The worse unguent care .. the checking in process took forever I schedule a appointment for 2pm I’m still being checked in as I write this at 3:15 I’m paying out of pocket they told me it was 103 now all of the sudden the prices change I have to pay 20 more dollars 🧐🧐🧐 I DONT LIKE THAT ! It’s only getting 2 stars because the ladies/ nurses where super sweet and nice if not 0⭐️‘s

I had a preoperative covid test at well now urgent Care. The young ladies that took care of me had me out the doors in under 8 minutes. I couldn't believe it was that quick and that simple. An excellent and very professional staff. I was thinking to myself on the way home the only way they could have made that appointment better was if they met me in the parking lot with a hot cup of coffee and a donut.

We were out of towners that flew in to Niagara Falls, NY… before heading in to Canada for vacation I needed to stop at this Urgent Care to seek some relief from unexplained pain that I was experiencing. The whole staff was amazing! I honestly got better care here then I have ever received from any place back home. I walked right in with no wait at all. The staff member who took my X-rays was very kind and made the long process easier. While waiting for results the Dr came in several times to just update us and thank us for our patience. The waiting process is much easier when people just keep you in the loop, so I greatly appreciated that. Thanks again to the staff. Your help allowed me to actually enjoy the rest of my vacation! I would honestly come back there again if I didn’t live 15 hrs away. Keep up the the great work!

I took my 13 year old here last night, about 15 mins before they closed. He wasn’t acting right and my options were here or the ER. Melissa McCarthy, NP WAS PHENOMENAL. She stayed late to ensure that my son was ok and safe to go home. The following day she called to see how he was doing. The KINDNESS, the empathy, the caring— not to mention the medical professionalism, was like no other. She is amazing and I’m happy happy we met her. WellNow- you’re lucky to have her!!!! Thank you all!!

From the minute we stepped in there was kindness. There was a coffee bar a slushee bar bur most importantly they were super attentive to my sons needs. He needed his ears flushed and the FLUSHER attendant nurse was AMAZING. My son compared her care to the last time he had his ears flushed. He said 'She listened to me.' I will always go here when I'm traveling and in need of care. Oh the best part was being able to enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. A mother's dream. ❤️. Very caring attentive staff with pictures of beautiful visuals all around

I went in sick as heck the ladies at the front desk were so very nice and patient as I could not talk lost my voice due to upper and lower respiratory infection my entire body was so sore. They took me in after only waiting 3 minutes. The nurse in the back was a young man super nice did everything perfectly The doctor came in with her scribe and they fought desperately to understand me as I couldn't get the words out so they could hear me. The doctor examined me thoroughly and saw and heard what was wrong she called in a script and already 24 hours later I am beginning to feel better! I want to give a big huge thank you to the entire staff for being so kind even when they are at full capacity. Being kind and understanding and listening to the patients is a quality that is NOT taught in medical school, you either have it or you don't and let me tell you absolutely everyone in there was wonderful. I would strongly recommend Wellnow on Niagara Falls Blvd in front of Target. A wee bit of kindness goes a long long way ❤️

This specific location has the best staff ever, everyone was extremely nice! I was brought right in the doctor listened and gave really good advice and information on the next steps I need to take to get my back looked at further after she reviewed my x-rays with me. The X-ray technician was very nice and professional as well 10/10 I’ll be going to this location from now on.

My daughter split her chin open and we ended up at this location ten minutes before closing. You would imagine my surprise when every person we came in contact with there was AMAZING. My daughter was smiling and happy the entire time! They took such good care of her. Every single person there! I definitely recommend this location for little ones!! Chad Shepherd, NP is who fixed her all up and I was blown away by how great he was with my baby!! Thank you all for such a great experience!

I came here on 4/13 and had an amazing experience with all the workers. I felt heard and seen rather than just thrown out with no help. I have had trouble breathing after having covid and although that’s a common symptom, they took my previous asthma diagnosis into consideration and gave me what I needed to feel better and were so sweet to me. I wish I got names but I was kinda out of it and I try and just look at eyes when I’m speaking to someone and didn’t even notice if they were wearing name tags but 10/10 recommend this place. ❤️

The NP who took care of my son was amazing! The radiologist’s report said that he did not have a fracture after a fall, but she said that she was still suspicious and sent us to ortho where the fracture was confirmed. Sad for my son, but so glad she was so knowledgeable!

