carpet they use. The bathrooms are rather outdated.

We had such a great time as a family of 4 (2kids). It was my daughter’s birthday and we got the bday pass and she felt so special. The staff was very friendly and provided good service. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We were here on a long weekend but the staff did a wonderful job of managing the crowd that it never felt “overcrowded”. There was so much to do for kids apart from the water park! There were a lot Food options on the property. Their coffee shop was pretty great also. I absolutely liked the fact that the water park was available to the guests on the day of check out. We are definitely going back there :)

Prime location in Niagara less than 10 minutes by car to the falls. We've been here 3 times over the years and kids always have a blast. As the kids grow, there is still stuff for them to do like the bigger slides and small slides for little kids, for example. The staff is usually friendly as well. Rooms are quite clean, a bit dated but cleanliness is most important. Free electric vehicle charging for 4 hours (be sure you see front desk for a pass).

Our visit exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the cottages which had plenty of room for our nine guests. Nice size refrigerator- def stop at the store and grab things for breakfast, lunches etc. Fire pit was a nice touch to unwind after a busy day. Decor was funny to my boys with a random hanging door. 😂 Slides were super fun! Plenty to do to keep us busy during the day. Music trivia was also a lot of Fun. We won and got bowling passes. Pizza was some of the best I’ve had!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was! We felt 100% value for our money. The buffet food was surprisingly better than expected. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and clean. The kids had a blast and there were many extra touches to make the experience enjoyable and relaxing for parents. I truly couldn't find anything to complain about!

We are here now. So far kids are having a good time. 2 things we noticed that are very missed.... the couches in front of the fireplace in the main lobby were very useful. Please put them back. And there needs to be more entertainment in the lobby for the kids to stay busy!! More music/dancing and fun activities that don't require more money to be had. We found the lobby to be quiet and dead most of the time especially in the evening.

Loved it. The room was a bit small for 4 adults 2 kids. The park was great, loads of fun for all of us. Gifts shops were reasonably priced. One if us ripped his bathing suit didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for something we couldn't afford or didn't like. We were happy about that. Kids laughed the whole time.

Great Wolf Lodge exceeded our expectations. We loved seeing our kids faces light up at every event. The kids really enjoyed howling throughout the lodge. The staff were amazing and friendly and really made our kids feel special. I've seen other reviews stating their rooms weren't ready until later in the day however, we had the opposite experience. Our room was ready as soon as we showed up at 1pm! Our room and the entire hotel was very clean and seemed to be updated. Get the paw pass, it's worth it! The magic quest was a lot of fun! Even for our 4 year old. Running around opening chests with his wand was a blast. The water park was so fun and the lines weren't too bad. The food was good especially the pizza! So much to do, we will definitely be back.

Our family just spent 3 days here and stayed in the cottage, we loved it! I cannot say enough about the staff, so very helpful and friendly! There is nothing they didn’t think of here to entertain children. The cottage itself was SO clean and comfortable, way beyond our expectations. The water park was amazing and once again the staff were remarkable. The entire place was great but the service from the staff was OUTSTANDING! Definitely will be returning!

Stayed one night with my family in the Family Suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. Overall the rooms was clean and comfortable. We only spent time on the room to sleep as there is so much to do. Food wise we found it worth it to purchase the meal plan. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was so good! The only criticism was that the line to grab food from the station took some time. We weren’t sure if we could skip to the entree section. Lunch options were decent. With the voucher we went with the burger inside the water park. The burger was dry in our opinion. The water park was the main attraction and was a lot of fun. Wait times for the slides weren’t terrible but once you go down them it was well worth it. Evening events for the kids were awesome as well. There’s a lot of adventure to go around. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a great three day, two night experience. Prices vary depending on the time of year, but I highly recommend going to the water park as soon as you are allowed to before your check in time as well as after you check out. We passed on the meal plans and made our own breakfasts and lunches in our rooms, which gave us more time for the different activities (mostly the water park). Definitely get the Paw Passes for the kids, and the food is reasonable prices for usual resort costs (their pizza was surprisingly good) and ordered dinner to the room. I looks like a lot of time is consumed at the restaurants, so we avoided that. The water slides at the park are excellent and kids of all ages enjoy the Magic Quest. We will definitely return!

