Unfortunately,
I
was
unable
to
attend
my
first
class
because
I
arrived
20
minutes
before
my
first
class
instead
of
30,
so
I
cannot
speak
on
the
classes
-
I’m
sure
they
are
great
and
a
lot
of
fun,
but
I
no
longer
plan
to
attend!
The
front
desk
associate
informed
me
she
“sent
me
a
text”
to
tell
me
my
class
would
be
cancelled
if
I
didn’t
arrive
in
5
minutes…
I
personally
do
not
read
text
messages
while
I’m
driving
because
it’s
illegal
and
even
if
I
did,
there
were
plenty
of
police
out
on
my
way
in
this
morning..
so
what
an
inconsiderate
way
to
contact
someone
who’s
running
only
a
few
minutes
late
-
a
phone
call
would’ve
been
more
sufficient
as
I
could’ve
at
least
answered
hands
free
and
explained
the
situation
and
turned
around
since
there
would
be
no
exception
rather
than
wasting
my
time
driving
the
rest
of
the
way
there.
The
crazy
thing
about
this
policy
is
there
was
more
than
enough
time
for
me
to
complete
a
one
page
piece
of
paper
and
be
“shown
around
the
facility”
at
5:55am
before
my
class
was
scheduled
to
start
at
6:15
(mind
you,
another
class
was
in
session
so
I’m
not
exactly
sure
what
they
were
planning
to
show
me
until
the
class
was
over…maybe
locker
rooms
and
bathrooms
but
there
was
not
much
else
in
there
to
look
at)
but
according
to
corporate
policy
there
are
no
exceptions.
Ridiculous,
it
was
either
be
late
or
run
out
of
gas
and
not
come
at
all.
Should’ve
ran
out
of
gas,
would’ve
saved
myself
the
trip
to
this
ridiculous
fitness
center.
Moral
of
the
story
-
do
not
take
their
harassing
emails
and
text
messages
for
any
leeway.
They
will
not
let
you
participate
no
matter
the
circumstances
if
you
are
not
within
the
5
minute
window
of
arrival
that
they
give
you,
even
if
the
front
desk
associate
legitimately
has
nothing
else
to
do
but
help
you
get
signed
in
and
show
you
around
for
class.
Mind
you
I’m
not
hating
on
the
front
desk
associate,
she
was
friendly
and
doing
her
job.
The
corporate
policy
is
ridiculous
and
unnecessary.
People
are
human
and
things
happen
that
may
cause
them
to
run
a
few
extra
minutes
late
-
such
as
my
empty
gas
tank
or
traffic.
Needless
to
say,
I’ve
deleted
my
account
and
never
plan
to
attend
orange
theory
ever
again!
It’s
too
bad
because
I
am
virtually
never
late
to
anything,
this
was
a
serious
one
time
occurrence
and
my
friend
that
I
was
meeting
for
my
first
session,
who
knows
a
manager
of
this
location,
assured
me
when
I
called
in
a
panic
about
being
late
that
it
would
be
okay
and
they
would
let
me
in.
Again,
it’s
too
bad,
I
planned
to
sign
up
as
a
paying
customer
after
my
intro
classes
so
that
I
could
workout
with
my
friend,
but
I’ll
stick
with
the
gym
and
ClassPass
instead
where
there
aren’t
ridiculous
5
minute
attendance
windows.
