My wife and I frequent this particular store because the staff were always great and we'd find good deals. The last two visits in the past couple months have been less appealing. There are a few staff members that need diversity training. Others didn't give us a time of day. Spent over $300 both trips and my items were placed in a bag with no packaging. I had to ask for it to be wrapped. The person in the Men's Dept didn't even ask if I needed help... Just watched as I shopped. All of the nicer and friendlier staff haven't been there the last couple trips. This Michael Kors has gone way downhill!

Friendly Staff, Good Selection, Great Prices!

This store in particular it was my first time in there. No one greeted my husband and I. Didn't tell us about the sale. They were more focused on their personal conversation. Another employee practically brushed last my husband didn't say a word not even excuse me which would have been the polite thing. I mean just rude. I found a wallet that I wanted to purchase and said if no one spoke to us by the time I was ready to checkout I'd complain to an employee and leave the store without it. Thankfully someone spoke to me in passing on their way to their break and saved the purchase.

We visited Niagara falls from NJ this weekend.evening staff was very helpful and polite... so i got some stuff ..there was deal going on 20% off on $500 shopping.. So 1st day my bill was 324 ,so i thought will take the 20% off and buy some more stuff..so next day i called there and asked if i can do that deal for which they said yes..i went there i was the first customer..only one girl was asking if need help..so i selected more stuff and moved to payment counter..where i told the lady that yesterday i didn't got my receipt on my mail and i requested her to check ...for which she told me to write down my mail id..and she told me i've corrected u'll get your receipt on mail this time.she didn't look very interested to talk..i mean very limited words looks rude.. So after one day today i checked again if i got my receipt on mail..unfortunately it was not there..i called to the store and asked them to correct my mail id and mail me my receipt for future...guess what it was same lady who corrected my mail..she said maybe there is some glich on our system so we cant do it ..you have to keep your paper receipt..and when u come next time we'll correct ur mail id.. I mean seriously..receipt usually fade by the time ...if in future i need to fix something how will i do that..very unprofessional.. And yes the guy who altered my watch strap gave me watch on my hand i tried to slide box towards him but he was not bothered to keep it in a box i did myself...i swear i am not going back to this store in any case...people there dont know public dealing... Gave 3 stars only for sunday evening staff. Attaching my receipt its already faded.

Staff were very kind and helpful. They weren't overbearing but available for questions when I needed. Got a great deal on a new tote bag for work!

For being black Friday, I have to say I was pretty impressed with the whole store. It was very crowded, yet very neat, clean, and quick! All of the associates were very polite and helpful, which made it a much better experience than what it could have been.

Good buys, some more reasonable sales then I thought

Great items at a good price, except there was a man standing by the cash eating take out which stunk up the entire store. It had a sour smell, it was soo awful I couldn't finish shopping, put the items down and left the store. I'm curious, does the store have a lunch room? What's more disappointing is I came from across the border so it's not like I can visit again tomorrow or next week.

I came in today 11/15/2021 about 3pm & all of the ladies were extremely helpful & very kind! I had a bag on hold, but I wasn’t positive if i could transfer everything from my large tote to a small hand bag. So a little bit of looking around & I left today with the perfect matching black purse & wallet. The ladies & one gentlemen working today need a raise! I wish I could have caught their names. I’m sure they caught my sons🤣🤣 Amazing service & they were seriously so helpful! I will be backk. lol
