My family and I were planning on visiting Niagara Falls for a while now and we decided to book tickets last-minute as we were busy earlier. We found this hotel on Expedia and looked through everything and the images looked great. The pool looked clean, the rooms were well organized and the hotel looked amazing on the outside as well. However that was only in the images. I wouldn't say it was terrible but it wasn't what I was expecting. Unlike other hotels, this place was located with a rundown building right next to it. The rooms were quite spacious but there was a strange odour. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and we were unable to sleep all night. The TV didn't have any signal and the coffee machine was dirty. The washroom was very small and the cold water tap didn't work properly. There was no microwave or mini-fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was dirty and right in the middle of the parking lot. There wasn't much to the exterior of the hotel. The rooms were accessible from only the outside of the building and there were parking spots directly outside which made it feel as if it was worse than a motel. I've been to many hotels around the world in the UAE, Europe, and North America. Considering I spent nearly $270 including taxes and parking, I would say I didn't get my money's worth. Personally, I wouldn't come back here again.

The group I was with had no problems with the rooms, AC or check in. The pool was outstanding. If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower and have a few beverages before going out, this is perfect. If you want something better, go pay double the price.

We stayed for 3 nights, and the only complaint that we have is that the room didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. Collin the night shift desk worker was extremely friendly and helpful and even walked us to our room after a night out gone wrong. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would come back again!

Friends and I booked through Groupon. Nice and clean rooms for what we paid. Staff was very Friendly and did great. Could be updated but if they update we would be paying more money if they did update. Great hotel for spending the weekend in Niagara Falls.

The rooms are quite dated, but the service made up for it. The cleaners on staff were amazing! They were so kind and helpful as I had a few questions, they were always willing and gracious to help. We also enjoyed the pool as it was so nice to get some time to cool off in such hot days. It would have been nice to have bottle water available in the rooms.

Was not really impressed with the room, walked in and first thing I noticed was the smell, it smelt like mould and my grandmas house mixed together. Also didn’t have a light in the bathroom so I had to shower with the flashlight on my phone. There was spider webs all over the room and the bed sheets were stained and had pieces of hair in it. I asked management if we could get our room re-cleaned and as I came back to the room all they had changed were the bed sheets. Great location tho, close to many things.

Good price, even on a holiday weekend. 24hr desk staff were polite and professional and helpful. A/C unit was a bit loud and Street noise a bit loud due to the holiday crowds but everything was clean and the room was large. Bed could be a bit more supportive, but not bad. Will stay here again.

Great place location wise. The rooms are just fine as long as you are not expecting luxury. Rooms were clean, bedding clean however our room did not have a fridge. I think all rooms should have one but you can ask for a room with a fridge. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and coffee making facilities available. Vending machine for snacks and cold drinks just down the corridor which was handy. Ice machine on the 2nd floor. I was thankful we were on the ground floor as I have a bad knee and there are no lifts. The corridor is a little musky but no issue in the room. Zippis restaurant right outside reception and Niagara Falls just a quick walk away. Very convenient position. Staff were friendly and the manager very helpful in fixing a little booking issue we had. Would stay again.

Great economical hotel! We have been to Niagara Falls several times and always choose this hotel! It's very close to falls, it's affordable, and the rooms are simple and comfortable. And the service is friendly. Just note, a few things that are not as good: 1) no housekeeping (but you can go to the front desk to request new towels, toilet paper, etc. 2) no breakfast, and 3) parking is additional (about $20 per night). However, I'd still say it's 5 star in my opinion, despite you these three things! Great hotel and we will keep coming back to it.

Not impressed with our stay. We checked into our room and was greeted by a jock left from the previous guest! I wasn’t expecting luxury (we booked as a ball team) but most of the team had to take antihistamines because of the mildew and mold. Everything smelt like moth balls. Would not recommend. The only good thing about this place is the location. Was pretty convenient for most things.

The staff are what makes this budget-friendly hotel a 5* experience. Although the hotel is older, the housekeeping team ensure it is cleaned to a high standard, and the rooms are spacious. Thank you RIFV team!

Had a great experience at this place. Perfect for what we needed. It is basic but the pool was great and walking distance to several things. Deducted a few stars because we were told an ice machine wasn't working and our hairdryer didn't turn on but they had a spare for us. The receptionist was also amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night while I was in town for the Frightmare in the Falls convention. The room was pre-booked so check in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was very welcoming!! Not always the case in other motels / hotels so that made the start of the stay perfect. Big room with clean beds. Bathroom is small but has everything you’d need. Perhaps the only thing I’d suggest to management is to perhaps change the TVs to bigger ones with cable. The current TV works fine but is a bit on the small side. But there are only 4-5 channels available. All in all, I’m super happy with the stay and recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a well located spot.

1- The bathroom had no paper. 2-on the second day they didn't take out the trash 🚮. 3- they did not put clean towels. 4- I had light in the room that didn't work. 5- they need to clean up the location more. 6-the Internet is very poor quality. 7-they do not offer breakfast services. 8-they should put a fridge or microwave in the rooms. 9- It has to do a lot of improvement and have staff.

