😠 Went to try breakfast here at 9am. Service was not so great, nice but not attentive. I ordered tea which came in a tiny mug with a small pot of hot water only enough for one tea. Server did not ask if I needed a refill, I had to hunt someone down to ask. $5.00 for a small apple juice is outrageous!... People often mention good, breakfast, water, buffet, nice, service, great, price, dollars, toast,

Went to try breakfast here at 9am. Service was not so great, nice but not attentive. I ordered tea which came in a tiny mug with a small pot of hot water only enough for one tea. Server did not ask if I needed a refill, I had to hunt someone down to ask. $5.00 for a small apple juice is outrageous! French toast was hard and old tasting, pancakes were mealy and box brand tasting. For a “pancake house” there was no additional pancake toppings or anything special. The bacon was DRY and Very HARD like beef jerky. Everything just tasted old like yesterday’s food. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place for breakfast!! Not worth the money at all!! If your looking for a great breakfast, I definitely recommend a place called “Falls Manor” instead!!

So gross. My first bite was of bacon and there was something inedible and hard in it, I had to spit it out. The home fries have no seasoning just taste like oil. The French toast was old and stale. Not sure why the food was so gross because we were one of the first customers… you would think it would be fresh. I went to grab a bowl at the buffet without looking, then I noticed I felt something. I looked down and the bowl was DIRTY! It had hardened gunk on it from the dishwasher I’m assuming. You think they would check that before putting them out? And on top of that they don’t serve tap water… you have to buy bottled water. Total money grab. I feel like I was scammed by this place. Avoid it.

Really good option for a quick and abordable breakfast near the falls. Many other places in this area charges 2-3 times more for about the same meal. Seating and Beverage service is fast and the buffet is somewhat basic but taste good and have a good rotation so it's always fresh. Fruits salade, oatmeal, boiled and scrambled eggs, crunchy bread, bacon, sausage, ham, donuts, potatoes and probably more. For a breakfast for 3 under 50$, including tip, I recommend

Terrible place for breakfast people are herded like cattle to a trough. Our seat was occupied 2 times by people who were put there without the greeter paying attention. We were under a a/c vent blowing hard, and mentioned it to our server who seemed disinterested in our concern. It a lousy setup for a buffet you stand in a circle and at people tables not a relaxed atmosphere. The food was tasteless . My tea and food was cold from the a/c blowing on us. I asked for green tea and got reg tea . Ate very little and left the food on the table. Customer service is the worst . They even made us pay for our food that we hardly ate. Usually a good restaurant would not charge for that bad experience. We mentioned to people in line about our experience they

A nice restaurant in the hotels area for breakfast. Buffet breakfast, but no cheese and olives. It is a nice and clean restaurant that is affordable. Staff welcome and service quality is successful. I forgot her name but there is a cute black haired white skinned female waitress and she is hardworking and follows all the customers and provides instant service. It's great that she owns her job. We got the buffet breakfast for two and 4 cups of coffee cost $34.

A great place to ruin the impression of Niagara Falls. Do yourselves a favor and avoid the mistake I made. Don't eat breakfast at this place. Spend a bit more money somewhere else but have a good time. The food was terrible. Bacon was like stone. Almost broke a tooth. Sausages I just couldn't handle amd left them om a plate. The muffin was bought from a store. It smells of preservatives and unnatural chemicals. You pay extra for a coffee and bottles water $4. How are they still in business. The food is not even worth their cheap price

This was the worst breakfast I have ever had during my life! Not even a single item from the buffet tastes “ok”. Not tasty, not fresh(almost all the items are cold), not good looking, etc. The only good thing I can mention about this place is their service, the lady helping us was in fact a very nice lady. But other than the service, it was a terrible experience. I would strongly suggest staying away from this restaurant. Get a 5 dollar sandwich from Tom Horton’s and I promise you it’s worth it! At least you are sure that you can easily eat it(:

As the name says "All you can eat", which means drinks are not included. Black coffee is for $5 and water for $4. For $11 open buffet, the food was good, but the choices are limited.

They tell that the all you can eat buffet is only 10 dollars. But they charge you a lot for drinks… Very good service, scrambled eggs were nice, pancakes with maple syrop also good. Quality of food could be better. We paid 43 dollars for food&drinks for 2 persons.

This is a tourist trap: eat all you want for 10.99 breakfast! The are many waitresses but they don’t bother to even serve you a glass of water. They charge for all beverages, water, juice coffee, etc. Very limited choice of breakfast items, fruit is canned, scrambled eggs and bacon very dry. Sweat beens, French toast. After you are done the waitress brings the check, and ask for tip to be left on table, even she didn’t do or bring anything! I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This restaurant catches everyone’s eye with the $11.99 buffet but unfortunately the cost of drinks there is absurd. They charge $5.00 for a glass of apple juice- NO FREE REFILLS. A small mug of coffee was $4.00 which they do refill for free. I asked for a glass of water and was told they don’t have glasses of water but I could purchase a bottle for $4.00 😂 The buffet is mediocre and you could make better food at home. Our waitress was nice. I felt bad for her because I’m sure she has to deal with upset customers after they get the bill.