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. It's a GREAT place for kids. There is so much to do in 3 days and kids are thoroughly entertained. The water park is nice and warm, so you don't have to worry about being cold at all. The reason I deducted two stars was for cleanliness. We stayed in the kid cabin (medium level room) and it was not clean. There was food still stuck on the table that I had to wipe off, hair on the bathroom floor - right when we got in, and the hair dryers/phones have seemed to have never been dusted. Bring some wipes to do some quick cleaning before you settle in. Other than that, great place!

Unforgettable Family Fun. The water park itself was fun! With a wide range of slides, water rides, and pools, there was never a dull moment. The accommodations were top-notch. Our spacious suite was clean, comfortable and cozy. One of the highlights for our family was the array of additional activities offered at Great Wolf Lodge. From the arcade to the indoor mini-golf course, there was always something exciting to do beyond the water park. The kids particularly loved the daily character appearances and the evening story time at the lobby.

We’ve been coming here with my three kids for years. The water park appeals to kids of all ages, the food is really good for an AYCE buffet and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Magic quest is a blast and another great way to keep the kids entertained. The rooms are large and the themed rooms work well to keep the kids separate from the adults. Just a really wonderful place to bring your family. We’ve created memories with our kids that will last a lifetime.

First time visiting this waterpark and it was fantastic!!! This is literally kids heaven, the water park was great and had lots of slides, food at the restaurants were amazing which was surprising! We bought the meal package and it was well worth it! We also bought the paw passes for the kids and they loved it! The magical wands they had for the Magi Quests around the resort was also a highlight! The up charges can get to you but they were not bad at all! It was overall a good time to see all of the Christmas decorations as well! Indeed a very magical place to visit!!!

Went several times. Service is always great. Friendly staff. My son loved doing the quests. One staff came and helped him beat the quest he was stuck on. So helpful. We've also been there and had a serious issue with kids being left unattended in the water park, and the staff dealt with them very quickly and professionally. I was so impressed.

Absolutely fantastic. Prices upon booking were quite high due to capacity restrictions and pandemic fatigue. Other than that, prices inside the resort, and even the water park are very affordable! Rides are good, but few. No deep water pool (wave pool tops out at 5 feet). Niagara Rapid Run and Wolf Tail are a must do.

It's a bit heavy on the wallet but... I'm sure the place isn't cheap to run and you can't get the same experience anywhere else so the cost is what it is. If money is a major concern, go for a shorter stay but spend the same. You'll enjoy it more. The first time we came, we drove into town to eat all the time but two things about that: 1) it's taking you away from the place you're spending a lot of money to be at and 2) everything is expensive in Niagara falls so you're not going to save very much by doing that. If you're trying to bring groceries into your room, it's a waste of time. The rooms aren't geared for that kind of stay. But if you have kids, or like us, have a lot of kids, stay for a couple nights and say "yes" to everything is a much better stay than staying for a week and trying to pace the spending by saying no while your kids watch other kids who get to do or have things they can't. Our first trip here, we wasted a lot of time figuring everything out and trying to be cheap. This time, we're here quick but we're all in. It's way better this way. (It's also way better when your kids are just old enough that they're not scared of everything and tall enough to go on all the slides, 48" and up).

It’s always a great time at great wolf lodge. The service is great, the buffet is delicious and they have a nice variety. I recommend getting the meal pass. There’s a lot for the kids to do (story time, dance parties, etc). The water park is lots of fun but the water is a bit cold. The only thing I was disappointed with is that they don’t have cribs for babies to sleep in so we had to bring our own playard which was a lot. Also we had stayed in the kids cabin suite and they advertise one of the beds as twin and it was definitely a single not a twin. With a bit of improvement in terms of rooms, it would definitely be a 5 star.

Customer Service done right! Every single interaction with Lodge staff was cordial. You are paying for your amenities but you know this going in and the convenience to tap your room key to purchase goods and services makes navigating the facility without a wallet a breeze!! Rooms are well and appropriately decorated, water park is well managed and organized. Even when there were lines to the water slides, they moved quickly and efficiently. In lieu of a travel vacation, this was excellent and even as travel becomes more possible, we will likely still routinely return to Great Wolf Lodge!

