A very lively and busy shopping and eatery outdoors mall area. Love the atmosphere and how it’s close to the colleges and Canada. Lots of out of state and Canadian visitors! The stores aren’t really a bargain and the food are over-priced. Not worth it for locals but good for visitors who want to come and enjoy WNY and spend.

Anything you need that is seasonal or for your home decor, come here. I suppose that it needs to be said that there aren't just Christmas things here. Prices are always reasonable and there is just about anything you'd need or want. We always come here for our K-Cup coffees. The Victor brand are totally reasonable and delicious for your average cup of coffee.

Loved the food and drinks at Barnes and Noble café. Patrick went out of his way to help my children pick drinks and treats. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely the GREATEST service out there! The leadership is doing a phenomenal job in this store because the service is consistently outstanding ! Every employee is knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience special. Due to its growing popularity, they manage to restock quickly, keep everything neat and clean. I love coming here! They are like family❤️

The number of good stores, but a hell of a time trying to get through with regards to traffic and so forth. Why on Earth have everything open to the elements like this when the shopping malls did a lot better before with keeping things nice and dry cool and warm depending on the time of year. It's impressive as a plaza and as a kind of town center but in reality it's just one giant boondoggle. This is not a review for or against any of the stores there really it's just the location overall is difficult to navigate through. One day they will enclose this and it will be a much better shopping experience just like the shopping malls were and in some places still are.

This is the best strip mall in the area. It contains just about every type of restaurant and store you may need. Just drove slowly and carefully through the busy parking lots

I only ever come here to get to Lowe's. The plaza is basically one huge parking lot that isn't designed for easily getting from one place to another within. It reminds me of the old 'strip malls' of the 1980s, but with big box stores. If it's what you want, the place always seems to be choked with cars and people, so it seems safe enough, and clusters a number of stores/restaurants in one place.

Where have you been all my life!!! How did I not know about this strip of stores - absolutely amazing! Large group of stores covering home goods to groceries, to hardware and everything in between. There are food options as well and tons of parking! A store I was new to was the Paper Store which had literally a little bit of everything and was absolutely great! Will definitely need to come back and visit BUT this is definitely an option if you are not interested in the whole outlet scene in and around the Niagara area. It's about 15m from the Lewiston Bridge and extremely easy to get to!

Always neat and clean with helpful staff and books at every price range on a multitude of topics. Coffee, tea, and delicious snacks added to the pleasant time of perusal and selectIon.

I recently went to a few stores here. The parking wasn't too bad there are many stores,so many varieties. Barnes and Noble have been my favorite for years. I didn't get to shop at all of them but I will definitely return.

The Boulevard has become the goto shopping destination for Northern Erie County. Now there is a sister venue next door in a totally revamped Plaza. As a result, the place is packed. Traffic is busy almost all the time, and many drivers are reckless. The driving lanes are poorly laid out. I stay away on weekends.

Barnes & Noble never disappoints! With an incredible variety of books across all genres, it's a paradise for anyone looking to lose themselves in pages. What really stood out to me was the staff! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted me with enthusiasm and helped me find exactly what I needed at great prices. It's not just about the books; it's the warm experience and the eagerness of the staff to go the extra mile that makes each visit special. Highly recommend for any book lover! A+ would highly recommend.

This area has a lot of stores and chain restaurants to go to. From Target, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Crmbl cookies, Panera Bread, Lowes , to name a few. A lot of shopping could be accomplished here. The only thing missing in this location would be a supermarket, but Trader Joe's is there.

OMG- I stayed away from Trader Joe's for so long because I thought they were a bougey, over priced grocery store. My mom came to visit and wanted to stop and opened my eyes. Now I can't get enough!! It is SO reasonably priced, and a vegetarian's dream. They have so many prepped, frozen or easy to make foods for busy nights...and then some! Even my kids have their favorites now and beg to go when I make the 35 minute trip there. Please add a store in Lockport!!!

First time going here, as Canada does not have barns and nobles. Lots of items to choose. Books selections are also nice. Bought my doll here to add to my collections🥰

I love the different varieties of food. I love how the store isn't that big and how friendly and efficient the staff is. One of my favorite store to shop at

Several interconnected strip malls with a bizarre interlaced parking lot. There are too many entrances & exits which makes driving hazardous and congested. The lot is not conducive to pedestrians: few shade trees, inadequate lighting, no benches, and some of the sidewalks are heavily textured - a hindrance to strollers and those with disabilities. The mall plays holiday music and the landscaping is attractive, but shopping here is not worth the time or the headache.

