We get to Niagara Falls and stopped in the big welcome center building first. We didn't know where to really start, so we decided we were going to just pay for the tour that was available here. Best choice we made by far! It was around 4 hours, but you do everything! Look at all of our pics. These pics are because we chose the tour. You don't have to worry about driving, parking, trying to find the best places to go or where the best views are. Your tour guide will literally take you to all the best spots. Our tour guide was Angela Hunt and she was amazing! She made the whole day and tour so fun and personable. Kyle was holding her hand by the end of the day! Everything we did, we got right in and right out with plenty of time to see and enjoy every spot we stopped. Maid of the Mist, the observation deck, Cave of the Winds were all included with admissions. We didn't have to wait in any lines and got right through like VIP. The tour and our guide Angela provided a lot of information and history about the falls, which also made the experience. All in all, doing the tour was the best choice for the best experience at Niagara Falls!

It was such an Awesome experience! Without the tour guide my wife and I would've missed out on a lot of wonderful sites and history!! Yes History. Its so much more then just the water falls which was breath taking!!! It's a perfect place to go on your Honeymoon if your Newlyweds also which is what we chose. Our tour guide George was awesome I definitely recommend this trip and tour!!!

We would like to give a BIG THANKS TO "BOB!" Fro. Gray Line Tours! He was not just amazing but hilarious! He kept us through the entire tour engaged with questions and lots of history sharing! Funny as heck!!! Is anyone looking to have a wonderful and not boring tour? Well, He's the "MAN!" Ask for "BOB!" He's the one with the green shirt and smiling all the time! Next time we or anyone back in Niagara Falls ask for him!

When my fiance and I decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Niagara Falls, we really didn't have a plan in place when we got there. We knew we wanted to do Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist and eliminate as much walking as possible. We ventured to the park around 8am and went into the gift shop so he could get some sunglasses. We looked around for tickets and ran into Tony who filled us in on the guided tours the company has to offer. It only took us a couple minutes to decide on the 4.5 hour tour. Tony kept telling me "you're gonna love it. Come back and see me when you're all done"....Art was our tour guide!!! What an amazing man with a ton of knowledge about the area. And he's quite funny. He always made sure he waited for all of us at each stop. Made sure we stopped for bathroom breaks, filled us with a ton of information and history and took us to all the best attractions/sights! I can't say enough great things about Gray Line tours and Art! And our bus driver was awesome!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!! Can't wait to go back!!

The tour guide and driver were great. We kind of felt mislead about the "benefit" of taking the tour vs. walking or driving ourselves. We drove A LOT, but in reality did not see as much as we could have if we drove or walked ourselves. I believe we skipped one or two items. Touring with others one is kind of hamstringed and reliant on everyone being prompt. I would drive or walk the next time we go back.

We went on a 7 hour tour with Grey lines on 11/11/2023. Kat was our tour guide and she was very informative. She was able to give excellent insight to all the places we visited on this tour. We did both sides of the falls the New York side and the Canadian side. Went through the tunnel to look up at the falls and went up into the sky tower to look down on the falls and see them with their glorious lights on. Definitely recommend

Hands down one of the best tours we have been on as a family! Our tour guide Ms. April was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable on the history of the Niagara Falls and all it has to offer, professional and above all kind. The view is simply breath taking! It is definitely an experience of a If you have a chance I definitely recommend this tour it is so worth the 4+ hours.

Holiday Inn conceirage set me up with two full tour tickets to Misty Maid and Wind Cave. Tour time was 1100 am to 5:00 pm. No lunch, no free water, no front teeth, unkempt hair...Art's Adventure's took us on a bus tour, but he did not get wet with us. 34 of us...For a newbie who has never been to the key attractions on the USA side this might have made financial and common sense. To a 2nd time or 3rd time visitor it was a blast! Key to staying dry is to bring your own fitted rain jacket, no rain pants needed. The plastic smocks they give you for the water events are barely adequate at keeping you somewhat dry. The tour was a marathon for anyone over 60 years old and not in shape. All fees are paid in the ticket cost but if you book the 1130 am slot, stop! Book the 0930 slot...less tourists, not as hot...it is July 4th for us...and who knows ....if you have 74 year old Mr. Art he may let you hydrate yourself along the way...you pay of course. All in all I had a blast...got drenched at the Hurricane Deck, got within feet of the Cucumber Falls-Canadian, without showing my passport, and interacted with an Almish family from Indiana on the tour with us. The lines were long, similar to an amusement ride at Carowinds or Kennywood.