This has been the greatest family trip we've ever had. We will for sure come back again soon. Everyone working here was incredibly friendly and helpful especially the ladies at canoe coffee (Maria and Estasia) and Ben from the arcade. The water park exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious and fair priced. The gift shop also had very good prices. Staff in the magic shop were an absolute pleasure. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge! We did strengthen our pack.

Wonderful place for kids - tonnes of free and paid activities, there is always something going on or to do. The rooms were clean and had cute themes. The buffet was great and easy to navigate. My only complaint is that some of the pools could be a tad warmer for littler kids.

This place is so much fun to go to with kids or without. There are so many activities to do and the waterpark is so much fun. I liked the water rapids slide! We booked a room with 2 levels for more privacy for the friends and it was beautiful. Even the view from the room was so peaceful in the mornings. We went around Christmas time so there were pretty lights everywhere and extra activities. It is a 2 hour drive from where i live but it is so worth it.

This is supposed to be a four star resort. The indoor water park is great for families with something for everyone. The restaurant food is OK but they close way too early especially for parents that want to relax after tucking their kids in and sorting out family errands. They use RFID wristbands for park admission and accessing rooms but they're not waterproof. Also some of the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall great for families and staff customer service is great

We came here in October 2023 for two nights. The ambiance when you walk in is quite neat. Very rustic, lodgey of course. This place is huge. Tons of rooms. The room we were placed in to me smelt like a hospital. Was quite odd but whatever. We wanted to unload everything when we checked in and then hit up the pool however, the fridge wasn't working and we had food for it. That added a good 45 minutes for someone to come and replace it. The beds are decent. Balconies are a nice touch. The crazy thing is that there is no housekeeping until you check out. So you go through a ton of towels when using the water park then showering after. Then the towels start to stack up. The bathroom is old. Like a yellowy tub/toilet. The water park is by far the best of course. However, the little kid slides are ridiculous. There are like 5 different ones but only 1 kids per 5 slides at a time. And it's mighty slow. The lineup was usually around 10 people. So you stand there freezing cold until it's finally your time. Not worth it. The hot tub is great. All in all, it's an okay experience. But for the money, the rooms need to be much nicer. Props to the hotel for making the other prices affordable for the food, arcade, snacks and drinks. 3/5.

You need to read these Tips to make your stay more enjoyable! Get up an hour earlier than you want to have breakfast and sign in at the restaurant an hour before you actually want to eat. We waited about 70 minutes for our table. Once seated though our server Agatha was cheerful and attentive! As soon as you get there request a fan (for white noise). It will drown out some of the elephants ( aka children) stampeding somewhere on the floor above you late into the night. As soon you get there request extra blankets. As soon as you get there turn on your air conditioner so it's nice and cool for sleeping at night. We had some trouble getting ours to work and the maintenance guy had to fiddle with something to get it to work. He was very nice and helpful.

Disappointment So Far at Great Wolf Lodge We arrived at Great Wolf Lodge full of excitement, but our experience quickly turned sour. Merely 5 minutes into our arrival, we requested some glasses and a wine opener to enjoy a bottle of wine and unwind after our long drive from Montreal. Surprisingly, our request was denied, forcing us to drive into town and find a rather questionable dollar store to purchase what we needed. Our room, while appearing cozy at first glance, had an overwhelming odor, reminiscent of an actual wolf pack's dwelling... Far from the welcoming atmosphere we had hoped for. To add to our frustration, our kids returned from the arcade extremely disappointed. They spent $20 for less than 10 minutes of gameplay, which feels like a total rip-off. In summary, our stay at Great Wolf Lodge has been largely disappointing so far. We were hoping for more flexibility and understanding from the staff, as well as a better value for the amenities, especially those targeted at children. We are still here for a couple more days and will update this review if things improve, but as of now, our expectations have not been met.

The water park is really good and fits all ages. This is a very kids friendly place, full of different kids' activities, including shows, stories, bowling, arcades, and others. Great for family. The only problem we had was no baby cribs. When we went to ask for a baby crib at the front desk, they said: we don't have any... The first time we heard this response.