Very nice Barnes and Noble. There's a fireplace to sit by in the winter, a great children's section, and a good selection of notebooks and stationary-esque items.

This post was meant for Trader Joe's at the Boulevard. Always great selection of products. Staff helpful and friendly. I have no problems with the Boulevard, just not my intended review.

Love having a bookstore available. This particular books store offers such a variety of stuff from educational to gifts and even a Starbucks, it makes shopping here a whole experience

Small plaza which is not a typical mall with stores and good food places. Not too small not too big just about the right size.Usually is decorated for Christmas and looks pretty for the holidays. There are a.bunch of name brand stores.Good place to hangout on a weekend for shopping as well as good food places around are super convineint.Parking lot is huge so no worries about that part either.

What can I say except an amazing shopping complex with everything you could possibly want or need. There is ample parking even on one of the busiest shopping days

Your sprinklers need to be adjusted. You can't wait for the bus in the morning at the bus stop without being drenched. I'm going to be making several complaints.. turn them off before 630am.

It,s ok. If you are looking for an opportunity to mall walk with out interference the mall is the place to go. Very few businesses are open n so you have lots of room to walk.

Lots of shopping across retail, grocer, and restaurants but the parking and entry is a little too busy for my taste. Very dense plazas around Target, Marshalls, Panera, and Chipotle.

My fave all-in-one stop-&-shop complex. Popular and a large variety of standalone big box stores & restaurants to fulfill various wants and needs. Well-maintained facilities and spacious parking.

Trader Joe's: Make a run there every once in a while. Only have 1 in my area. There are things I get there consistently. Also like to find some new stuff. Do not do regular shopping there as we have no special diet and the prices. 1 thing they are always out of and is a favorite is the gnocchi with gorganzola cream sauce.

It's always fantastic at Barnes. The customer service got this one a 5 star. In an economy that lacks personality this one does not! Good job peeps

Like this store, You can always order online and pick up. When you buy books, you got coupons for cookies and coffee. They got some good bakery, too. So, if you wanna enjoy your time while reading books with some coffee and bakery goods, its an ideal place with reasonable price.

I stopped in here while in Williamsville for another haircut early in the morning. Pleasant banter, good cut as usual. Coming from Jersey I usually don't get my haircut but at JERRY's it's all good in the hood... good people

A lot of selection for this store. Probably the most selection I have seen at a Barnes and Noble in a long time.

Great place - didn't seem like lots of staff around to help out. The cashier came through for me, as the store has move merch around. Can't beat their pricing & selection of tools and stuff 😎👍🇺🇸

Barnes and Nobles is where I go when I need to decompress, relax, get away from life for a few. It's pretty much my Happy Place and I've ner had a bad experience with an employee at this location.

Always a great stop for families when the weather is nice. We like to go from store to store, grab lunch etc. they also have events throughout the year in some areas geared toward kids. Overall, just a very pleasant aesthetic that makes for a fun day out with friends or family.

It's probably the best area in the Buffalo Niagara area. Not even close to the cesspool like downtown buffalo and other areas. The issue is everyone comes here. Gets super crowded. Never come on a Canadian long weekend. Too busy. Wish there were other areas as nice as this but it is what it is. One thing that's good is the area is growing with a lot of well to do people. Huge Uni area thanks to University at Buffalo.

First time going as a family, (all members together) was surprised we all found something we like. Very wide selection of books / hobby materials.

I love Barnes& Noble. It is a great bookstore that you can learn. Just get books that you like and read them and then never buy them. But if you like them and have the money you could buy them and the books are great and are in great condition when you buy them. And I love graphic novels

A great mall, you will find anything youre looking for. From Nike to Adidas and from Tommy Hilfiger to Calvin Klein. The prices are mostly extremely cheap, compared to the prices they normally hold. Often times missing normal sizes of clothing, for obious reasons though. Would definitely recommend going here for a day trip, and Buffalo is a nice city overall.

Went to Michaels. Love this place, as you can walk through the aisles and get creative ideas for projects. Price on most items reasonable too. Bought what they call an Oops frame...no glass (probably broken in transit). Paid $8 for a cherry wood frame that normally retailers for about $45-$50! Went to Hobby lobby and purchased a large sheet of clear plexiglass for $3.99 A little measuring, a little cutting and now I had a beautiful frame for my wedding photos!
