Ordered Lahem Mishwe Plate for $29.99. Food isn’t fresh. Wait time long to get food on the table. Bread was over microwaved. Meat was hard to bite. No taste. If you have to put ketchup to swallow the food, it’s bad. Extra half an hour waited to get bills and any other request. Server asked us to put the plates together so they can take it away in one go. Came with 7 other people and everyone is disappointed with their food.

I always check out restaurant reviews prior to visiting and trying a new place. But we were hot and hungry that day at Niagara Falls and didn’t check this restaurant’s online reviews and it was my big mistake. The prices are high understandably due to its prime tourist destination essentially in the heart of Niagara Falls. I don’t mind paying high prices for food if it tastes good but this restaurant’s food is so poor in taste. My mom ordered their grilled shrimp plate and the shrimps had freezer burn, my plate of beef shish kebabs were burnt. This has been far the absolutely worst tasting restaurant I’ve been to this year and I suspect their business mainly does one-time visits as I just cannot imagine people revisiting. Do yourself a favour and eat at other locals and franchises.

The food here is outrageously expensive for nothing, the service sucked, they take forever to fulfill any request you might have and the atmosphere of the restaurant is boring. Food was soooo sooo dry and when I told the person in charge about the issues we were facing, he did nothing and blamed the bad service on not having management around. Makes no sense, so if management isn't around then you stop taking care of the customer. They would not allow us to eat at the fountain/patio area unless we came at night. The food shows a different pic on the menu then what you actually receive, I paid for chicken tenders and received dry as the sahara desert Chicken wedges. If CHICKEN TENDERS ARE TOO DIFFICULT TO MAKE PROPERLY, THEN I WOULDNT EXPECT ACTUAL ENTREES TO COME OUT RIGHT EITHER. THE TENDERS WERE $25, If you want to spend an arm and a leg on something as mediocre as this place then by all means go here. I've attached a pic of the chicken wedges.

Horrible place, made me feel like I was in a poor country. The service was horrible!! The food was a 2/10 nothing to do with middle eastern food. I as an Arab walking into an “Arab restaurant” should always feel like I’m home, at this place I felt like I was in the poor villages of India. The appetizer is not appetizing, the food was not appetizing at all it’s like they give you the dishes and tell you fill your stomach and gtfo. Got sausage and eggs, that means sausage mixed with eggs not the sausages on the side looking like tongues. THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY!! We also wanted to dine in outside for at least a better/clean view the doors were locked and they said it was closed, a couple minutes later they open it for a family lol. And let’s not forget the amount of times I asked for a high chair till they got it, and the place wasn’t even busy!!! We were the only ones there then two families walked in after!! Horrible experience, just a simple piece of advice to the owner: your making bangs with having your prices so high and also the location so I recommend putting some $ into remodeling and cleaning ur place a bit and also bringing better staff. The only thing you had that was good was the tea and the sugar jar had wet frozen up sugar in it and that wasn’t it it cups need to be changed too theirs stains of tea on them lol.

This halal restaurant is located near Niagara falls in Niagara downtown and they are mainly serving the Mediterranean dishes along with continental and Canadian dishes. We tried many items and all were good. Their portions are generous so you wont be hungry after the meal :). Their service was fast. Do try their lamb mandi and Pizza.

NIAGRA Tourists ! WARNING ! They know your not coming back to complain but be careful and you been warned.... This was the worst place in all of ontario and honestly I have nothing against the staff ...they tried thier best in making me happy but seriously the most disgusting pizza in the world exists and it's at this place ...might even give this place fame for the worst place to visit...I had the following.. 1.double apple Shisha 2.palistinian kanafe 3.chicken shawarma pizza 4.zaatar manakeesh 5.can of coke Total bill was $88 ?! Yup that's right ... for a frozen pizza dough we get in Walmart these guys charge that much ... If the price was cheap I guess it would be fair ...but tooo over priced. The shisha was alright and done ✔️ correctly... The kanafe is a frozen version that's been heated up back again. I dare anyone to order the zaatar manakeesh lol ... expect a green layer weird Matt finish pasted fine powder chalk like coating on bread...thats it. Tasted fine but looked really weird ! I love zaatar and if you can't even get the simplest thing right then I have no words .... it dint have a drop of olive oil. But instead vegetable oil 🤣 I literally ate out of hunger as everything else closed around. The reason I say the staff tried is because they went and came back with a new bill removing the pizza 🍕..I dint ask them to but they did themselves... I hope they find better places to work ... I have come to realize that the place is running great due to location and the fact that it's a tourist area.. these are one time customers so the owner doesn't care to have anyone come back since he's making enough just by hit and go...

