Beautiful. Third time we visited. Canadian side is by far the bast viewing side and its free. The best views of Niagara Falls, completely free. There are some additional attractions, like a boat ride, or platform to get super close to the falling water, and those cost, but the main attraction costs you no dime at all. Its Canada, so its clean, nice, and welcoming.

No words to explain the beauty of Niagara Falls. This time visited the place from Canadian side, possibly the best place from where to see the fall. Its grand and the lighting at night make it even more mesmerizing. Visited this place twice and will visit again in future :) Wonderful place to spent time with your family.

You’ve heard of it. Now it’s actually right in front you. This magnificent waterfall is truly a work of nature. Free flowing and powerful. Make sure you walk alongside the boarder to see the whole fall. There are some public parking around the this area for $5-$10 per hour.

Absolutely amazing trip to the falls. The color of the falls is amazing and is even its own paint color. The amount of water passing through is astonishing and was just a site to behold. Take the boat tour and get up close and personal to the falls and wet. But worth the experience for sure!

Breathtakingly beautiful. The Canadian side is definitely the better choice when it comes to viewing the Falls. There’s also so much to do around the area. I love how close you can get even just viewing it on the sidewalk.

A beautiful natural waterfall that's incredible to watch during the day or at night when lit up with color changing lights. The walk along the waterfall is beautiful and well decorated. You can walk to Clifton hill after seeing the falls where kids can have fun and grab some food.

Niagara Falls is a mesmerizing spectacle of nature. The powerful cascades, mist in the air, and thunderous sounds create an unforgettable experience. The panoramic views and evening illumination add to the enchantment. Despite crowds, the awe-inspiring beauty of the falls is truly worth witnessing.

The view is just Amazing!! My family normally visit Niagara Falls at least once a year. Although this is the first time in 2 years due to Covid 19. We always enjoy a walk along the river. They have a Fireworks show at 10pm this year, and also there is a light show at night time.

If I may be an honest review for the view of Niagara Falls from the US side, if it is said to be very good, the falls from the Canada side will be far above that. Its splendor and magnificent was far above what I imagined. I recommend coming when the weather is sunny, and try to come around 4 pm and above when the sun is shining on the waterfalls in the canada part. You will see a full rainbow in front of you and it is a very rare sight. When the april the boat was still closed so you cannot go down there and look from below. However the view, scenery, and the feels was far beyond that i can tell just from the pictures. Really high recommended place to visit

Niagara Falls is nothing short of breathtaking. Visiting this natural wonder was one of the best experiences of my life. The sheer power and beauty of the falls are awe-inspiring. Standing at the observation points, feeling the mist on my face, and hearing the roaring waters was a sensory overload in the best possible way. It's a place where nature's grandeur takes center stage. The surrounding park and attractions make it a perfect destination for all ages. Whether you're admiring the falls during the day or witnessing the stunning illumination at night, the magic of Niagara Falls never fades. If you haven't been here yet, put it on your bucket list. It's an unforgettable destination that leaves you with memories to cherish forever. A must-visit for anyone seeking the wonders of the natural world.

What a beautiful place! True Wonders of the world! You can spend hours next to it and still be amazed by its beauty. Every click of photos is worth it here. I especially like the cool mist coming from the falls during hot summer days and the true natural sound of the water falls. One more unique thing I like is the diversity of the people around the horseshoe falls. People are really helpful, for your full family photos.😃

Niagara Falls is an enormously popular tourist destination, and it also serves as a major source of electricity for Ontario, Canada. Breathtaking views, amazing place for a family, friends. You have different activities there like zip line, boat ride, helicopter ride to take aerial views of the falls. Its a major debate but Canadian side view is the best as Americans get the side view. I am attaching pictures for the Niagara falls from Canadian side have a look.

Amazing place with an amazing view. However, you need to be somewhat lucky to avoid the waterfall mist. I was able to be lucky and get a good view with sun the last time. However, the two prior times I got there it had a dense mist that forbade from seeing anything.

Amazing, amazing views! Will definitely return. Doesn't matter day or night, it is a place you must visit. During the day, it is the beauty of the falls, and at night, they transform into light spectacles, changing colors and accenting the water in complete darkness!

One of the most spectacular place to visit and see. No photos or video can justify. It’s been crowded as it was a weekend but if you have little patience you will get to see closely and clearly. There is good facility of washroom and food court. It’s indoor so if it’s cold it’s not a problem. This is must visit place in Canada.