What a wonderful experience. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would have given a 5 star but there was no fridge in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there last weekend. Room was smelly, every faucet dripped. Bed was ok, air conditioner wasn’t on when we got there so it took forever to cool the room down. But the price was the worst. We paid $230 US (including parking which they charge $20 dollars for for some reason) for one night stay which is outrages for place like this. No microwave or fridge by the way. Lesson for us to do more research and more planning when going somewhere 😀

I had such a pleasant time chatting with the front-desk agent. She did an amazing job finding me a last-minute room, and the cost was very reasonable -- especially considering it was a Saturday afternoon. She really took her time to explain how everything worked. Fortunately, there was no one else checking in at the time, and I have a feeling my review could have been very different had the customer service experience been affected negatively. The inn is less than a kilometer away from most of the tourist attractions. At the times of this review, parking cost $20 a night. I was given the option to upgrade the room to have a hot tub for $20 extra, but I declined. Word of warning: The inn doesn't have any elevators, so if you have difficulty going up stairs, definitely ask for a room on the ground floor.

If you're reading this, you're likely looking for budget accommodations in Niagara Falls. This is not a luxury hotel, so dont expect that. Rooms are dated and building is run down. Has a bit of a 'creepy motel vibe', and many of the outdoor lights aren't working. Beds were hard, but comfortable. You probably have better pillows at home. Staff were nice and my room was clean and comfortable. Location is good with a short walk to everything. When I booked, the price was about 1/4 that of the nearby luxury hotels. Parking was easy to access, but costs extra (a big downside but typical for the area). So on to the big questions. Is it clean? Yes. Will I feel safe staying here? Maybe not. Will I lose all the money I save by staying here in the casino? Absolutely.

Its close to the convention center which is good and rooms were clean but no fridges, no microwave. Tv had 6 channels, towels were like using sandpaper. And I know people say it's cheap but for what we paid we could have stayed across the street for the same cost with breakfast included. We also had an issue with one reservation not being cancelled when I changed it. We checked in early Thursday and should have been notified when then when it was obvious that we had too reservations but staff claimed to not have noticed until the 24hr cancellation period had passed. Spend a little extra and Stay somewhere with free parking, fridges and microwaves.

I wish the management/owners cared more about this hotel because it has so much potential... Pros: Location, friendly and efficient staff, large rooms with unique design features. Cons: The interior and exterior of the hotel needs some major TLC, parking is extra and seems costly for the type of accommodations, pool is closed, offers about 10 TV channels and some are patchy, A/C is kind of loud and leaves a strong musty smells (but is very cold)

The hotel is conveniently located close to the falls within walking distance. It is a smaller Hotel that is in need of a little upgrading. Hallway rugs could use most definitely a good cleaning I would say probably need to be replaced. The room I had, the washroom had been upgraded so it was very nice. But the rest of the room was once again looking a little tired. Could you use a little upgrading. Also not being told upon check-in of The Limited housekeeping was rather frustrating. Also the sheets on our bed need to be replaced as the elastic on the bottom sheet was pretty much gone.

Tv was not working in room beds are super high up had to jump up on it Im 5'7 lol bathtubs are super low to the ground. Bought off groupon for my birthday 1 night got room 102. Wasnt allowed to change rooms they told me a hockey team was coming and hotel remained empty with 1 other car in the parking lot for the remainder of night and morning. Customer service was a 1 star wont say terrible but very close had to put 250 on hold because i had no credit card got my money back though. The outside pool wasnt opened or cleaned until the morning we were leaving! Pick the room with fireplace or stay somewhere else..seriously

The hotel staff doesn't know how to manage their room bookings. We had a bad experience with the hotel. We booked 3 rooms for a night, and when we came to check-in in the evening, they told us that they do have reservation in the system but don't have any room available for us. We asked them to arrange rooms for no extra charge in any other hotel and they were not even willing to do that. How is that fair being a customer!? The front desk guy named Aayush was still nice and very understanding but his manager didn't sound understanding and didn't get us a fair solution. All this experience made me give this hotel 2 stars in my review.

The stay was very uncomfortable and room where smelling and None of the staff members working at night time. In emergency you have to manage by ourselves as we needed water and we had no option rather than going to gas station 24/7. The main doors keys are not safe to handle. We had 3 times issue with the key. The washroom door doesn't lock as it was broken. Over all experience was very bad. Will never come here again.

Location is ok. The falls aren't too far and you get to look at some decent hotels. There was no television service in the entire hotel and the phones didn't work either. Also noticed that the red light, not green, was flashing on the smoke detector. Hotel appeared as though it may be actually unsafe for guests. The ladies cleaning the rooms did a good job and were quite pleasant to guests. This is not a place I would stay at again, nor could I recommend staying here. They also charge for outdoor parking which seems ridiculous as you are already paying for a room. If possible avoid the Rodeway.

Rooms are adequate. A few little problems...no lightbulbs/bulbs not working at bedside, tap in bathroom couldn't turn to warm water. No ironing board for iron (not needed this visit but noticed). Otherwise comfortable beds and very good service at the desk. Within walking to many things in the Falls.

When we arrived the person who checked us in was lovely. The room was something I'd expect more for $80 a night. The "air-conditioner" made the room hotter. They did offer to move us for the last night due to the heat, but we were exhausted at that point and just wanted to sleep so we left the door open for a while to get the heat out then went to bed. At checkout, there was a "marketing fee" on the bill that as someone who is not a tourist, was something that should have been removed on the spot but I got attitude from the girl checking me out. She had done the same to the guest before me. I later received an email saying it had been removed which, great, but too little too late especially after the snarkiness of their employee. Also, it's June and they claim to have a heated pool, yet it was still closed. It's more than warm enough to have a heated pool open. The biggest plus was the location to the convention centre, but going forward I'd just rather pay more and get something worth it's price.
