We visited with another couple for 3 nights in September, and had 2 of the 3 suites on the second floor - Garden View and Sheriffs Tower. Both were spacious with working fireplaces as well as with full baths including jacuzzi tubs. Rooms as well as the house are decorated with a wide array of interesting antiques. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, but if you prefer a firm pillow you may wish to bring your own. There is a mini fridge and microwave available for guest use on the second floor - great for evening snacks/drinks. Breakfast is outstanding - each day we were greeted with fresh muffins and seasonal fruit parfaits followed by a different delicious hot breakfast, presented in a beautiful dining room. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the falls (walk/bus/drive all very easy), it felt very comfortable and safe, and there was free parking available too. The garden at this property is outstanding and wonderful to sit in and relax with a book or chat with friends. If it is raining, you can sit on the porch and still enjoy the award-winning gardens lovingly tended by the hosts. Outstanding value for the price, we absolutely will return to a Moment in Time on our next visit to Niagara Falls.

My husband and I stayed at the tranquil harbour room with a private 2-person jacuzzi and the stay was perfect! The name hits the nail on the head: A Moment in Time. This place feels like thrown back in time to the Victorian era but with all the modern comfort. The breakfast is freshly made with love and bottomless maple syrup. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and gave us a lot of recommendations. It‘s 20mins walk to the falls but totally worth it! We loved that place!

Great gem to stay at. Very accommodating, fantastic Victorian B&B house with home cooked breakfast included. Close to everything. Owner and housekeeper and chef very attentive and caring. Would definitely stay here again. Free parking included.

Had a wonderful stay in the tower room this past weekend! We were greeted with a lovely letter from our host and keys to our room. The home is filled with an exquisite array of antique photographs and furniture. Our room was so charming, with our own fireplace and jetted tub. Oh, and did I mention the incredibly comfortable bed! Sunday morning, Reena welcomed us into the dining room and wasted no time making us feel at home. The smell of fresh coffee and homemade muffins filled the room. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and a chat with Reena before we left. We can’t wait to book again for our next visit to Niagara Falls. Thank you for your hospitality, we will see you again soon! Lovely and well kept bed and delicious and artful breakfast every day while there. Doody was kind and attentive. He gave me brochures and directions to great must see activities. I stayed 4 nights, and the location of A Moment in Time is quiet, but only a few minutes walk away from all the action one expects from Niagara Falls. This was a solo trip, and I felt safe while at the B&B.

Wonderful B&B filled with charming and welcoming rooms. We had a large room with a fireplace and nice sitting area to relax. They served a great breakfast every morning that was fresh and filling. Close to the falls so we could easily get back and forth. We would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in Niagara.

Interesting building and decor. Our room was a little small, but there are bigger rooms. Walking to see the Falls took about 15 minutes.

Everything about A Moment in Time exceeded our expectations. Our arrival was smooth, with free off-street parking and our keys/instructions waiting for us at the door. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was like a big pillow and we slept well throughout our visit. The house itself is a a wonder to behold with lots of art, antiques and beautiful woodwork throughout. We both loved the breakfast that was provided. Each morning we enjoyed fresh fruit, tea/coffee, homemade muffins and an extraordinary hot meal. The service and care that we experienced at A Moment in Time while surely bring us back in the future.

Booked through Expedia for January 20th of 2024. Page for B&B said I’d be charged for my stay upon check in. Color me surprised when all of the stay was charged to my card on 1/17/23! Also surprised to find when I contacted Expedia customer support that I’d be charged a cancellation fee…despite my check in date being over a year from today. They ended up waiving it….but yeah. Needless to say, I canceled my stay for January of 2024 due to this horrific experience before I even stayed there….and I’ll find somewhere else that doesn’t have deceptive billing practices of its guests. Shame, because I was really looking forward to it. Edit: I upped it to two stars because I spoke to the manager. My booking was refunded and cancellation fee waived. Will that account for the foreign transaction fee I was still charged on my card though of $10? Nope.

The rooms look nice and are clean but that's it. Wifi is spotty, and unreliable. At first after a few minutes of trying to connect I gave up as it just hung. Ok happens. The hosts also walked out and disappeared just after our check in, so we didn't have the chance to tell them about the Wifi issue. We came back later. Still no connection. We called both phone numbers they left, as per the automated voice on the other end, neither number was in service. Not ok. In the end we had to waste our time going back to the town to get Wifi. We also would have liked some cutlery but as the hosts vanished, we had to get this in the town as well. I was able to connect to the wifi later but it was spotty. My gf wasn't as lucky. Then there's the "breakfast." It's gonna be a slice of French toast and a muffin. There's also cereal boxes for you to stare at, as no milk was provided. But if you had things like ham eggs and cheese in mind, forget it. And then there's the toilet paper which was transparent. Ppl will just use 3x more of it so might as well just get the normal one the first time.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the sheriff’s tower suite for a night and it was amazing. The gardens were beautiful and the room was clean and spacious with great attention to detail with furniture to match the time period of the house. The jacuzzi tub was clean and the A/C worked great as well. The hosts were so nice and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. I left a note with my dietary restrictions and they made sure I still had a huge meal. Parking on site was a plus. Greatly appreciate their hospitality and will definitely be back!

We stayed at this wonderful Victorian home for Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed in the Tranquil Harbor room. Everything was exceptional! Each morning we had a different lovely breakfast, prepared by our host, David. He was extremely generous and kind and an exceptional host. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again! Thank you David for taking such pride and care in your bed and breakfast property and ensuring your guests are completely satisfied!!!

We stayed for a couple nights in early October in the Tower Suite. It was lovely. The host David was great and made us beautiful breakfasts with fresh hot muffins and lovely main breakfasts. We had a glass of wine in the amazing garden one evening - it was so relaxing. David even gave me a clipping of a plant I admired. Nanook is doing well and thriving. The house is beautiful and well located. A great deal.

Loved the Victorian charm. The house needs some updates to the decor, plaster, paint and surely need to upgrade the TVs, there are phones with bigger screens lol. This place is surely Haunted I felt a strange presence the whole time it made me look for hidden cameras (there was none) the breakfast room was decorated very nicely and the host was friendly, but not very offering. The actual breakfast would be great for a 14 year old sugar fiend. I smelled bacon or sausage but we surely didn't get any. It was good but definitely not great and I wouldn't stay here again. I would recommend it to people who are just wanted a place to crash as the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are really big with jacuzzi tubs that can be very fun with your significant other.

The owners are amazing. It is a beautiful house and garden. Breakfasts were great. My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and loved it there. Highly recommended.

Robert and Dotty (sp?) were excellent hosts, and we loved their beautiful home and garden. The downtown strip by the Falls is gauche and noisy, and this B&B was a haven although it's just a 8-minute walk away. Everything that could be decorated was, and I liked the personality of the house. We stayed in the Garden Room, and my tall husband (who doesn't fit in our tub at home) enjoyed a good soak in the jetted tub. Breakfast was lovely: fruit, juice, coffee, warm muffins, and French toast. Merci to our hosts!

We stayed here for our anniversary. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the owners David. He was very friendly and helpful. We were given our keys and instructions. The room was beautiful. The gardens were gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We will keep recommending this place and we will stay here again for sure.
