    It's nice to visit.

This is a typical tourist trap selling useless items (of dubious quality) and questionable food. It is a 2-floor building with different shops. They also charge $25 for parking, which is quite steep. Goat Island has $10 parking or park on the street if you can find a spot.

The very bad experience I ever had. Be careful in the food court of "The Dog House" american cuisine cheater. They are cheating by making food not as shown in pictures. Rudest staff and charge you extra tax as a building tax. Miserable

This place is a rip off. Low quality food. Top dollar prices. And a surprise fee on everything you buy. These people are basically crooks.

After a long hike on the falls it is natural to want a refuel. The nigra market has and abundant food choices of foods for all nationalities. It is tempting to go to other restaurants in n the area, but it would be loss not to try authentic cultural food. Not only does the place offer large verity of foods, it also houses a large market for those who like shopping.

The food is expensive and tastes bad. They are designed to deceive tourists. The high-end restaurants nearby are cheaper than this.

In terms of food is this place an absolute disaster. I ordered a burger menu at the American cuisine (burger, fries and a soda) for $21.99 just to get a very small portion that did not even taste good. The fries were horrible! I normally like everything and I am not picky - it’s very rare that I have to complain about food. And a guy from the Asian restaurant was cleaning his teeth in the men's bathroom with a toothpick, having his gloves on while being in his work clothes. I gave the center 2 stars though because I received some useful information at the visitor stand (even though the man could have been a little bit more motivated) and they do have a wide variety of souvenirs for a good price.

Love this place! I took a day trip to Niagara Falls with my friend, and we stopped to eat at the international food court inside the One Niagara Welcome Center. We had the crispy fried chicken dinner and the fish fry from Pita Palace. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Loved the fries and salad too! The prices were also very reasonable considering its location being directly across from the Falls. It's a food court, but it's high quality. I love that there are food stands from around the world, and there are plenty of options to please every palate. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're visiting Niagara Falls!

The location is good parking wise. However this place screams tourist trap. I bought a shirt here and found the exact same thing for several dollars cheaper at a stall one block down. The place also is a bit run down and grimey, it's a shame that Niagara Falls is like this when it could be much more beautiful.

All kinds of stuff. Different ethnic foods and all kinds of souvenirs. Have an American-made store & most the products seem to be made in America. Even have a VR gaming store on the third floor

This building is HIGHLY Niagara Fall big SCAM for tourists. Wonder why the IRS and the state will allow this building to do business. Restaurants are charging people 8% tax + another 8% for the building fees

Awsome experience. Life time memories. Really such a nice place and a great place to stay with family and friends. Maid of the mist and cave of the wind are mind blowing. My 1yr child also enjoyed Alot. Must visiting place in USA for visitors. We have seen 3 attractions. Everywhere signboards are there for easy way to find a place. Bus facilities are gud for all. Totally had a wonderful time with family.

This place is disgusting. The hot dog from inside was so gross my 4 year old wouldn’t even touch it. Soggy fries for $15. Honestly embarrassing. Greek salad was fine but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The food Court is a nightmare. Overpriced, unappealing, disgusting food across all counters. Gave me heartburn for a week. How the authorities allow this place to operate is beyond my understanding. Just take a look at the hundreds of reviews about food. The whole place looked like it was run by some mafia and we had no choice than to payup and move on.

OMG!!! Had a blast and I am so happy someone finally did something In Niagara Falls for the kids. Went to the virtual reality game room, if you haven’t checked this out yet add it to your bucket list of things to do next time your in the area. We followed that up with a chicken parm sandwich and a drink at the links on the second floor, if I could click 10 stars I would. Thank you thank you thank you this is the best game room I’ve ever been to hands down!!!!

Native american dance show was great and I reccomend to watch it!! The shops in food court and souvenirs are overpriced. As an Japanese opinion, the noodles at China Town were good. But they don't communicate in English well and it was slightly difficult to tell what I wanted to order.

The parking is the best part of this location. The atmosphere screams cheap. The food court is like something out of a bad movie. The whole place looks run down. What a shame. This area is in need of a good place to get a meal, buy a few gifts, and get information. This is not the place to go.

RUDE parking guy…I did not enter the mall as when I entered parking slot that guy was so rude to me demanding for money. I was having all my family and babies on board with another car following me so he could understand that I don’t have enough cash to pay so I asked him to get it from my sis car following my car. He charged $30 for each car and so rude behavior. It’s a shame for such a big shopping mall to have such parking staff!!

Gift shop was nice, but felt like a dump from the inside and out. Thought there would be a lot more inside, but it was only 2 floors - was excited for a whole shopping experience. Second floor was a bit strange as well. Disappointed.

Lots of different food choices. Smell of curry and grease is heavy in the air. Very touristy gift shop second floor seems to be where the slightly better options are.

Wow... In a bad way. Niagara Falls needs to join the 21st century, where people don't just want to buy bad greasy takeaway food in a dingy food court. What a disgrace: one of the most beautiful spots in the country and your food hall is like something from the eighties. Walk across to Canada: MUCH better food.

A very useful place with shop and food being available. The washrooms were interesting here. Like 20 stalls available but it is in washroom for both M and F. Future is now! There was some construction outside, landscaping mostly.

Do not pay for the tour they offer within this business. They charge you to turn around on the bus. They offer you a map with many things to visit and they tell you that it is by boat. You can do the Niagara tour alone and it will be much cheaper. IT WAS ALL A DECEPTION. we were scammed The entrance to Niagara if you go direct is $25, this company charged us $99 per person and we were 8 people, you will already know the price.

I don't recommend the tours that are inside, I don't even remember the name... they make you run, they take you to eat wherever you can... you don't have time to enjoy the pass, it's very expensive, and... in the end they expect a Tip which no one gives... but when I gave it he got angry because it wasn't enough for 5 people... go to the Falls alone and pay for your tickets...
