I’m staying in this hotel for a month or two and I’ll tell you the first night here I cried because I have a family of 5 and 3 pets but as soon as you get settled it’s okay. The small room contains a microwave 2 dressers a mini fridge and an empty closet. The bathroom is a fair size it has a toilet and a stand up shower. My main problem with the bathroom is that there is a window with no shades. The workers are mostly Indian witch it makes it hard to understand them at times but they are really kind. The hotel is very close to Walmart and samsclub bath and body works etc. Basically what I’m saying is if you wanna a cozy cheap place to stay come here. Ps- if you need another bed go to the front office and ask.

I get you get what you pay for but I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. The floor was gross, everything was gross. The water didn't shut off in the shower, we only got 1 toilet paper roll for 2 rooms. There was no soap in the bathroom. Absolutely a no frill place as well as not clean. The carpet felt moist. The bed was awful. I wish we had driven around a little to find another place but it was the first place we found after driving for a while and we were exhausted. Do not recommend unless you are desperate.

The picture that shows up in the google search for this hotel is not correct. This hotel is a two-story dilapidated building, not a bright colored, cheerful one-story building in the picture. I stayed there one night with my wife at the place about 4 years ago and my experience was exactly what the other reviewers described. In addition to bugs and dirty bedding, I got a big, gaping hole on the wall in the shower. We asked to change the room but hotel owner rudely refused. The place was like the youtube video "Carnivorous Plants Lure Insects Into Their Clutches", it was a trap. It use a nice picture and a bunch of fake reviews to lure unsuspecting visitors. If you look at those 5-star reviews for this hotel, you wonder why there are no descriptions. That is because they were given by the hotel owners' friends or relatives. Stay away from this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all the owner or whoever runs it is extremely rude. Hung up on me 3 times until she finally booked me a room. The room was dirty, has dead bugs everywhere and bathroom has window with no covering. Smelled, and is very outdated and run down. Looks like it came straight from 1950. Never again and would NOT recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was nice and the bed comfortable. We had a table, and comfortable chair. We were on the ground floor and could park directly in front of our room. This was great because we had a lot of stuff including lots. We were close to Old Town and this was convenient because we went there twice. The continental breakfast we had was good as was the coffee. The room was worth the price we paid.

This place is DISGUSTING. They want 250 a week for a place with marker writing on doors, bricks stacked and not even sealed with concrete and tweaking meth heads sitting outside?! There's motels 10 times cleaner that charge 100 dollars less a week. They have bedbugs and had to burn all their beds some rooms don't even HAVE mattresses. Places like this need to be shut down. Absolutely positively deplorable and an embarrassment to the entire grand island community.

We booked a room with a king size bed. It had a worn out double. There was ONE towel in the room. The toilet had to be plunged after every use. We had to pay up front. Office was closed after check in so we couldnt complain. Had to park next to dumpster. Staff spoke very limited English. Decorated in 1970's motif. Worst Overnight experience ever.

This place was literally a haunted house, do not come here.

Dozens of biting flies in the room, we left and didn't spend the night. The huge "no refunds" sign made more sense after we saw the room. Tub did not drain. Good water pressure.

The place was terrible! Son had to sleep on dirty pee stained bed! The were was a tv and microwave but it sucked! Microwave had dirty food in it.The,least they can do is clean the room.Great for no one !