Beautiful place.. Witness the roaring and thunderous water falling. Everything else is so expensive but the Niagara down town is worth looking at night. We visited on Dec 29th. The fireworks and lighting are worth watching. See the attached videos and pics. Get a cheaper motel about 15-20 min walk from the falls. You will get them in $60-70 per day.

Absolutely amazing...it doesn't look real to look at but truly one of the most spectacular sites I've seen so far on my travels. The best view and the one everyone associates with Niagara falls is on the Canada side which is literally across the rainbow bridge from the USA into Canada. Passport is needed and if it's by car 5 dollars Canadian and 6 US. You WILL get wet when you view from the Canadian side from the spray but WOW amazing and highly recommended.

One of the best and beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen. Must visit at night, see the pictures and videos before leaving this place without visiting at night. Huge territory to walk around and enjoy your time. During winter the prices for parking your car is 5-10CAD for 8 hours, during high season expect to pay for parking 30-40CAD

I visited the place in August on a weekend. The number of people also corresponded to this. I only found parking at Rapidsview Park. It is about 3 km away from the waterfall. It suited me perfectly. An interesting route past the old power station and a view of an old stuck pontoon with an interesting history. The waterfall is breathtaking. Even the number of people did not detract from the experience. I spent half a day here. Unforgettable.

Absolutely breathtaking, there is no other way to describe the experience. Definitely bigger up close and the roaring sound it's just something to be experienced. Outputting 150 million liters of water per minute shows the magnitude of these waterfalls. You can visit the underground tunnels or experience the boat ride. An excellent place for photography aficionados.

A perfect place to visit. One of the best destinations in Canada and must visit if you are visiting Ontario. Night lights are very attractive. Great place to visit in any season. Enough parkings spaces available nearby. It gets very crowded if the weather is nice but not hard to find a good place for photos and enjoyment.

The horseshoe waterfall is great, however, maybe I have given it too much hype because I didn’t have the “oh damn” moment that I was expecting and that everyone was describing. Still I believe this is a Natural wonder and somewhere that everyone should go at least once in their life if they have the opportunity!

It was a joy from the side of Canada! Be sure to bring some sleeves because the splash from the water will make you wet! Great photo opportunities and you can pay a few coins to look through the fixed binoculars. Lots of opportunities to offer to take someone else's photo as well! I enjoyed it. It was a crazy crazy long line but I believe they fit roughly 100 people. I think a good hundred people on at a time and there's two boats rotating. So the line went a little fast but you're still waiting for depending on the crowd, at least 30 minutes. Give or take of the people but it was real fun. Especially when you get into the falls you're going to get wet really mesmerizing to look at Horseshoe Falls whether if it's day or night. The light show at night is spectacular and not to be missed. Although it could get really misty and a lot of people would think it's rain

Ich war schon an vielen schönen Orten dieser Welt unterwegs, aber so etwas atemberaubendes habe ich auch selten gesehen. Absolutely stunning! The boat ride took us right up to the falls, and it was spectacular!! Our guide, Gordon, was wonderful. I recommend getting the tour that skips the line. It's definitely worth it. We had front row views on the boat. I can't say enough about the natural beauty of the falls.

The horse shoe falls never disappoint! Especially in the off-season when the crowds are not as large. We had a blast seeing the falls. Just be sure to research your hotels before booking one if you plan on staying overnight. Different views from different hotels and different accommodations and amenities depending on which hotel you choose aswell.

Want an awesome experience. Very close to the falls we could go by taking the boat ride. At one point you can not even open your eyes due to water splash. Fully mist of the falls you see. Such a beautiful place. You can view this from the view points from the canada side and also when on boat, you can view it very close. One must not miss to take the boat ride to experience the view and feel. This is my 3rd time visit but still I feel so happy to do it again and again.

I visited Horseshoe Falls, the largest and most impressive of the three waterfalls that form Niagara Falls on the border of Canada and the United States. It was a stunning and awe-inspiring sight, with millions of liters of water plunging over the edge every minute. The falls were about 187 ft high and 2,590 ft wide, creating a majestic horseshoe shaped curve. The sound of the water was thunderous, and the mist was refreshing. I enjoyed viewing the falls from different perspectives. I also took the Hornblower cruise, which took me close to the base of the falls and gave me a thrilling experience. I got soaked, but it was worth it!

