Dayna was a fabulous guide for our Pink Bus Mystery Trip group. She was fun, comical, very knowledgeable and an overall blast. I’d most definitely do this tour again. We did the Maid in the Mist ride, Cave of Winds and Goat Island. The entire group from North Dakota and Minnesota loved Dayna and the tour!

We had a very nice tour of Niagara Falls today. Unfortunately, we had such a great tour guide when we were at Gettysburg recently, that this tour guide was just so-so. She was very nice, but there were other guides that were much more engaged with their tour than our guide. I often listened to them, as our guide, Nancy, would regularly drop us off and then pick us up later. I was happy to hear other engaging guides and that helped. I’m not sure what guides are supposed to do… but for $150 per person, I expected more. Luckily the sights that we saw overshadowed the lack of interaction from our guide. It was a beautiful tour. Pictures tell the story, but I would have preferred a more engaging tour guide.

The tour was fantastic! Dayna, our tour guide was funny, informative, and friendly the whole time. Everything was so convenient from pick-up to everything, and it was nice to be carried around to places in a warm van. She takes great pictures for you, and gives you a great little list of places to eat/things to do after the tour. Highly recommend it if you want a full tour of the Niagara Falls in a day!

We have the best tour guide ever ! Christian, thank you ! We had so much fun and an absolute blast ! Christian is so welcoming and very friendly and knowledgeable. We were genuinely greeted upon picked up. Christian was so informative and very down to the point ! He even assisted with some direction to other people not in our tour. He gave us so many tips of where and what to look for! He took us to many spots and great bakery for lunch ! Our tour was the best with Christian’s lead. Highly recommend this to anyone is looking for a great USA side Niagara falls tour. We asked to be dropped off close to the Rainbow bridge to walk over to the Canadian side at drop off, instead of the hotel.

Nick was a great guide! He was filled with many stories and interesting facts. I enjoyed his sense of humor and personality. I would recommend this to other travelers, and I would do this again and again. It was worth it. Future travelers definitely need to consider what shoes they will wear because you will get wet, and there are stairs.

Amazing tour with Ed. He was so helpful with my 79 year old mom. We loved him. Ed was full of knowledge, we learned a lot. We would recommend this tour to everyone. 🥰❤️

I toured Niagara Falls for the first time with Dayna from Over the Falls Tours and it was excellent. We did a private tour with just me and my grandmother. She was very accommodating and knowledgably about every single thing you could possibly know about the falls. We did the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds which are a must when visiting the falls. We also visited the Niagara Falls state park which was so calming just to hear the flow of the river. She did an amazing job explaining information and any questions we had. Thank you to Dayna for taking us on a wonderful tour of Niagara Falls.

This tour was absolutely amazing! Pat R. did an awesome job as our guide. It is definitely worth every penny! You get to see way more on this tour, as opposed to just Maid if the Mist. We will definitely do it again with our friends. Mitch and Roxanne (Ohio)

Today we did the Niagara Falls in 1day Tour w/ Brian. It was a phenomenal day seeing both, the American & Canadian side of the falls. I thought the Maid of the Mist was our favorite, until we did the Cave of the Winds! Be prepared to get wet…but it’s well worth it to be that close to Bridal Falls. Pack a backpack w/ dry shoes & sock. The poncho you are given will keep your clothes dry, but your feet will get soaked! You will be able to leave your belongings on a locked bus will seeing the sights. Our tour was scheduled on Oct 21, so we were on the last weekend of the high season. There were no lines, no crowds & the fall colors were absolutely beautiful. Brian said the colors weren’t as vibrant just last weekend, so we were extremely fortunate! I highly recommend this tour if you are limited to 1 day in Niagara.

We had a great time on the over the falls boat cruise which included the maid of the mist and the cave of the winds. Both are a must at Niagara. The cave of the winds was the most fun for our family. The tour guide Jessica was exceptional and really made the whole experience better for everyone. She told us the history of Niagara Falls and taught us so much about the falls and the development. She also kept us on schedule is an easy to understand and not rushed way. I would highly recommend doing this tour?!!!

Our tour guide was Randy and he was so amazing and gave the best suggestions on our tour on how to get the most out of the attractions. He made the tour fantastic. I would highly recommend doing the Canadian & American all day tour. You definitely get to see Niagara Falls in many different ways. Again if you can get Randy as your tour guide you will have the best tour ever.

I had an absolutely amazing time with Over the Falls Tours. Our experience was not only fun but also incredibly educational as we learned so much about the great history of Niagara Falls. Our guide, Dale, was a true gem with a fantastic sense of humor and great jokes, making the tour both entertaining and informative. Dale's knowledge about the area was impressive, and he shared a wealth of fascinating information. I highly recommend this tour without hesitation. It was a memorable and enriching experience that I won't forget.