This is all you eat breakfast place have always visited when I go Niagara. It has changed from before but still good. Don't like how people are seated, seem as though we are segregating races and u noticed one particular staff doing it. Also not impressed that you sat down, not even a hour into eating you already got your bill not knowing if your going to order other drink items. But not all got treated this way because others got there bill at the register to pay. This away whoever is in charge of this place must TEACH YOUR STAFF TO TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL.

This is a "get what you pay for" kind of place. For $12 food is OK. It's not terrible. Eggs and sausage were good, and hot. Bacon on the other hand was cooked beyond recognition, clumps and very hard. They won't give you a glass of water, making a ridiculous claim that because of all the hotels, the tap water isn't good. You can buy a 500ml bottle of esca water though for $4. Service is very good and attentive.

A breakfast buffet for 10,99 CAD. I mean can you really go wrong with that. Toast was good, French toast was great, the muffins were good, the cake balls were a bit on the dry side. The eggs I didn't have, but I was told they were good as well. The bacon is nice and crunchy and the rest I didn't have. The coffee was really good and the waitress was kind friendly gorgeous and nice.. I'd for sure recommend having your breakfast here..

My family and I went here and we did not mind it at all. Considering the price, it's not that bad especially comparing to fastfood price. We have only tried their egg, French toast, pancake, and potatoes and it's pretty good. Condiments are available at the table to season the food however you like. Overall we're stuffed and satisfied after eating here.

This place was pretty decent! Endless breakfast, for only $11 CA. Can't really beat that! The food was average - not high quality necessarily, but what can you expect at a place like this? Some things were definitely pretty good (the sausage links were very good!!) and I did enjoy almost all of the food at the buffet. And the waiter was nice and friendly. The main complaint is that they make you pay additional for all drinks, including water. There's no tap water option - you need to pay for the bottled water. So, all things considered, it ends up being about $14 CA for the buffet with the drink, so it's not too bad of a price.

Food was okay. Just like a regular homemade breakfast. The waitress was nice, but for tourists from America, paying was a rip-off. Either pay in Canadian dollars the regular amount, or pay in US dollars but at least $30-$50+ or more depending on your "regular" price.

Food was almost edible. The only thing that was tasty food was the sausage. Drinks were very expensive and only bottled water. Over $10.00 for an apple juice. Hot chocolate was over $6 for small cup of okay. They advertise a cheap breakfast, but that's only true if you don't want to drink anything. Not a good experience.

My personal experience was great and the food decent. Anastasia was a sweetheart. But what I witnessed was someone being kicked out by management because they stayed too long. They didn't offer to move them. There are no time limits posted anywhere. The manager was very rude and other staff berated the party. NEVER GO THERE. EVER.

Went to Country Chalet for the first time today. Food was delicious and appealing. Service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back. Amazing value for the price.

Server was nice. Wish I could same about the food. Our hotel advertised it and we could walk there, so we decided to go. Our hotel breakfast was way better in comparison. Everything was dried out or bins were empty. Sausage had a funky taste, but maybe I am used to American pork breakfast sausages. Chocolate milk was $5, but was good (although not liked by my child who it was bought for). Coffee was decent for $4, but server did ask multiple times if I wanted a refill. So again - thumbs up on service and double thumbs down on food.

My boyfriend liked the place cuz it "looks clean" lol I personally didn't like the place compared to other breakfast buffet place down the block. No tap water only bottle water. No waffles like other place. One single buffet line/offering. All my food was semi like warm/cold including french toast, eggs etc...and I ate as soon as I sat down. Applesauce was good lol. Servers were friendly so no complaints about customer service. Nice and simple just not for me. Nice and basic for 10.99 breakfast and you're done in 10 mins so you can see the rest of Niagara falls.

For the price and food quality I would give it a 2. The bacon was really crunchy, the pancakes looked and tasted like those fully cooked pancakes you can buy at the grocery store and freeze it, the eggs and toast were ok but nothing special. The drinks were high priced too. The buffet is 11 dollars plus tax. I got a orange juice to go with it and by the time I was ready to pay, the bill was almost 19 dollars. I didn't ask for the price of the orange juice but I would guess it would be around 5 dollars since there is also tax. I could buy a whole jug of orange juice with 5 dollars. The sausage was good though. It was the only thing that I liked about the food.

Good service. Good value if you do not get anything to drink. Obviously a 10.99 all you can eat place wouldn't not be profitable without $4 bottle of water and coffee. Still it would be nice if you had some warning before you got the bill
