Solid Italian food. Amazing service ! Get the ribeye !! The chicken bryan was also ordered at my table and everyone loved that dish. The service was hands down better then the last 20 restaurants I went to. I often over look this chain because Buffalo is loaded with great Italian places .. but if you want consistency and better then average Italian food, give it a try.

If I could give this location 6 stars, I would. Not just for the food and atmosphere, but the amazing staff. Our family has been frequenting this Carrabba’s for over a year and have never had bad service from our favorite servers, Tori, Jill and Tanner. Though we’ve never been to another Carrabba’s, we can’t imagine one measuring up to the service here. You may be put on a wait depending on the day/time you go. But don’t be dumb and go down the street. Patience is a virtue, and this place is worth it. Looking forward to many more family lunches and dinners here.

Our servant/waitress was absolutely amazing. Such a blessing! The food was great! Wonderful atmosphere. The decor and ambience set the tone for a very good experience. However, after a one hour and twenty minute wait, Ms. Anna, our servant/waitress was the God-sent gift of the week, a very long and tiring week. Our experience is amazing every time we come here. All of the food is delicious and so fresh. The mozzarella marinara is the freshest mozzarella I’ve ever seen in mozzarella sticks. The steak is just as amazing as the pasta. The garlic mashed potatoes are insanely good. The dessert is incredible. The service is great too. We can always count on the food and service here to give us a great experience.

Food was fresh and hot , the bread was good and the soup was good the entire was 8/10.drink was delicious staff was nice and friendly I was helping immediately in the food did not take too long to come out either.

One of the better chain restaurants I enjoy going to. Food is usually very good and not outrageously expensive. Service the day we went was slow and they did forget to bring out the salads and app before our meals. It wasn't our waiters fault he was great. They have support staff for the waiters and waitresses that are suppose to take care of these and unfortunately we slipped through the cracks. So we just got all of our food at once haha

The food was decent and I liked the flavor tomato caprese and chicken trio.The berry cake was also really moist and delicious of.Unfortunately there were limited vegetarian options and both the eggplant parmesan and risotto weren't available. the I did love the server-she was really sweet and always checked on us.

Ordered online. Got there at the allotted time. They had one person for all 12 drive up spots. I only ordered 3 desserts. Got the order, 25 min late, and it was missing a dessert. So yeah, will not be coming back. I could've literally gone bought the stuff to make these desserts faster. Lady was nice enough but clearly got bigger issues if it's taking 25 longer than you thought to get out 3 desserts that you cut from a pan and put in a to go container....

While our food was pretty good. Loved the bread and dip. The chicken soup and Caesar salad were generous and tasty. Our server Alison was bubbly and amazing in her service. My only reason for the 3 star rating is the place felt grungy. The bathroom smelled liked urine, windows were filthy. The whole place looks like it needs a good cleaning.

My worst experience at Carabbas. I’m a patient person, but we waited literally forever for our food with a child. Never asked if we wanted anything else to drink, refill our bread. Nothing. They sat us at this table with actual garbage being physically tossed out a door while we trying to enjoy our night out. So we just sat there…forever…with garbage being thrown around us 😂

First, our waitress was nice telling little jokes and engaging. However, she did mix up our order but, apologized and corrected it. Now the food was not great, nor good overall. The salmon was ok but my tomatoes were burnt (not grilled as the manager stated) and the fries came out extra crispy and oily. The next batch were not cooked completely. And the sauce on the pasta was good but the pasta wasn't cooked enough, had a tough texture. Also, not sure if they changed the menu but I'm pretty sure the meatball appetizer came with 3 or 4 meatballs NOT 2. At the end the manager cut our bill but, we didn't enjoy the meal.

While I don’t eat here often, the food is usually great. In my experience, there is either long wait times for a table (they don’t accept reservations) or the place is near empty. Tonight was the latter as I was one of only a few cars in the parking lot so I was sat immediately upon entering. My server was polite and courteous, but almost the wrong type of attentive as she checked on me often but seemingly forgot the answer I gave of anything she asked. “What would you like to drink?” “Water, without lemon” as I’m brought a water with extra lemon. “Would you like a to-go box?” “No, thank you” as she brings a to-go box to the table. “Do you need anything else?” “Yes, a refill of my water would be great” then she returns with the check and thanks me for coming in (without the refill).

This is one of our favorite places to eat, always fresh and delicious, the mussels are the best and anything on the menu will be a great choice!

The food was really good and the menu gives you wine pairing options based on what you’d like to order! Definitely recommend the chicken Bryan, delicious.

I tried their spaghetti with bolognese and I had them add some meatballs to it it was very good in fact I had so much that I ended up having to bring some back and having it for lunch today I'd highly recommend it. The picture is AFTER I got full! I had the soup too.

Took my wife for lunch on her birthday & the atmosphere was perfect. The food was excellent, of course & the service was top tier.

The food flavors were very good. The drinks were pretty good. Ordered an espresso Martini, and at first I thought that the spiggot was dirty. Then, when I came home, I couldn't fall asleep till 7 am the next day. Really, really heavy handed with the espresso, lol. It happens. I noticed they charged me for a chocolate Martini so it's safe to assume that espresso martinis aren't normally ordered. The lamb steaks portions were a lil underportioned in comparison to the picture and were stood upright which cooled them much quicker than usual due to the additional surface area exposed to the air. The server fake pretended that she had our receipt in error and made references to tipping more than once. I think she's hurting financially. It made us a lil uncomfortable for our first experience here. We will definitely come back. The wine pairings on the menu were spot on and really brought out the flavors of the dishes. Was super pleased. The floors were slippery (oily) I slipped but caught myself and did not fall.

I met here with a group of ladies that I volunteer with. This was our holiday dinner get-together. Not only was the company great, but our server was fantastic. He knew his stuff and he joked around with us. The food was fresh, delicious, and hot. It wasn't crowded yet because football was on. So, we did not have to wait to be seated. Authentic Italian food is the best!

My teammates and I came here for some pre race fuel and boy did they deliver. Our waitress Deanna was fantastic! She kept or drinks filled and table clean of finished dishes. The menu provided the perfect selection of Italian cuisine. It was all delicious! Highly recommend!

I love the food at Carrabba’s, but this location truly had the best service. From the hostess, to the manager (Jill) & to our server, Natalie, who went above & beyond. Natalie really displayed amazing customer service which is quite rare to find these days. She had such an infectious personality which made the experience that more enjoyable. Hands down best waiter award goes to Natalie! Overall, amazing experience at this location.

Could not have had a better experience! Great food as always, but what really made our visit exceptional was our outstanding server Chris C. He was friendly, courteous and most attentive. Our glasses were never empty, he was quick to remove empty dishes, answered questions with sincerity and made great recommendations. While the restaurant was very busy, he made sure to check on us regularly and we never felt neglected, nor did he ever give the appearance that he was stressed or overwhelmed. We were so impressed that we requested to speak with the manager (Jillian I believe was her name) to acknowledge the excellent service we received from Chris C. We cannot wait to go back to this location and ask for Chris C to be our server again. Thanks Chris for making our evening so memorable with just the professional courtesy and service provided. My wife and I felt privileged to have sat in your section! We will definitely be back!

This is my second time being here and I love food it was so tasty but you should work more on be clean please! 😣