Had the opportunity to spend a day touring Niagara Falls with #Team Nancy as the tour guide. The tour is awesome, you get to spend about 6-7 hrs going to different places in both the US and Canada where you can see the falls from different angles. You get plenty of opportunities for pictures. Our tour guide #Team Nancy was amazing! She made the tour both informative and entertaining. We would strongly recommend touring the Falls with #Over the Falls Tours and specially with #Team Nancy!

This tour was actually way more than we expected - about 6-7 hours total when you included a stop for lunch. If you want to see, experience, and learn about Niagara Falls from all angles, this is your chance! Roland, our tour guide, was fantastic and a great storyteller, sharing interesting tales from his decades of experience as both a resident and a guide. The tour is very active (lots of walking) but there are accessible options for all. I recommend bringing your own snacks and water because by the time we made it to lunch we were hungry and tired. Overall this was a full day, exhausting but fun and informative.

We took this tour in late September. Our tour guide Dayna made this tour FUN. Picked us up at 8:00 AM. We were back to the hotel a little before 2:00 PM. My recommendation is don't do this tour on your own. If you're only going to do it once, be good to yourself. Skip the driving, the parking, the individual ticket purchases, and the lines. Take this tour instead. Dayna kept us entertained and gave us a lot of information we wouldn't have learned on our own. Duke, your daughter is a gem!

Nancy was our guide with Over the Falls Tours. We were excited to be the only guests on her beautiful bus and she is so very friendly and knowledgeable. Nancy took us to all the major attractions and we got in early everywhere so we beat all the crowds too. She kindly took photos of us at prime spots and again we were so thankful to be her only tourists, she looked after us perfectly. We loved the Canadian Falls so much with the spectacular Horseshoe shaped falls, we saw so many rainbows over the water, I think Nancy ordered blue sky and sunshine especially for us! She even got us tickets to go up the Skylon Tower again in the evening when the Falls are all lit up, it was so magical. We will always remember our trip here and how Nancy went the 'extra mile' for us and made it so special. Thank you Nancy

Family tour in October 2022. Robert & Noman were the guides. Clear communication and reliable. The Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and other Niagara Falls experiences were fantastic. I highly recommend them. Wear sturdy shoes, clothes that dry easily, are warm when wet. I would bring goggles next time. We are Indigenous. On the Canada side, Maple Leaf shopping center had employees that would not serve us. They walked away. Would not look at us. If not for this experience, I would give 5 stars.

Over the Falls Tours offered the best experience for us at Niagara. When they picked us up from Aquarium Parking Garage, the tour guide allotted to you/your group makes sure everyone is on the bus before starting the tour. Our tour guide Ed made sure everyone in the tour were together, giving specific details as to the history of that place, interesting Niagara tales. If you're new to Niagara, highly recommend Over the Falls tours.

Highly recommend Over the Falls Tours! We had a great guide named David, we were the “Dare Devils” He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We covered a lot more ground with the tour than had we tried to duplicate on our own terms. I highly recommend any time, but especially on busy summer weekends and holidays. Get your reservation in early

We had a fantastic time. Pick up at our hotel went smoothly; the driver was a little early. Our tour guide Jessica was very friendly and informative. She also looked into getting us a stroller we could borrow for our 2yr old, for a portion of the tour. Not all areas are stroller / handicapped accessible, but a lot of the tour was. The only area with noticeable limitations would be the Cave of the Winds, but that could still be viewed from a distance. We were able to carry our toddler through that part of the trip. We were very glad we opted for the tour of both sides of the falls, the Canadian is very beautiful. Jessica's humor and attitude were a very nice compliment to a tour of the falls. We would absolutely hire this company again.

Our family of 4 did an Over The Falls Tour with Randy, he was great and so informative and helpful. He is really passionate about the falls and the history behind it. It really made our Niagara Falls (US side) more enjoyable. We would not have know everything that the area had to offer without Randy. He gave us several recommendations and places to check out.

Best tour and Dale is the best tour guide. You'll experience the falls from every angle. And you will get wet. Specially when you get up close and personal in the cave of winds I stood under the fall and felt the power of nature with all it's wetness.

We had a great experience. Fernando was a great guide. He was knowledgeable and funny. He gave us enough time to be able experience all the stops. We had a great time.

If you do any tour it hs to be this one! Our guide was Brian. Brian was amazing 5 stars just for him ☆☆☆☆☆! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Brian made sure our group was always together or knew where to meet up with him, he offered to stay with all of out stuff so it would not have to get wet, so we could enjoy ourselves. Thank you for the most memorable experience and wonderful hospitality.