I went through most of the reviews about this restaurant, most of the negative reviews are not right…the food was tasty and the service was good, a regular delay like any other restaurants nothing obvious…the prices as just like how it shows on the Google menu nothing is hidden, and as it is a Halal restaurant like any other halal restaurant it is more pricey than non-halal ones. The prices were average(sh). My only point about this restaurant, there was no Moroccan meals as the name is “Casablanca”, but you will find many different options. I liked this restaurant. And by the way they accept credit card 💳 not like what the other reviews said!!!

In the heart of the city, this is nice place to visit. Bit expensive due to location. Order Platter that provide good portion as 2 platters are enough for 3/4 person compare to ridiculous price of burger. Must try the Arab Tea, best for digestion. One medium order is good enough for 6.

Had a good experience at Casablanca, Rose and Happy were our servers and they were very attentive offered good service. The food (hamburger and fries, lentil soup, milk shakes) was tasty and of good value. The restaurant is in a greet location, super close to the falls and there is a large outdoor seating area. The restaurant is a fraud in the name of halal food. We ordered the most expensive lamb Mandi and it came stale and cold. The taste was absolutely nothing that matches the authentic taste of Mandi. We ate the meat pieces and left after paying $44 only to be defrauded at this restaurant. They do not prepare fresh food and absolutely do not serve the authentic taste of Mandi. Worst decision to come here.

Food here was amazing. I must however admit the service was a little slow but considering how busy they were it makes sense. They have a lot of staff constantly running around. The outside seating area was amazing w the waterfall adding a nice touch. Would defiantly recommend and be back when I’m in town.

I was visiting Canada for first time from US and heard so much about Good Mediterranean Food in Canada. This restaurant was recommended to me by hotel staff so I thought to give it a try. It is located in downtown Niagara, so location wise it’s at a good spot. For food, since i have been a big fan of middle eastern food and already tried it in middle east as well, i know the flavors of most of dishes. The mandi we ordered was not close to Mandi and the portion was also not enough. Kids wanted to have Turkish pizza but it was also not as authentic as we expected. Orange juice was ok but seemed fresh is mixed with bottle juice. Overall not impressed by the food or ambiance. Suggestion for owner: Please increase portion of food and try to make the flavor authentic. Suggestion for Customers: Don’t have your hopes high as the restaurant in downtown in general don’t have authentic taste, so is this one. Flavor - No Star - 6 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - No Star - 5 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 7 / 10 Service - Star - 7 / 10 Value for Money - Star - 6 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Whenever a visit to Niagara Falls stopover @ Casablanca Restaurant for lunch 🥗 / dinner 🍽️ is a must as the quality of food 🥘 is great 👍 & its “Halal”. Healthy eating with chicken 🍗 as protein along pita 🫓 to give carbohydrates altogether provide energy! Deep fried Chicken 🍗 Tenders, Chicken 🍗 Pizza 🍕, Hummus & delicious 🤤 Baba ghanoush along oven hot fresh Pita 🫓! Friendly courteous staff!

Food was meh and pricey. I had to add salt and pepper to every dish. The presentation was good but the dishes lack flavor. I wish they had sumac at the table. I ordered the $39.99 lamb mandi, which is supposed to come with lamb shank and oxtails. Well, it doesn't come with oxtails nor do they tell you about it. When we received our food and realized this, then they apologized and gave us an extra lamb shank and free tea. We also had chicken mandi, lamb kabobs, meat pizza. Flavors were lacking. The kids didn't enjoy the pizza. The staff were great, fast, polite and attentive. Decor was nice and I loved the music that they played.

