This was my second time on Niagara and both times I've visited this monument to our greatest scientist. It's set right on the Goat island, close to the Visitor center. Nikola Tesla moved to the US, developed his work in electrics and invented the AC power - thanks to Him the worlds look like this today. Identical monument adorns the front of the electrotechnical University in Belgrade. Pride and pilgrimage place for any Serb visiting the majestic Niagara Falls.

It's a statue of Nikola Tesla. He just sat there. No dancing or anything. Did a great job being still. I looked for a tip jar but he didn't have one. What a great guy. 5 out of 5 stars would stare at the statue for hours again. I thought I saw him flinch but maybe not. I don't know. Drove from Ohio just to see it. Pretty cool. Oh and there's a cool waterfall nearby too.

The creator of Alternating current who helped design the first Hydroelectric power plant at Niagara Falls in collaboration with Westinghouse. Tesla was awesome. And people remember him with the all electric car company named after him.

Cool statue that’s well taken care of and sits in the midst of the Niagara Falls compound.

A nice statue located near the American Falls just past the cave of the winds. It is near a great lookout point overlooking the falls and you can see the Canadian side on a clear day. It is easy to find via the maps located all over the park or just use your phone. A clean, well kept, well lit area that is worth a stop when visiting the falls given its proximity to viewing areas and attractions.

Monument to Nikola Tesla (Azerbaijani: Nikola Teslanın heykəli) is a monument to the Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla, located in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, in a park at the crossing of the Azadlig Avenue and the Suleiman Rahimov Street. The monuments authors are the Peoples Artist of Azerbaijan, the sculptor Omar Eldarov and the architect Sanan Salamzade. The monument is cast from bronze. Its height together with the pedestal is 3.3 meters. The monument is set against the background of a decorative panel depicting one of Teslas main inventions - an alternator. The opening ceremony of the monument took place on 8 February 2013. The ceremony was attended by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the First Lady of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, and the First Lady of Serbia, Dragica Nikolic. At the opening ceremony, the presidents delivered speeches.

Tesla cars and Mr. Tesla from niagra falls fame...are one and the same. Found the statue in a morning walk to Luna Island. Went up to the Cave of the Winds area and lo and behold there is this monument to one of the inventors of electrical generators. Saw his right hand is rubbed to the metal.
