I don't like to leave negative reviews, and would normally speak to the owner or manager if I had a bad experience to resolve any issues, but unfortunately that didn't happen in this situation. The food is way overpriced for the quality and atmosphere, but to be fair, most of Niagara Falls is overpriced, so I could deal with that. My issue was that I found a hair in my food. My server was quick to take it away and replace it, with sincere apologies. But the manager? Nowhere to be found. No apology or follow up and clearly no regard for his/her patrons. At the end of the meal, the server did offer a free dessert which was apparently "authorized" by the manager. Very disappointing and I would recommend going elsewhere.

Don't be fooled by the "child eats free"! The cheese pizza for my daughter taste horrid. You could get better cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza. Food for adults was mediocre at best. Decor was sad. Waiting to be seated was deplorable. I wished we had checked the reviews before dinning in

I came here with low expectations to begin with but to be honest I was slightly more than expected, the pizza was less than fair but the appetizers were good at least. Very expensive and the cocktails were terrible. Overall customer service was good at least but I can safely say I do not recommend this restaurant.

2 stars. Appetizers were decent, mains again were decent but the portions were far too big. You can charge $35 for a steak if it's a good steak, but don't charge me $35 for a literal plateful of potatoes + peppers. Waiter was super slow, never brought us the drink menu, never asked us what we wanted to drink, didn't bring table bread without being asked, and made us wait 20min for our bill. We thought this would be a romantic spot, but really it's like East Side Mario's if East Side Mario's stopped trying... Luckily we had $40 off! Sorry...

A disappointment to say the least. Slow service for a restaurant that had excess wait staff and not many diners. Quality of the food was extremely poor for Italian cuisine there was no flavor very bland. Pizza was soggy and bland. The dessert was dry. For the price your paying your better off spending your money elsewhere. I understand now why their rating is so low.

Went to this restaurant because it looks fancy. Over price restaurant with: For $24 the ravioli dish had 7 pieces of pasta. For $26 the Veal Marsella dish had two frozen like pieces of veal! The kid's macaroni & cheese tasted plain with pasta tasted rubbery like it came from a frozen dinner. The waitress was nice. A long wait for our food. Needs improvement in management to divide work flow when food should come out. Not worth it. Will not come back!

Slow service, watched our waiter flirting with the waitress several times instead of attending to us. Very overpriced food. Their thin crust pizza was soggy. Their chocolate cake obviously came from the freezer as the cake crumbled in my mouth. Doubt the managers even care as they seem to have an automated same response to every single poor review here on Google. Avoid this place, wish we looked up reviews before we came here and wasted our time and money.

I had a good experience here. Would have been better if they provided bread with your meal, rather than charging you for it. I had the P.E.I. Muscles which was prepared in a very tasty garlic broth (too bad no bread) as an appetizer. The Sole for main course, which was bland, but I blame that on the fish; there is only so much you can do to make Sole taste good. Decor of the restaurant was generic. It looked like a chain restaurant. It was neat and very clean.

Overpriced dishes and appetizers. Limited selection. $16 calamari appetizers barely enough for one person. The Tuscan chicken , while tasty, was over oiled and charred at the edges. Overall cost : 2 Tuscans, 1 calamari and 2 soft drinks - an $80 lunch.

I usually don’t write reviews... Waiter was attentive and good, food was unfortunately not good... we thought with the negative comments that these basic things would be addressed as we loved the location as we stayed at the Hilton ...calamari and mussels were not fresh ones... veal had no taste...grilled chicken was burnt, the burnt side was facing down into the salad! ..only dish that could be saved was a kids spaghetti by drenching it with more sauce as it looked lifeless in a bowl... should have just trusted the other reviews so it was our fault.