The worst food experience i had from Niagra region. Over pricey and the Food didn’t had any taste or flavour. OrderBeef Plater and Beef was too dry. And not friendly kitchen staff. Never recommend for anyone ever. Having a normal pizza would be better than having anything from here.

Delicious food. Best Shawarma plates in Ontario. Food portion is plentiful and large. Lamb kebab is amazing and fresh watermelon juice is superb. Tea is good. They have shisha if anyone is interested. Dario is the owner and very friendly and very kind. All the staff are very polite and welcoming. The decor is beautiful. Stained glass lights add to atmosphere. We look forward to trying the outdoor gardens dining when it's warmer.

Amazing customer service. Nassir is the best. He made sure everything was perfect. Food was delicious. Will definitely recommend it to everyone. Try it once and you will go back again and again.

I went there for dinner , they have so many good options to eat but we tried garlic bread Sticks in starters and falafel platter, Masabaha as main course with addition to some drinks. Falafel platter was so good with salad and amazing hummus. Masabaha was okay as a dish but personally my taste buds don’t like that type of dishes I believe but it was okay if someone like less spicy and mild flavours. Overall taste was good and satisfying!

Very good pizza, very special! French fries must be ordered! The service was very good and everyone was very welcoming! Come to niagarafalls must come and try!

We stopped by this place to grab a bite as we were craving pizza. We got a mix of chicken and beef toppings over Mediterranean. It was quite different and fulfilling. Only recommendation is to have diced tomatoes for better taste but overall. Recommend this place for halal food options.

The food was amazing and there were so many options. Authentic, timely, and mouthwateringly good. Our hostess, Champ, was awesome as well. She answered all questions politely, asked about any food allergies, and checked on us at all the right times. We will definitely come back here again every time we visit Niagara Falls. The outdoor area is so pretty as well, I recommend sitting out there weather permitting. Overall such an amazing restaurant and the food never disappoints.

I was so shocked after eating their food.. All these years of living in Canada and coming to visit Niagara falls like I am performing a pilgrimage every year, I have never tried this place before. I don't even know of how I was this blind.. This is by far the BEST and I say again The Best Middle Eastern restaurant you will ever experience in your life. I been to Lebanon before and this is the 2nd time I have experienced something this good. The Mandi was so good. I can still feel the taste in my month. The Shawarma plate, we could not finish it so we brought it home and had it the next day, there was no smell or anything weird taste. Try Lazeez or Osmos the next day as a meal, you can't even eat it.. The chicken taste like rubber.. But not in Casablanca. My wife had the sheesh tawuk. And finally a place where the meat was cooked to perfection and juicy at the same time. I had Turkish coffee at the end...It was as authentic as I was sipping while sitting down with family in Lebanon. Thank you for the food. We will definitely see you guys again. Really tasty food! We loved going there during our stay. The meat was juicy and flavourful, the manaeesh and pizza were great too. Highly recommend going there! Chai was so good there too

We had the chicken shawarma pizza for brunch today, and it wasn't fresh. The taste was okay, but since the pizza didn't taste/seem fresh, both my husband and I have been suffering from an upset stomach since then.

We had lamb Mandi, delicious, and the sauces served with it were flavourful. Will highly recommend Mandi. The chef had done an amazing job. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The staff was really nice as well.

The food was tasty but there can be a improvement for taste and service. .it is more expensive as compared to the surrounding area restaurants.

I shared with the server the way I have had shawarma wraps in the past and she assured me they could do it there and they did! It was SO good. If I lived here, I would be a regular customer!

I really disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a veggie pizza and an Arab tea. The pizza was too thick snd one of the worse pizza I have ever had. The tea pot and tea glass was authentic but the tea didn’t have s good taste I was expecting, and interestingly the teapot was only filled only half.

Nice Patio with heated tents. Sheesha available. The food is very costly but great portions. Suggest buying one dish and sharing as it is more than enough. Family of 4 cost about 105 cad for 3 dishes and a couple drinks. Probably worth about half that in the city.
