This was such a cool tour and the owner was there telling us this history, which was impressive! He wasn’t just there to make money, he was genuinely vested in this business which made it even more authentic. We loved that the tour guides explain each section and then let you explore on your own. That was the best part! So many different emotions as we explored!

This place is amazing! The owners and caretakers have done an awesome job with the restoration and upkeep. Shelley gave us a tour and was also amazing. She knew a ton of history and answered any questions we had. Definitely a great night for our team!

This place is MAGNIFICENT on so many different levels! The way they have it decorated makes it a million times better. The paranormal activity is off the charts here at Madison Seminary. I would recommend everyone to check it out if you can. I will be going back to investigate further. My video I captured 2 spirits via evp saying "that's your husband" & the 2nd spirit says something like "I'm so done" & the 1st spirit then says "don't worry". Insanity!

Public Ghost Hunts are by far worth the money and experience. This is my second time at Madison Seminary and it did not disappoint. I was able to experience different types of activity in each section. Everything from the guided tour, hunting together, then being released to freely roam was absolutely amazing. You also have an option to borrow equipment if you don't have any. We definitely picked up more activity in the basement this time. Rather you believe or not, by the end of the night, you will have an experience to tell others about!

Madison is a very interesting and has a great history too. There is a lot to see and experience. The dolls everywhere is a bit creepy but for a haunting building, it adds to atmosphere. The staff is always amazing and so very thankful for the coffee as well. There's so many things to explore and learn

Enjoyed our visit and group investigation of this location. Just a tip, take some extra time and walk down the street a little bit to visit the grave of Elizabeth Stiles, was great to add that to our experience. We have a full review on our blog site and YouTube channel.

It was a blast. They threw a Free Halloween walk thru for the locals. I always wondered about the place with ghosts. I saw none, but so many nice costumes to enjoy. Plenty of parking and easy access. The outside is impressive but inside is rough walls and peeling paint. Spooky 👻. A lot of old furniture to enjoy. They have night tours for $$ and even a photography event to take photos of the rooms. It is great for those looking for paranormal activity.

My son was scared and trying to find me and out of nowhere the staff started screaming and cursing him and my daughter out and made us leave. I spent almost $300 to get our group in and rent the equipment and they threatened to call the cops when I asked for a refund. I would not suggest this place if you trying to have a good time. I can't believe the staff in this place had the nerve to curse at my kids like that!

Went ghost hunting. Very creepy, but great staff! We reserved the place for the night.

This place has the best staff and made the experience more fun! We did the whole tour and ghost hunt until 4am! It was fun to try out the equipment and the staff is really into it too! My 13 year old was loving using downing rods! We were a family group all in "Sarah's room" and my son communicated with downing rods, my sister voiced doubt that the rods work, as soon as she said that the tall baby doll in the room moved! We all saw it and the downing rods pointed to my sister, far left of us. It was awesome! My sister took off out of that room! So things do happen there to let you know! In the asylum up stairs, standing in one spot my eyes were burning! That was weird! Highly recommend this place!!

Truly great experience. Love the lobby/home base with all of the amazing history and experience logs. Wonderful being able to hunt without the crowds of other teams in the building. Employee at Mary's Diner said it was very-VERY-HAUNTED and our experiences related. A sense of calm yet creepiness the whole time. Many local restaurants to order food for pickup/delivery. You can tell owners and staff love the building and spirits. Very honest about what the building entails and their experiences. The grounds are beautiful, well taken care of and the details of the building alone are enough of an experience to enjoy.

You will more often than not need to set up a private ghost hunt to have access to this place. It is $500 for a group of up to 10, and an additional $50 for each person above the initial 10. This place is an extremely fun place to ghost hunt at. I have personally been here 6 or so times to ghost hunt, and once for MADCon. The first time you come here, you will be drawn here over and over again after that initial experience, and at that point this place will feel like your ghost hunting home. If you are into the paranormal, I would highly advise doing one of their public flashlight walks, day tours or public ghost hunts. This place is definitely a load of fun
