This place is run by a bunch of morons. The woman behind the counter couldn't find her arse with both hands and a map. I brought in an engagement ring hoping to sell it quickly. She looked at it and told me they wouldn't take silver and a fake diamond. She didn't even test it. 🙄 When I showed her the markings inside the ring, she rolled her eyes, tested it and saw she was wrong. I took the ring, told her to forget it and sold it privately. Now I see they've been raided by the police and arrested for dealing in stolen property. Karma is sweet.

He has a bunch of acoustic guitars in another part of the store. Sign on the door says closed for reno. Ask if I can see the guitars. He says its closed but he will have it ready in ten minutes. Im standing there waiting for him to open it. He just stares at the computer screen not moving. I walk out the store. Go back a few weeks later still closed for renovations. Soooo have fun with your guitars!

Called today to inquire about an item I am looking for. I called ahead of time to see if it was in stock before I drove down. The lady over the phone abruptly said “you have already called me 100 times and I have answered your question!” I have never called this store, or knew it existed prior to googling for local pawn shops in the area. Clearly doesn’t know how to appropriately work with potential customers. The low google review is definitely warranted.

This place is terrible. do not bring business there. They will call your authentic items fake to try and down play the price. I question her authenticity and legitimacy. She needs a reality check and she stinks the place out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other places with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

He expects you to buy a guitar without playing it. I tested one of the guitars, it was broken, and he tried forcing me to buy it. I said no. Then he threatened to call the police. 10/10 weirdest pawnshop I’ve ever been to. They’re trying to scam people into buying guitars that don’t work. Avoid this place like COVID

Wow, best pawn shop in the falls by far. Do your homework folks compare prices with other shops. I was in there and thought that they where low balling customers, then they would show the customers how much they sell items for and man was it cheap. And they have sooooo much stuff.

Never have an issue. This is a family owned business and the parents dont speak good english but they are nice to repeat customers.but would love for them to hurry up and open back up so i can get my stuff.. is there any time frame on a reopen date??

She was disgusting and rude .. I said hours should be more than 4 hrs a day , she said it’s long enough.. watched our every move while we looked around .. ignorant .. I said other people were wanting to go when store was closed before .. she said ‘who cares ‘ .. dirty dirty place .. rude , mouthy , ignorant

We buy from here regularly, have purchased all of our families cell phones here over the years, have bought tools, bikes, PS games etc. Each and every time they've been excellent with their service, and if I've ever had a problem they solve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once I bought a cell phone that re-locked itself and they took care of it in a completely reasonable way. They seem to test what they sell, and only sell good stuff. I've tried to pawn some older things that they have said, 'nope - it's not good enough'. So I highly recommend them and really value them as a place to get great quality phones and electronics. In fact I'm calling them for a monitor right now....

Popped in unexpectedly to take a look. Staff were approachable. If they didn't know the answer then they found it out from a colleague. At first It was confusing to know what was for sale or what was on hold so just ask. Some things were missing their prices too if noted it was for sale. A few things quite over priced as I knew what they go for online and other places but bargain and talk your way through. I'll return for sure.

Well one thing about owning a store especially a pawnshop is you have to know different items she don’t even know basic items of your average pawn shop .I called and asked for a resonator guitar she didn’t even know what that was even after I explained it then I said do you have three-quarter inch sockets she said I have no idea you would have to come here and look for them 🤣