My husband and I went on this tour on our honeymoon! We had Prady as our guide. While his accent makes it a little hard to understand at points Prady gives it his all and it is evident that his #1 goal is to make sure you get the full experience and have a good time doing it. He was so kind, and careing and his knowledge on Niagra is very impressive. The tour its self was also spectacular. Before our trip ive heard so many people say that the canadian side is much more impressive, but we learned that was only true because of the view of the horseshoe falls. While on the american side you have full view of the falls on goat island, and get an up close boat ride view from the base of horseshoe falls. So each side has its own benefits. 10/10 would go on this tour again.

We were lucky to have a small group. We had plenty of time at each location. Our guide, Ed, was spectacular. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of each location and of the area in general. Pick up and drop off was right on time and there were zero issues during the trip. Gray Line took the hassle out of getting all the needed tickets and having to drive ourselves. We were extremely pleased with our experience!!

In my opinion, the Gray Line Tour in Niagra Falls is overpriced and overrated! We were told, when we purchased our tickets, the tour started at 15 minutes past each hour, and it would last about 4 hours. Tours actually start at half past the hour and last 5 to 5.5 hours! We felt we were told the tour was shorter just to sell us tickets. Big difference to us in a 4 hour vs 5.5 hour tour especially when travelling with a pet. We made it a point to emphasize we were on a somewhat tight schedule and were assured the 12:15pm tour would be completed around 4:15. That was not the case or even close to the ending time! Our driver/guide did not offer much, if any, added knowledge or information about the Falls also. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality of this Gray Line Tour in Niagra Falls!

This was a terrific way to experience the Falls. The day we were here it was 21 degrees and having a guide who knew the history and the specifics sites to (not to mention a warm bus, too!) was extremely convenient and a positive alternative to going it solo. Thanks, Ricky!

The tour guide was friendly and informative. The only downfall was part of the tour we paid extra to see ended up being closed while not their fault but no reimbursement was offered. They only told us once we were on the tour and then took us to an extra stop at a - free to public- power plant location.

My mom and I were a little iffy about paying so much for a 4 hour tour. However, we would no doubt do it again! Our bus driver/guide knew so much about the area! We didn’t have to worry about parking, finding our way to different places, or purchasing tickets for each attraction! We were never rushed. There was plenty of time to actually see and enjoy each stop. Plus, our tour group was very friendly and created a great vibe.

Amazing. A very powerful wonder of nature. We used Gray Line tours & I recommend them highly. We would have never seen all there is to to see or do in the weekend we were there without them. The wind tunnel & Maid of the mist are a must do while there to get the feel of the power of water. Definitely a must see on any bucket list

We were able to schedule a tour at the hotel we stayed at (Sheraton) and we are so glad we did! Our tour guide Bob was hands down the best and had such a great personality! We were able to enjoy all the best part of the falls without the extra stress of having to plan and find parking. From the maid of the mist to the cave of the winds and then all the information Bob gave us while on the bus is worth every penny. We had plenty enough time to experience it all without feeling rushed. Most do tour!

I was not too excited about Niagara Falls until after this tour. My wife and I booked a last minute trip to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The travel advisor booked us on the "Maid in America" tour. We were picked up at our downtown hotel and dropped back off afterwards. Our tour guide, Larry S "The" Legend, was absolutely amazing! He started the tour off by giving my wife a diamond ring and treated us to Swiss chocolate. We preceeded to tour the entire state park and attractions while Larry S provided us with historical information and a few comical stories. The best part for me was the Maid of the Mist boat ride. Having someone bring us to and from each attraction was a blessing as well. I would highly recommend this tour and if possible request Larry S be your guide. Thank you Larry S for an awesome few hours.

Last minute trip to Niagara Falls! We had a wonderful time! The weather was great, falls were beautiful, and we had the BEST tour guide, Ross! We usually explore on our own, but taking this tour was a great experience. Ross was very knowledgeable about the falls and area and had some funny stories too! Best of all, he took care of EVERYTHING from the tickets, to getting us to the attractions on time, to the best spots for pictures (and this can get tricky with the crowds). Thank you Ross!

My wife and I had the opportunity to take this tour with Shelly as our guide. She was amazing. She took the time to answer our questions and show us all of the amazing spots for some great photos. She also gave us great information on falls and the city of Niagara. Once again Shelly was amazing and I recommend taking this tour.

In my opinion a tour is only as good as as your guide. In our case our guide Debby was exceptional, it's obvious she loves what she does. We were on her tour Dec, 26, she has great knowledge of the history of the Falls, a most enjoyable, learning experience.
