My girlfriend and her mom stopped in at this Dunkin’ in their way back from a long shopping trip. They were both looking for a little pick-me-up to get them home, and what they got was a lot more than that. They were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very kind and patient as neither of them are very familiar with the menu at this particular coffee shop. Both of them really enjoyed getting the chance to speak with her and the rest of the staff, they all made their experience very enjoyable. The very proactive staff even went ahead making the first drink my girlfriend had ordered which she had then canceled, but the staff was kind enough to let her take both drinks home. One staff member even offered her mom a complementary donut for making the long trip all the way from Canada. Unfortunately neither of them could remember the cashier’s name, but both of them agreed that she had exceptional costumer service skills and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. They can’t wait to stop in again on their next trip down! Thank you everyone for making their day!

I ordered a Bacon breakfast taco at the drive-thru and waited at the window for over eight minutes for my order of two items. This is a picture of the Taco I received, untouched. I went inside and confronted them and asked for them to remake it and the employee replied with “there’s nothing we can do.” I asked to speak to a manager (because this obviously wasn’t true) and he told me that there was no manager available with an attitude. It’s a shame because I loved Dunkin’ but will never return after this experience. Very disappointed.

As Canadians, we had always heard great things about Dunkin Donuts and we left feeling disappointed. The service was fine. In fact, our server was quite friendly and helpful and our order came to us fairly quickly but the quality didn't match the hype. The coffee tasted watered down and weak. We aren't even sure what our iced coffee tasted like but it wasn't the iced coffee we are used to. To top it off, the donuts are more cake than doughnut. Maybe it is just what we are used to but we just left, as I said, feeling disappointed.

The staff work here are truly best around.Helpful is out standing, professionally yet friendly.From Manger down the line ...Even during busy rush time service do not slack in great service and friendliness.

Drove into Buffalo from Toronto, Canada for the day and stopped at this Dunkin Donuts location. We got a caramel Iced coffee, Iced caramel latte, hash browns, stuffed everything mini bagels and an egg & cheese on croissant. Coffee was amazing and so were the mini bagels. They are such a great snack and so tasty. You get 2 mini bagels per order and they are warmed up so that stuffing is nice and creamy. The staff were also incredibly friendly. They definitely made the experience super enjoyable.

My friend plate came with 2 eggs when it supposed to have 3 my friend complained and he got his xtra egg. My order came with 2 pancake instead of 3 as the menu picture showed. Waitress wasn't to polite nor rude but bland.

I order bagel cream cheese they gave me bagels very dry with no cheese it was very still bagels and I also ordered hashbrowns they gave me three pieces all smooch up inside the bag

It's a typical coffee shop, nothing special, simple order they even screwed it up. Not too cool!

I like to take coffee here and donuts and pumpkin mini balls. It's tasty 😋. Good and clean place with big area.

I got food poisoning from this location. I'm still recovering. Me and my 3 small children. Worst ever. Please have the health department search for the cause. My son is still in the hospital.

Last night I stopped at Dunkin around 715pm. As the speaker for the drive thru is STILL broken, I pulled up to the window as directed. The boy at the window was sarcastically nice, (looked like they were hoping not to have to reclean whatever they had already cleaned) but they DO close at 9. So I waited about 30 seconds for a Hot FV Latte. The look on the kids face as he handed it to me and told me to enjoy it, immediately made me leary to drink it at all. (I've worked in both customer service and F&B so I know what's up) when I got home which is a block away, it was luke warm at the top of the cup but the bottom of the cup felt like ice. It was basically brown water. No milk. I hope the 2 boys working didn't think they pulled a fast one on me. Today I went to the Seneca one stop location and as I walked up to the counter, they had my coffee already started! I joked with them about the Blvd location and they tried to give me my coffee for free. What a joke to have 2 boys closing without an adult manager. Till we meet again boys....

Not a fan of strawberry drinks but WOW the Strawberry, coconut refresher is delightful and surprisingly tasty with out to much of an aftertaste. Good job!

My friend and I visited this location this past Saturday around 6pm. I can’t express how amazing the service was. We were both helped by two guys specifically.. one with longer possibly blonde hair and the other with some arm tattoos I believe. They both were so helpful and kind to us. We are from Ontario, so we were debating what to get and they were very patient with us and made us both feel so grateful afterwards. We both agreed it was some of the best service we have ever had. So, thank you to those employees for being so kind!