I always feel like I get the best treatment at Urgent Care . The nurse /doctor listens and takes the time to find the best solution with my respitory problem. I was feeling like a new man after an hr visit after weeks of discomfort. I have a primary doctor that just hasn't hit the mark on this subject . I have to make this visit once a year or so to UC on the weekend and I'm always happy that I did. Thanks soo much to the doctor and staff . I attended WellNow for a pre-employment physical on Friday, February 24, in the morning. Although there was a ton of paperwork to go through, the entire process was handled timely and professional. The staff promptly greeted me and was very attentive to me. The physical was expected to take over an hour and even though it did take that amount of time; the staff was very friendly, caring, and informative. All while performing swiftly and professionally. I will refer others to attend WellNow based on their professional manner. Thank You, girls! 😊

I stopped into the urgent care on a Saturday because my Dr office was closed. The staff at urgent care were wonderful. The doctor was kind and thorough. He took the time to diagnose my issue and offer several recommendations for remediation of my pain. He answered all my questions, and gave me a comprehensive note with follow-up procedures.

It was my 1st visit to WellNow Urgent Care. I was very impressed - from arrival to departure! Girl at front desk was great , nurse and doctor that took care of me , were pleasant, took time with me. I was very (impressed) pleased,from arrival to departure, definitely go there vs. emergency room.

Had a great experience with all the workers at Well Now. Was in and out in no time! Very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable! This will be my go to clinic from here in our!! So much more competent than the local hospitals.

Very pleased with the results. We checked in and they took us right back to an exam room. Vitals and prelim questions began within minutes. Nurse practitioner soon after. Test results for strep mono and Covid were all back in no time. Best of all they were all negative which I was expecting the usual it’s viral and will have to run its course. But to my surprise they said they would be treating my sons inflamed sore throat. The nurse practitioner’s mentor even popped in for a look. That was three days ago son already feeling better where without the antibiotics I feel he’d still be suffering. Lastly, on our way out I counted 7 have a nice day and we I only interacted with 4 staff members. We will be back. Feeling Better and Satisfied Dad

Dude I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours, TWO!! I mean at least the slushies are ok but you can’t really drink them with the mask policy. I guess they really don’t give out urgent care like the name proclaims.

The ladies at the front desk are really nice! The booking website was easy to use. The waiting room was cool. It had a slush puppie machine. I didn't expect that! No complaints, I would come back again for sure if I ever needed to.

I went to Urgent Care today for a mandatory COVID test, as I’m a hairdresser going back to work. I wasn’t sure of what to expect and many of my other coworkers had terrible experiences elsewhere. Kate did my COVID test and she was great. She made my nerves basically non existent and she was super friendly and knowledgeable during the whole time I was there! I raved about how easy it was and how well the test went. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Highly highly recommend going to Kate for not just a COVID test but anything else you need. Us Wavelengths girls love her!!!!

Jennifer the MA is the absolute best!!! The level of professionalism, she displayed to me and my children was, so comforting during our visit. Her care and knowledge made for a good experience despite the issue at hand. She’s a true asset to your clinic !

Dr. Golinski and the nurses who treated me were excellent! They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I give the doctors, nurses, and staff five stars. I am highly disappointed though, that I had an appointment (visits were by appointment only that day) and it took me an hour and forty minutes to be seen after my appointment time. During my appointment, someone who had an appointment after me, was called back before me. Again, the staff was wonderful, but I was very agitated by the wait.

Not only did I receive excellent care in a timely manner, it was refreshing and comforting to hear in the background the staff pleasantly interacting with each other like they enjoy working together. I felt terrible, but more calm, and more confidence in the staff, hearing the positive people around me. Thank you for bringing your care to the very environment around us sick, scared people. It made all the difference in a difficult time.

I was there this week from 10:30 to 2pm for foot excruciating pain. When I check in, I was told the wait time was 45 minutes to 1hour. I saw the PA around 1pm, he was very short during exam. While waiting for x ray result’s, the PA & nurses were very loud (you can hear them with door closed!). They were laughing and conversing out loud while having R&B music on blast on the TV across the nurses station! It was very unprofessional especially w/ the loud music background. It didn’t seem like a place of medical work, but more like a chill restaurant.

Slow workers just goof off for hours at a time and talk about personal life. Been sitting here for almost 2 hours and have only had x-rays done on my girlfriends foot. These workers need to start doing their jobs right

Excellent bedside manner. I’m always impressed with the staff from the receptionist to the physician. They’re nice, know what they’re doing and they’re quick to take care of patient needs. At most other urgent cares/doctors offices, I usually have a 50/50 experience with the staff (some great, some miserable/rude) but this urgent care is awesome. Also I think it’s cool that they have a slushee machine that my son could use on the way out with a sore throat. Definitely made his day.

