Growing up, we used to go to County Cottage on occasion. I have fond memories of the counter with the stools where you could go and get the biggest ice cream cone ever. It had an adjacent quaint dining area filled, with pig themed memorabilia. I had not been there in at least a half dozen years and wanted to check it out. To my surprise, they have expanded! The attached house has been updated and converted into a fantastic dining area (two levels). When we arrived we saw the parking lot was full, but was still able to be seated within minutes (in the past that would have been a 1/2 wait). The décor and vibe of the new section, is clean an inviting. The original dining space remains and still maintains it throwback charm. The food is still as I remember. Delicious, homemade and reasonable for the experience. The only drawback is the now somewhat limited parking (lot it self), which is expected now that they have expanded. The location is not in the beaten path, which makes for a nice drive into a more rural setting (vs. the city). There was plenty of service staff, friendly and efficient. The lemon French toast was delicious, the bacon crispy (but not too greasy) and the home fries were cooked to perfection. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is a great choice. Vast menu / selection. Check them out, you'll be glad you did!

Always a great experience at The Country Cottage! Our family loves their breakfast items the best. The waffle is one of the greatest around- especially when topped with their fresh fruit (blueberries & strawberries are our favorites)! Good service, great food, we keep returning for more wonderful experiences.

Wonderful!! We love going here, it's a 25 minute drive for us but the meals are well worth it. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Food is absolutely delicious and comes out hot and in a timely manner. We have gone for supper but mostly for the breakfast.

Stopped in for lunch. Delicious meal and plenty of it. Friendly waitress and fair prices.

Found a new go to place. Excellent food 😋. Portions are big, I tried the pot roast special and took all I could do to finish. My wife had the roast beef dinner and was the same (large portions). We are impressed from our first visit. Great prices and very friendly staff 👍. We will be a repeat customers. Thanks, keep up the excellent work 👍.

Love this place. I use to come here 23 years ago and then moved out of state so when I come back this is my first restaurant I go to. Today we had Nicole for our waitress and she was absolutely awesome. I have been here 5 times this week and two more times coming up this week. I need a restaurant like this in Cheyenne Wyoming. Everyone here was fantastic. Very good food great waitresses an d very friendly people. Love love love this place.

People are friendly. The menu is extensive. I had the Beef on Wek. The horseradish cleared out my sinuses and made my eyes water! Nothing worse than weak horseradish! The best part was dessert! Homemade pies and Perry's ice cream. I had the blueberry pie. It was delicious. Food was also reasonably priced!

This is one of our favorite places to go to for breakfast! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is positively scrumptious, and the pig decorations are so adorable! We LOVE the huge french toast with fruit and the skillet omelet is one of a kind!

My family had gathered here for breakfast which included my cousin from Florida. Everyone enjoyed their food immensely. Although I did not see it come out to the table, my cousin allowed me to try the LA Cinnamon Toast when a small piece was left. I had two bites. For 10 days I thought about those two bites! They were SO good! I was able to go there on the 10th day! I ordered the LA Cinnamon Toast. The pieces of bread were huge! Bigger than sourdough. Bigger than Texas toast. Bigger than I have ever seen! It was SO delicious! It was decadent. It was sinful. It was worth it! I will definitely be going back and ordering the LA Cinnamon Toast!

This is the most disappointing experience I've had in a restaurant in years. The waitress we had was very rude. When I asked for something on the menu that I was given (that is 5 entire pages not including the specials on the front) I was told that they are only doing breakfasts and "light lunches" at the moment. Which I would understand, but as a first time patron I would have no idea that I could only chose off of one page of this monster of a menu. After that she just says "just look over the breakfasts" and walks away. After finally receiving our food, my fiancée got the wrong order on a dirty plate, and I got one of the worst steak and eggs I've possibly ever had. I asked for medium rare that somehow was well done on either end and rare at best in the middle section. It had absolutely no flavor and I had to drown it in steak sauce to even stomach another bite. And after I ate the eggs that weren't seasoned at all, our waitress comes by and just puts our check on the table then walks away again. I then had enough. As someone who has worked in food service and customer service for 6 years there is nothing more rude than just putting a check on a table before asking if someone is done, let alone happy with their meal. PLEASE, do everything you can to avoid this place.

So beautiful inside. Really great job on the remodel. Food was delicious (amazing fries) but not quite as hot as we hoped and it was a bit of a wait after ordering, so it is likely our server was busy during the busy Friday rush. Definitely will go back!

First time customer, stopped in for breakfast. Had ham and cheese omelette with side of chocolate chip pancakes... Omelette was nice and fluffy... Pancakes were a delight. Was big enough to eat on for a couple days... I would suggest this nice cozy place to eat just about anything there. I'm sure I will visit more often... Thank you to the staff for being so kind... I think dinner will be my next meal...😁😁😁💯💯💯

For the most part, this restaurant is better than average. Some of the dinners can be a little dry, with good portions. Service can be tricky. Most waitresses are a little older, so they get behind when it gets busy. We were just there a few days ago and experienced a very friendly host, but it took too long for the food to arrive. We visit roughly 6 to 8 times a year and would recommend it to a friend.

My first visit to the Country Cottage was unintentional as the restaurant originally planned was packed and a bit hectic. A Google search in the area gave us this gem. Friendly staff, quickly seated, given water and menus. A water pitcher was dropped by a patron near us but was cleaned up immediately. My friend and I enjoyed a BLT and a Grilled chicken sandwich, both coming with fries. The food was fresh and arrived at the proper temperature. The vibe in this place is upbeat but relaxed. I'll be back again to try more options.

We stopped for dinner we had 5 in our party. 3 fishfry 1 beef dinner and a veg omelet. We all ordered dessert to go.good was excellent. Everyone enjoyed. But the waitress JOYELLE she was the topping on the meal.most pleasant on the spot server we ever had. She is a keeper. Hope to be back sat. For turkey. PS. A nice local diner with a cute decor (focused on pigs). The dining room was spacious and clean. The food was great. The server was polite and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. Given the ambiance and location for this restaurant, it could be one community-engaged event away from 5 stars.

First time at this very cute little out of the way place. The front end staff that greeted us was super nice and efficient! It was a busy Sunday and we were seated(7people) fairly quickly. Sadly our waitress was kind of a grumpy curmudgeon who when we asked for extra crispy home fries we were told “ yeah, I really don’t think that will happen “. We then received two orders of Eggs Benedict where the eggs seemed more hard boiled than poached. We brought that to the waitress’s attention and her response was oh well. One of our party had the quiche and it was delicious. So very hit or miss with experience.

Great food, good service, terrible parking. This was my first time at Country Cottage. We arrived around 10am on a Sunday and there weren't any spaces in the parking lot. Cars were parked on both sides of the street. I was expecting at least a 30 minute wait, judging by the amount of cars. We were seated in less than 5 minutes. We had the steak and eggs and the hearty man breakfast. The portions were very large.

Place is amazing. Marie was our waitress and she was excellent. Food was great and loved the atmosphere. Definitely would go back.

Love the cute theme in the house~ average taste of the food. Good place to have weekend brunch☺️