The quality of this place has gone down. I ordered a Carmel latte and got this hot cup of cream and whip cream ( with cinnamon I didn't ask for?) That was complete devoid of coffee. I dumped it out and it was white. This has been the the quality the last 3 times I went. Save your money, make your own coffee.

Gross place, incredibly rude people working there found hair on the lid and woman taking the orders at 8:20am looked at me crazy because I complained and called me vulgarity. Starbucks is more money but their employees don’t act like this. I threw the replacement coffee away. Yuck

Came here for the first time from Canada - In the morning we got filled bagel bites and they were absolutely delicious. We also got iced coffees and they were HUGE for medium size. Around 8:30PM we came back to order donuts and take them back with us and the cashier Andrea was absolutely fantastic and so kind. She gave us great donut recommendations and made the experience a lot more fun!

If u visit this outlet be ready for a rude shock..the long haired guy at this outlet is very rude and even lied twice on my face. Not sure if he was being racist or plain rude or just being over smart. But this was not a pleasant experience for sure. He charged for a donut and when I asked him for it he says he is pretty sure he gave it.. I told him we are all sitting here and he can check he didn't....then he gave me 3 munchkins for the price of 1.49 $ but said he gave me 4 and all this while trying to be very condescending.

Ordered 3 drinks, one of them was completely wrong, even rang in wrong, and another had the right edits to it, but they didn't add what was asked and rang in, guy on phone said we could come back but we're working and stopped on a break.... Normally don't write reviews like this but this isn't the first time I had to deal with this issue from this place and that last time the cashier got frustrated like I was the issue when I politely corrected her.

We traveled long distance and we found out that the washroom were closed. We had to use the washroom at Starbucks which was across the street. The service was good. The latte was not hot as we expected. The cold drinks were great. they replaced our cold lattes with hot coffees.

Friendly staff eager to help. Speedy service. Like their coffee over Timmy's but that's my opinion.

Busy location. Serviced through drive-thru with a bit of a wait. Ordered a latte and donut for $6, displeased. Donut was dry and had little icing. Latte was not flavorful and watery. Service was great. Could have saved the $6 and had coffee at home.

Definitely not like Canadian establishments. It's cleanliness needs improvement but the staff was friendly which made the experience good. Not a large variety in hot beverages but the servings are decent.

Clean efficient Dunkin', the staff work very hard and remain pleasant and cheerful! The manager is terrific! Best Dunkin I've been to!

Always busy. Coffee is just ok. Most of the time coffee is way to hot to drink and have to wait an hour to drink. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are the best.

Ive been a regular here for years. Majority of the current staff is wonderful. Manager Alaina is wonderful if you have any issues. They know how to move the drive thru line quickly which is more than you can say for most other breakfast/coffee spots in the morning.

Here is very attentive staff, Jerome. It’s really taste more delicious.

Great customer service and clean

I don’t have a DD in my town but for a once in a while is ok. The place is clean and spacious, prices are really affordable, it’s like the American version of Tim Hortons, the coffee taste ok, I suggest you to order one of the seasonal coffees like: pumpkin pie coffee or something crafted otherwise the regular coffee is like the one you make at home.

My favorite Dunkin in the area. They're always super nice and friendly and the slowest days they have are just when they're understaffed, Otherwise they're always working hard and quickly. 9/10 times my order is always right and on the rare occasions something gets messed up, they always kindly and quickly fix it.

I live in canada. My review is based on my childhood experience overseas where Dunkin was expanding in the middle east countries. 20 years now and i never tasted donuts like yours! I miss those days :) we have lots of coffee shops here in Ontario but their Donuts are not even close to the smell of yours lol. Will visit New york soon and will drop by for a treat!

I’ve been coming through every morning and afternoon after work to get my frozen coffee & I believe her name is Courtney. She’s amazing every single time, always so friendly & idk if it’s her who makes my coffee but if it is she sure knows how to make a good one 🥰 love this place

Worst experience at a Dunkin donuts ever. Literally got patronized by the drive thru lady for asking our kids in the back seat what they wanted and she assumed we had people ordering from the backseats which wasn't the case. Wouldn't be an issue if she didn't go on a rant about us having people ordering from the back. And by rant I mean screaming at us. So we apologized for wasting her time and left for another location. They weren't even busy but the meltdown was not needed.