  • 5/5 Ken J. 9 months ago on Google
Wonderful. Had a best time. Best view from the Canada Side. There are some other attractions like Cruise which takes you near the falls. It’s a 15mins tour takes to both the falls. Price is around $30. You can book online on the website. Zip line on the viewing side is very good. Journey behind the falls. Gifts and souvenir shops Skylon tower Giant wheel. Paid Parking is available. Bus transit available. If you are looking for all day $5 parking, it’s in the city approx 200mtrs far from the falls. During night there is light show on the falls. Overall nice experience. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and also on the cruise. There are few restaurants onsite.

The most delightful and enjoyable experiences in our lives, which are mostly free, are gifted to us by the Creator of the Universe. Whether we are witnessing the growth of children, marveling at cloud formations that mirror our memories, or beholding the breathtaking landscapes during sunrise and sunset, there is an endless array of captivating moments. One such example is a visit to Niagara Falls. Observing the sheer volume of water cascading down and transforming into mist feels akin to witnessing an ancient washing machine in action. The scorching sunrays filtering through the vapor create a stunning rainbow around the horseshoe, showcasing the magnificent spectrum of colors that surround us. Being in such a place is always a source of pleasure and tranquility.

The Horseshoe Falls, part of the legendary Niagara Falls, is a sight to behold — a natural wonder that encapsulates the raw power and beauty of the natural world. Standing before the Horseshoe's thunderous curtain of water, one can't help but feel a sense of awe at the sheer force and majesty on display. This Canadian marvel, with its immense water flow that forms the most expansive section of Niagara Falls, offers an immersive experience that's both humbling and exhilarating. The plumes of spray rising from the tumbling waters create a play of mist and light that can spark a sense of deep wonder in even the most seasoned traveler. Whether viewed from the edge, aboard a boat at its base, or from the various vantage points around the park, the Horseshoe Falls is a testament to the unstoppable force of nature. It's a place that commands silence and respect — the power of the water is as relentless as it is beautiful. In every aspect, from the hypnotic roar to the ever-present rainbow arching through the mist, Horseshoe Falls delivers an unforgettable encounter with one of the planet's most powerful and stunning phenomena.

Amazing to see and it should be on your bucket list if you are visiting Canada. My recommendation is to visit during the day as the night you couldn't see much even though the light shown was on. However it was pretty cool non the less. If you are visiting in the fall or winter time, prepare for cold breeze as you will be freezing. Come in the summer or spring time.

Possibly the most popular water fall. On the border of USA and Canada. A huge fall one is known as horseshoe and another on the USA part, a smaller one. Most fascinating journey to the fall by the cruise to the mouth of the fall. Very well maintained. Various amusement available. The tower , is a magnificent view point. Another one is the Wheel. Food and beverage also available nearby.

Horseshoe Falls is a natural wonder offering a spectacular view day or night. You get the best view from Canada. Approximately 681,000 gallons of water flows over the falls every second. Take a boat ride to the falls, view from shore, behind the falls, or from the hill and skyscrapers for a spectacular view.

  • 5/5 Fezz B. 3 years ago on Google
What a beautiful wonder of the earth. We live close and yet don’t end up going often. But it’s a wow moment every time we do. Crowds and parking gets hectic on weekends. If you want to avoid crowds, head to the falls early in the morning, better parking, cooler weather, finish your walk and your and get your pictures. Head to Clifton hill after for some fun and games and food.

When the boundary line between the United States and Canada was determined in 1819, based on the Treaty of Ghent, the northeastern end of the Horseshoe Falls was in New York, United States, flowing around the Terrapin Rocks, which were once connected to Goat Island by a series of bridges. In 1955, the area between the rocks and Goat Island was filled in, creating Terrapin Point. In the early 1980s the United States Army Corps of Engineers filled in more land and built diversion dams and retaining walls to force the water away from Terrapin Point. Altogether, 120 m of the Horseshoe Falls was eliminated. Due to erosion, the falls will continue to move in relation to the boundary line in the future. The official national maps for both Canada and the United States indicate that a small portion of the Horseshoe Falls is located within the United States

I will never understand why anyone who would ever give a rating of less than 5 stars! This place is awesome! So much water - so much raw power! Every Canadian should experience this place at least once (a year hehe). Plan to park downtown (usually $15-$20 for the day) and about a 20 minute walk away. The sidewalks and roads are clean, and it’s incredibly safe. Weekends will likely be packed, so if you have the chance, try to visit on a weekday to get a semi private view of the beautiful scenery. In conclusion, this is place is a must visit and anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy ?