Horrible experience. I walked in at 7:20pm and wasn't even greeted, instead, Danielle asked "are you a walk-in?" When I said yes, without even asking why I was there with my child, she said "well we have a 2 hour wait and we close soon so we can't see you today." I turned to look and saw one person in the lobby, approximately 6 cars total in the parking lot. So I said "2 hours? There's only one person waiting." To which she replied in a mocking tone "yep, and in the back there are rooms with people." I said "I know how it works, if you just won't take patients this late, say that." I turned to leave, again WITH MY CHILD, and she stood up, turned to her right and started talking ABOUT ME to the other employee on reception! I said "excuse me, I'm still here, I can hear you" Her reply to me was "and you can stop talking now!" This is unacceptable behavior ANYWHERE, let alone at a medical facility. I will be reaching out to a higher level about this treatment.

This place was really wonderful. We were able to get an appointment Thanksgiving morning online. My son was seen promptly and we were in and out within an hour, even with X-rays. The facility was very clean and bright, and even decorated for the holidays. But the staff is what set this place apart. Every single person, from the desk to the NP to the X-ray tech , were all friendly and kind. They were efficient and professional. We were very pleased with this experience.

I don’t normally use urgent care, but I had a terrible cold and sinus infection and decided to go to the urgent care Well Now on Niagara Falls Boulevard. I didn’t get it right away but the wait wasn’t terrible. The girl that greeted me was very sweet and had a big smile. The PA and nurse were awesome! Kind, to the point and informative! I highly recommend this location!!

These 3 stars are for the Staffs /Healthcare Provider that were great and very accommodating. 👎Thumb down for lab test results. Tested Covid on Sunday (10-29-23)-- no result until today 11/3/2023.I called multiple times to follow up my result on Mon-Tue-Wed -other than the robot that directs you to never ending waiting--NOBODY pick up the phone nor return my calls. Is it an Urgent but not so urgent care?🙄

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes before they called us back to a room. Mind you Calling people who came in well after us before my son. Doesn't seem organized or any sense of urgency or empathy. Would not recommend unless you literally have no other options and you don't mind waiting 2 hours before seeing a nurse or doctor. But the nurse practitioner was very helpful.

I went to WellNow Urgent Care on Saturday with a cough & laryngitis. I only sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes after an easy & efficient check-in. The very sweet Doctor came in & checked me out, ordered scrips & I'm already feeling better this morning. So thankful that I went there.

Went to WellNow in Niagara Falls on Niagara Falls Blvd Saturday evening after falling while ice skating. They were so helpful, Rebecca at the desk was so friendly. Chelsey took x-rays saw that I broke my wrist and Bridget the NP was awesome she put a temporary splint on it and sent me on my way. When I saw the orthopedic, he commented on what a great job she did on the splint All three health professionals I dealt with were exceptional. I would highly recommend this WellNow facility

This place is fast and efficient in my experience so far. The front desk staff is pretty decent, sometimes seem a little grumpy but can you blame them? Haha Doctors/nurses here have always been wonderful and caring.

This is the best Urgent Care I've gone to. They are always very quick, I'm in and out in under an hour every time. The employees are kind and have been truly helpful. Highly recommend!

Do NOT go here for the covid test. They send it to another company that will make you fight to get your results. Very unprofessional and stressful.

My first visit and was very good experience made an appointment and was taken Care of in timely fashion. All staff was professional and friendly. Only complaint is waiting area is too small many had to stand and more came in. Social distances were difficult but staff handled it well though.

I recently went to this Urgent care in the Niagara Falls location because I have been sick for weeks and it is hard to get an appointment at my primary office with my current work hours. They were absolutely wonderful and got me the care that I needed. They gave me antibiotics and did an X-ray. The tech who did the X-ray Brittany was very attentive and did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend this company and location!

My visit was super quick and easy! I was in and out within 10 minutes. The reason for my visit was that I had to be tested for COVID-19 before being allowed to go back to work. I had two nurses, both were exceptionally sweet! They were both very personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I do not remember the name of my first nurse, but the second was Kate! Kate administered my COVID swab test. I had heard awful things about it, and I was nervous for sure. But Kate made sure to explain the process, and she even counted down the seconds until it was over! She was extremely gentle, and actually, most of the girls that I work with had all requested her because of how amazing she was. We have to be tested every two weeks as stylists, so we will all be requesting her again!

