    Absolutely disgusting service with Keri-Anne. Some of the products are turning colors in the display - gold shouldn’t turn orange like that. Kiosk constantly looks dirty, staff regularly ignores customers and has absolutely no jewelry knowledge. I watched them piercing a screaming child’s ears who was saying they didn’t want their ears pierced to they squeezed the child’s face, then pushed their head towards their shoulder and held the child down while piercing. It was absolutely horrific to watch. Update: I had filed a complaint in December 2020. I had to chat in their customer service line twice, call in an additional two times, and then email for a week or so. Each time I was told the district manager would contact me within a few days (ranged from 3-10 days). Anyway I finally received a phone call from Ashley on 3/3/2021. 2.5 months for an issue to be addressed. She kept referencing the photo I posted online, I never did. I sent a video to their customer service line. She also threw the employees under bus real quick. Called her own employee a desperate hire and said she was lazy. She took ownership for having a terrible team. Threw her customer service department under bus saying it was their fault no one ever contacted me. And she offered nothing even close to a genuine apology for my experience. It was a joke. She’s a joke. This company is clearly a joke.

    It was horrible. The employees are lazy and rude. They were sitting down eating and drinking while customers were all around. I had to step away and take a video of it but I can’t post the video. I did post a photo though. The fashion outlets store in Niagara Falls is just not the same. It seems like the company, the store and the employees don’t care and apparently need zero to no jewelry knowledge or customer service skills. Horrible!!!

    I got my ears pierced here last week with my cousin (we both did third whole). My entire right ear has been swollen, red, warm, and painful the last few days. Now, I have a full blown infection with a fever, chills, migraine, alongside the intense ear pain. We both only did our third whole so the lower ear should be way less prone to infections and I’ve properly cleaned the ear 2x/day. When I got my ears pierced there were not gloves used or any sanitization measures used before or after the piercing. Not even between my cousin getting pierced before me. I should’ve said something in the moment and asked why the piercer wasn’t cleaning anything to avoid the pain I am in now. Will need to go get antibiotics tomorrow or something. Do not recommend, stick to a professional piercing/tattoo shop. On top of all this the customer service was poor.

    I've shopped at this piercing pogada for YEARS. Words can not describe how unsatisfying this place has become. I got a tri color gold bracelet for a gift, now keep in mind the one that i currently have in my possession will be the fourth one returned! I am doing NOTHING out of the ordinary besides wearing it. I am petite build so that's not a factor. Starting with the first time. As i stated it was a gift the first bracelet was thinner there were two options of course one was more expensive. They just broke, if it wasn't the clasps it was the actual links that the gold was around. Very very poor quality. The extended warranty was bought for extra money each time i would go back. The second bracelet i recieved from P.P was thicker and more expensive. I had the same issues clasps or links breaking. This last time i went in i was fed up the girl whose name was LECHE informed me i could not get my moneu back even though i had both receipts for th bracelet and extended warranty. She offered to replace it for the same thing. She knowingly gave me the cheaper of the two bracelets. This isnt the first time the employees of this kiosk have done this. On the third ocassion of bringing the bracelet back my boyfriend went to the kiosk where a girl that we didn't get the name.tried the same exact thing. She acted as though he stole it and was lying about buying the more expensive of the two. Saying that the SKUS didnt match. THESE GIRLS ARE INCOMPETENT. Beyond belief. Its sad because as stated i have shopped here for YEARS. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company. I would advise anyone reading this tp give it a second thought. Kays had a similar piece for 529 dollars we spent a little more money but it was well worth. Thank you LECHE for your incompetence and horrible customer service and also the other girls who did this to my boyfriend.

    Recently took our toddler here for her first ear piercings, Rayana and her staff were very patient with the fussing and were able to get our little lady taken care of quickly and with no issues! Even gave her a lollypop to cheer her up at the end, this is a crew i would highly recommend!

    Prices are outrages for children's ear piercings . still got my sons ine ear dine but they wouldn't do my daughters because she was short a Col weeks from 2 months .other than that they were good with my son and have good merchandise.

    they are very nice and they don't try to force sale you things you don't want they will help you find what you're looking for and will even bring out the ordering book for you to look through.

    Took my 4 year old to get her ears pierced I was very nervous but the sales lady reassured me on everything and explained everything I was so happy to go here instead of claire's and was able to get both ears done at the same time! Pricing was a little more but you pay for what you get!

    I am local to the area and frequent the mall like once or twice a month... and the one time I finally sought out a pair of earrings from here, there was absolutely no one in the stand for like two hours. I saw the lunch sign and waited an hour because I didn’t mind (I work in customer service myself) but when the two our mark came and no one ever came I was annoyed. I couldn’t even ask other stores around it who to talk to because they didn’t know who actually runs the stand. Frustrating.

    I like the Cuffs or service at this place at the outlet mall. I wish they had more workers there to help out more customers. The three women I deal with their are wonderful helpful knowledgeable considerate and when they do piercing on small children they are very wonderful. The Boulevard Mall also has very nice customer service.

    My mom bought a sterling silver necklace today and the workers were nice, she went back to buy something else and they totally ignored her. All the employees have dyed color hair, so I see that as super fake people.