It was our second time here in 2023 and we enjoyed it, just as much as the first time. A couple money saving notes. The food package is expensive. You could easily order in food for significantly cheaper, or you could make your own and take advantage of the (mini) refrigerator in the room. We booked for one night on a Tuesday, which was significantly cheaper. You can use the water park on the day you check in at 1:00 p.m., and you can use it all day till it closes on the day you check out. On Tuesday night, we got an email offering us an extra night stay for more than 50% off. I don't know how often that happens, but if it's an option to you, take advantage. I use a wheelchair and we didn't have to book an accessible room. We knew what we were getting. The only problem with the room was that it was a long way away from the central space. It literally was a 3 minute walk. Once you go to the hallway. Of course, that is with our five-year-old twins. They complained a lot about having to walk so far. 😂 The water park was awesome and not crowded at all on Tuesday or Wednesday. We didn't use the other facilities. The kids enjoyed visiting Santa, and the pajama party.

Home from another GREAT stay at great wolf lodge! We always have a blast and our kids ask us all year long when we are going back! The staff are all so friendly. We had a lovely breakfast with Victoria as our server. She was so friendly, caring and attending to us! You can tell how much she loves her job. Lifeguard Jen is always hard at work, but made time to chat with us about her job and family life while we were in the water park. Another fantastic stay with memories made and looking forward to the next stay!

Great place for a family trip. If you factor in the price a water park into the hotel stay, it's a win-win. Staff was friendly all around. The food plan was worth it. Every restaurant had good food, and adult beverages were reasonably priced. Water park is great for the kids, cool arcade, mini bowling, and story time is an added bonus. Bottom line, you can not go wrong for a 2/ 3-day stay.

Everything was great EXCEPT one of the managers of the Antler Shanty dinner buffet, Sheryl. We had just started dinner when my wife injured her mouth on her fork, drawing a little blood, upon closer inspection we saw that one of the prongs of the fork was bent at a 90 degree angle. We notified the waitress who immediately notified the manager Sheryl and assured us Sheryl would speak to us shortly. We waited nearly 30 minutes for Sheryl, the waitress checked on us periodically and said that Sheryl was likely busy with another customer, but after meeting Sheryl my wife said that during that 30 minutes she observed Sheryl walking around the restaurant doing nothing, and clearly not helping anyone else. When we finally did speak to Sheryl she was rude, accusatory, and unsympathetic towards the situation. We immediately felt uncomfortable with this treatment. She offered us nothing as an apology, and so I asked if she could do something for us to rectify the situation. She reluctantly said she could give us bowling vouchers which I found insulting, and so I asked if she could comp our meals. She refused, stating that "nothing was wrong with the food so I can't comp your meals". When I protested and tried to explain how this was worse than a food issue she turned away from me and began to embarrass my wife by rudely asking her if she wanted to fill out an incident report and mockingly asking her if she needed medical attention. My wife, now very uncomfortable, said that we'd take the bowling coupons so as to get this vile woman away from us. Sheryl left immediately. When Sheryl returned she handed me a bowling coupon for 3 (our party was of 4) and a breakfast voucher, along with a condescending "OK??". I said ok, and before I could say anything else she was already gone. Needless to say but the whole experience soured what was shaping up to be a lovely day. I'm not sure what her problem was but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable and she likely needs to be retrained and/or reprimanded for approaching us with such hostility when it was her responsibility to console us after her kitchen staff provided us with UNSAFE utensils. Instead she made us feel awful and I'd be happy to never see her again. Yes, she did provide minor compensation, but only after she was pressed, and did so incompletely and with no cordiality. I would appreciate if Great Wolf Lodge reached out to me regarding this situation. Thanks.

We had a very enjoyable holiday here. There is lots to do for kids of all ages. They have story time in the morning as well as bedtime story time in the evening. There is a huge choice of activities that kids can be involved in. They also have paid entertainment for the older children such as a wizard quest that takes them throughout the hotel to various interactive displays to complete a quest. We saw many children completing this either on their own or with a parent. They seemed to be enjoying this a lot. There is also the arcade and the bowling alley downstairs. And don't forget the water park! The buffet meals were very good. The quality of the food was of a high quality. We did find that the ribs were often overcooked and dry, but that was just a minor matter. The Buckets restaurant in the water park itself was highly recommended by someone there, and we were not disappointed. Again, good quality food and good quantity. We brought snacks along on this holiday, but barely touched them. The only thing that we ended up getting more of is drinks. The water park was not too busy, even on the busiest days, and were enjoyed by all.