(Translated by Google) Niagara Falls is a must-see tourist attraction in Toronto, Canada! I visited there on 2020.7.20, and I was able to get a nice view despite some corona impact! This time, I visited Niagara Falls for the first time, but my personal impression is 4 stars! Because I was raising the hurdle considerably and the image was ahead. I thought it was a big waterfall that spreads out in nature, but the area around it is a tourist spot, and it seems a little smaller than I had imagined. .. .. (Laughs) Of course, I was moved, but I didn't exceed my expectations. Also, there are shops near Niagara Falls, but about 80% of the shops are vacant, you can buy Niagara goods at the souvenir shop, and you could take the restaurant home and eat and drink on the patio!

It was fun, my wife and I had a wonderful time there. We got there at 5pm so it wasn't that hot outside. The falls are wonderful to look at, and the night show is fun to watch. Everyone must go. Enjoy.

What an amazing piece of this world and what a beautiful site. Its seriously freezing in May but beautiful and worth the trip to even just see it from afar. Boats weren't running yet so we settled for this beauty of a picture instead.

Amazing...words cannot describe the beauty!!! Wish people visiting would be responsible and stop littering the place.

It's truly a world wonder. I have seen many waterfalls in my life. But nothing can come close to this. It's a class apart. The view from the Canadian side is amazing. It's a must see for anyone who is near Toronto

(Translated by Google) 6 times in Niagara and always want to go back, I also enjoy the surroundings like Niagara on the lake, Chippawa, Fort Erie .... Not far from the Whirlpool Aero Because there are stairs to go down to swim or fish on the Whirlpool rapids the view is magnificent. Are pick nic tables everywhere to enjoy eating while enjoying nature. The smell at night is wonderful and of course the Cliffton hill street and the falls. You have to try the Hershey's milkshake it is really awe-inspiring. Clean, fresh air, natural walking trails and sound of water fall makes my almost daily walk very enjoyable.

It’s wet, it’s loud, it’s beautiful, it’s awesome! While it can be plenty crowded on both the American side and the Canadian side, dealing with the hordes of people is worth it just to see and hear the greatness that is Niagara Falls. The sheer power you behold while there is amazing. Having viewed the falls from both sides, I’d say viewing it from the Canadian side is better because you get to look at the American side, which is the side that has a lovely lush forest/park background. The Canadian side on the other hand is dominated by massive buildings. So viewing from the Canadian side is better because you get to look at the prettier American side.

We happened to be here on one of the most perfect days you could ever visit. We saw the falls in all its beauty and wonder. If you want to experience a different kind of high without intoxication, just watch the falls roll over. The rush of the water, the thundering fall, and then the cool mist splash all over you, it’s unbelievable! Whenever I’ve been to the falls, there has always been crowds of people, so be prepared.

Absolutely beautiful!! Always have a great time whenever I visit. Beautiful park.

Absolutely mind-blowing. The mere scale of the falls and watch the ginormous amount of water falling down every second is an experience in itself. The place has been very well developed, at least on the Canadian side with amazing viewpoints. If you can manage, a weekday (even evening) is the best time to be. During summers there are fireworks at 10PM every day.

According to my perspective this Waterfall should be considered as a “ Wonders of the World” due to its spectacular views and glamorous scenery. There are many tourists attractions nearby and best time to visit is Summer and winter.

Parking can be found for $5 for 10 minutes walking distance away. Once you get there, highly recommend the Whistle Blower Boat ride. I could not take photo near the Horseshoe Falls due to massive mists. They will give you a rain poncho with the price of the ride. My kids loved it.

Always a must since they are beautiful in every season. If you have both American and Canadian visas you can see both sides I’m one day. I do recommend the Canadian side for better view. Lots of dining places and hotels to enjoy the view.

(Translated by Google) It was just magical. Do it at least once in your life. If possible, also do the American side which gives an even more impressive bird's eye view (Original) C’était tout simplement magique. À faire au moins une fois dans sa vie. Si possible, faire également le côté Américain qui donne une vue plongeante encore plus impressionnante

Można powiedzieć : byłem ,widziałem i jesteśmy teraz bogaczami . Naprawdę fantastyczne widoki , jeżeli ktoś lubi naturalne piękno to będzie miał ucztę dla oczu , jest tam kilka wodospadów (podkowa największa ) ,miasteczko bardzo fajne ,budownictwo kanadyjski styl plus kilka ciekawych budynków . Duże wrażenie naprawdę polecam gorąco aby wybrać się i zwiedzić Toronto oraz koniecznie Niagara Falls.

As always this place never seems to lose it's magic. With our current situation I would recommend to wear a face mask because 6 foot distancing is very hard to achieve.