This was a very pleasant experience. I am normally terrified of needles however, I didn’t even realize that she had taken my blood, that’s how non painful it was. The office staff was very pleasant and prompt, I literally was in and out. The phlebotomists, I believe her name was Toya she was especially gentle and I appreciated that! Definitely will do all my future blood work there!

NP Erin McCue was so amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through exactly how I would feel after getting a Covid test. I would recommend Erin to anybody

Went there for my son who got a stick in his eye. The staff took us right in. They were professional and fantastic! Check-in, vitals, exam and script sent took 25 minutes. Wonderful first experience with an urgent care facility. 6/2/20: This time I took my mother for a severe migraine. Once again, another wonderful experience. My mother was becoming dehydrated and lethargic from vomiting, couldn't keep her migraine meds down, and her blood pressure was rising (146/110). They quickly pumped her full of fluids and meds. She walked out of there feeling ten times better in less than 2 hrs. Very happy with the staff there.

I honestly had a great experience her and so has my wife. I’m a recovering addict and gay and sometimes it effects my interactions at ERs and Urgent Cares but they have been awesome and don’t hold being a recovering addict over my head. They explain everything in normal language you can understand and everyone is nice from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Really great urgent care.

I went to urgent care for my arm which was swollen badly, the receptionist Corey cared enough to get me an ice pack with out me even asking. Everyone was super kind and was in and out within an hour. Super pleased especially with the covid-19 at large!

I had a massive sinus headache and fever of 102.5. No matter what I did nothing would help. PA Jennifer Battaglia was wonderful. She was unhurried, some very gently, and gave me all the information I needed. She was so professional, as was the front desk staff. I am awaiting results of the Covid test. I am feeling healthy and well! They were a calming godsend when I was spinning out of control thinking I’ve contracted Covid. Thank You! thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

I came in 10 mins before closing with a broke foot and they took their time taken care of me. Everyone was very polite and even made me smile a few.times even though I was in so much pain

Great results 1 day after and I was a little nervous I would feel the shot... the dr did 2 shots in my hip and I had my first good night sleep and no pain today. I’ve had pain for four years that goes from my hip to my knee and it’s great to be able to go up the stairs with no pain into work out with no pain! I pray that it continues... dr was personable and made me feel comfortable.

I brought my son in for possible sun poisoning. When the PA came in and we started talking within a minute the first thing she brought up was covid. I payed it no mind because I understand everyone is scared. She finally took his blood pressure, pulse ox, and urine and everything came back normal. She listened to his lungs and stomach and told me everything was clear. She never check out his sun burn but came back in and said its covid. The only reason why I brought him in was because I spoke with two nurses and they told me to take him in to make sure he was okay. I explained this to the PA and asked if she could explain all of this if everything is clear. She informed me she doesnt have time for this she has other patients to see and I needed to figure out if I was doing the test and walked out the door. I felt if this was such the concern instead of being rude, my sons sunburn would of been evaluated and taken into consideration. When I decline the test and asked for discharged paperwork she told me she was doing it and I could leave. I asked if they did the discharge paperwork that they send home with patients stating that I came in for complaints of sun poisoning. I was told "I'll see what I can do". As i closed the door the PA and the other people sitting at the desk starting laughing and mocking my request. I was finally brought in the paperwork the discharge paperwork has false information on it. He had discharge paperwork for influenza which was never tested for nor was influenza even discussed. I went for the second opinion and was told it was in fact sun poisoning. I was given the proper instructions on how to treat him.

I had recently made an online appointment to be seen at the Niagara Falls location.(near the Target store) It is very convenient to schedule an appointment and even register for the visit to save time before arriving. I only waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting area before I was called in. I was promptly seen by a LPN first and not even 5 minutes later, Kelly the PA came in to discuss the reason for my visit. I was given a diagnosis and a few scripts to be filled at my pharmacy. This location is very favorable and I am pleased with everyone whom I made contact with. I highly recommend this location for any of your needs.

Great care from nurse front desk people seemed a little annoyed. Not friendly I guess but they were nice. Just seemed like they were thinking oh god another patient. But weren’t rude but weren’t like glad to help me and my girlfriend when we got there to get a COVID test. But overall good experience nurse was super nice and caring.