Great place to take the kids. They have a lot of kid activities. A lot of places to eat close early however, even if you’re looking for a small snack. They had a fireworks show when we were there, they also offered free snow cones. There’s something for everyone at the waterpark and a family change room. The rooms were the only downfall, it felt outdated and it was awkwardly designed but the resort itself is awesome so we barely spent any time in the rooms until it was time to sleep/ shower.

Love this place.. for kids. We are making this an annual family vacation to create memories for them. Of course, don’t expect a 5-star luxury hotel experience. The rooms are big and sufficient, and the service definitely is 5-stars. The activities for the kids are amazing too. From the lens of a kid, it’s 5/5 or better. We love it here, because the kids absolutely love it here. Great family getaway if you’re local in Ontario.

We had such an amazing time here! I brought my 11 year old daughter and she had so many options. Apart from the waterpark there is an arcade, bowling, mini golf, and a very fun magic game where the kids do interactive quests using a wand. If you plan on doing all of the activities I recommend buying your children a Paw Pass that includes most options, as well as some nice souvenirs. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great, and had lots of options for different diets. My husband has an allergy and the Chef came and talked it over with him to make sure he was aware of any possible allergens in the food. The staff was great and friendly. I highly recommend this place for families. There is fun for all ages! Just a side note it is a very large hotel, so you may have a long walk to your room. If you have any mobility issues make sure your room is not too far from the entrance.

We had a great time! The resort and the water park were clean but the a lot of the staff weren’t as friendly as I’d thought. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but had a decent variety of food. The water park a large with lots of seating. The slides were really fun and the little kids area was great. One downside was that I was not allowed to take my 1 year daughter on a small water slide with me. They wanted me to put her on by herself wand catch her at the bottom, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, it was a nice getaway that is close to home

We have been taking our kids here for the past 3 years over spring break. We have never been disappointed! So much to do for all ages, our favourite is the kid cabin suite. The kids absolutely love it! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The food is delicious. We love the build a bear, bowling and arcade We will be back again to continue our tradition.

Like most, we had a fantastic time here, and everyone enjoyed every moment. The resort is well maintained, very clean, and easy to get around even for first timers. The attractions themselves are so much fun, and there's a steady stream of events to keep everyone entertained. I would like to call out the staff, and I mean the entire staff. Reception, servers, cleaning staff, lifeguards, attraction attendants, and security... and anyone else missed. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to make people feel welcome. It is this detail that will make this a yearly excursion. Thanks again, Team Great Wolf.

The water park was fantastic, although the smell of chlorine stuck with us quite strongly even after showers. Lots of activities for our group of 10 to enjoy! The staff at the buffet were absolutely amazing, my nephew had an incident while we were eating and they took care of everything very professionally and with compassion! Biggest complaint is the beds, we were in one of the cabins with 8 adults and 2 kids. The only people who remotely got a decent night sleep is the couple who slept in the king bed. The pullout couch should not even be considered a bed the mattress is so thin that you can feel each metal bar and spring. Also took us asking to get our toilet paper replenished and our garbage changed. As a smoker, I understand that smoking areas are becoming few and far between at many places especially a family venue like this. But some form of shelter (gazebo or something) would be nice instead of just the picnic table in the corner of the parking lot. Thankfully I had an umbrella for the 2 days of rain that we had, but others did not. All in all it was a decent family trip, but definitely not worth the $3000 price tag.

We had been to Great wolf lodge many times prior to Covid and this is the first time we were back. Everything was going well until we saw the dirty bed sheets on both beds. I had to call for service at around 9 pm to have our entire bedding changed. Shawn, who came to replace them was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Shawn, i had nice and clean bedding. I recommend checking the cleanliness of your bedding earlier so you don't have to be troubled late at night.
