In my opinion, of urgent care orniagara falls urgent care. I see doctor Doctor Coleman, she's a great doctor I've never had a doctor that sits down and spends their time with you. So no matter what your needs are, she listens and you can just feel the sincerity of heard a voice of her opinions on that. She gives you and she's. I think she's a great doctor. I'm glad I was introduced to Doctor Coleman, she's a good doctor and I'm glad that she's gonna be my doctor for the rest of my life. Because I don't want to have somebody who lessence. Waited 3 hours because the receptionist forgot I was there. Finally saw an RN who told me I should go to my primary doctor. I explained that I couldn't get in today and have an ear ache. She looked at my ear and said it was red. That I should "watch and wait...try Motrin and get a new primary doctor." (My primary doc is AMAZING, our schedules are just not aligned this week) What a frustrating experience. As I sat there all day I got to take in a lot. Almost all patients were leaving frustrated. Some waiting hours only to be called up to the window and told that their insurance wouldn't cover the appointment. Maybe let people know that before they spend all morning waiting there? Other folks made appointments online only to be told that they don't honor online appointments. Why does the website allow patients to make them then? This place is a mess.

I’d recommend Niagara Primary Care, for a number of reasons. They’re very knowledgeable & helpful as it pertains to my medical needs & provide the best referrals for specialists (if necessary.) From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel comfortable in expressing your medical needs with both Physician & staff. They’re incredibly fast, the service is excellent. All the employees are professional & eager to help you. The office is very clean especially the bathroom & most importantly, they’re always able to “squeeze“ me in & get me an appointment at the blink of an eye. They’re very personable as if you’re family & I love that. I love Niagara Primary & I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone who’s looking for a fast, knowledgeable, friendly, personable & professional experience. Thank you!

I first went here for an emergency, and when I left….. I left with far more than I came with! Got a primary got sweet amazing people who over the years have became more like family! I have been through so many I mean way more than I should have with in and out different doctors different offices, and by far I love this place! The doctors go over and beyond for the patients listen to you and that to me is a huge huge thing! They don’t talk at you they don’t treat you like your crazy or making things up idk the best way I can put it is they actually see me as me and hear me, you know how rare that is to find? Maggie is my doctor but I absolutely adore everything there is about that woman she truly is an angel on earth, I wish there were more people who’s soul would even be half as beautiful as hers this world would be so much better! They have all helped me get through some tough times especially when I didn’t even tell my closest family and friends about what I was facing so for the people at Niagara Falls urgent care and primary to be who they are and run things like the way they do made me feel so comfortable I really can’t express it… just be a patient there and you’ll see for yourself

The urgent care center has undergone significant changes during the pandemic, including much of the staff, and much better! The new nurse practitioners are very personable, kind and caring, and front office staff pleasant and diligent. If you are looking for a primary care provider in Niagara Falls, I highly encourage giving this office a try.

So I am 30 years old. The struggle to find a good doctor has been a nightmare. I met Johnna Coleman for the first time yesterday. She was so serious about my health and getting me on the right track. She met my needs of why I made the appointment and also gave me all my orders to go to the proper specialists to get looked at. She has the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a doctor. I’ve never been this happy leaving a doctors office. I often felt in the past I wasn’t being listened to or literally gaslit by doctors. She is nothing like that. She’s caring sweet attentive. Just the way she talks makes you feel really cared for. I’m def excited she is my new primary and I’ll be here for as long as she lets me. Phenomenal doctor phenomenal staff. Everyone was friendly and on point.

I’ve been going to this location for about a year. Maggie is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable at your appointment while addressing any needs and concerns you have!! I’m so thankful for all of her help!

The most unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen. The receptionist doesn’t have a clue. The foreign Doctor was very unprofessional. He would only treat me for cash. He did except my medical coverage but said he didn’t make enough through that insurance company. He went on to say he would do it for cash. 😡

I absolutely love Johanna! She's very thorough, she respects your time, doesn't rush you at the door to get to the next patient. She's a very caring person who I would highly recommend to others! I'm so glad I found her!

Initially there was a situation where there was an employee who was rude, misinformed me and even canceled my appointment after confirming it so I wasn't satisfied enough to leave a good review. After my appointment with Johna Coleman, I was glad I gave them a chance. She was professional, sweet, courteous and informative. I am confident that I'll be able to manage my health under her care. I appreciated her caring attitude and how she pointed the positives on my lab work instead of harping me on the negatives. Last but NOT least, Kirsten at the reception is awesome. She emits peace, and has such a willingness to help that during my initial issue, she did her best to assist. You can sense her genuine attitude and any employer is blessed to have her working for them.

My experience was fantastic. They don't just talk to you they also listen to you about all your aches and pains. You can tell they care. Everyone is so nice and friendly it is most definitely one of the best places I have ever been. It is also the cleanest place that I have been to

Had extraordinary bad experience with this place. While in Niagra Falls, had a pink eye and made an appointment, online, for this place to take a look at what is happening and make a prescription. when I show up for my appointment, the front desk least informs me that they are closing. I am in pain and argue with the lady that they should not have scheduled the appointment in that case. she is very grumpy and openly complains to the other lady in the office that actually was signing me in. Then they took me to " see the doctor" the doctor did not actually look at me, and never actually got within 6 feet of me. They told me that they sent prescription to the pharmacy, so I was in and out in 5. Mins and they charged me $150( no clue what they charged insurance) except the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and I tried calling the urgent care place multiple times and left mesages/ texted, with no success to reach anybody. All just seems so unprofessional. P.s. At the pharmacy they told me that frequently customers wait for hrs for them to send prescriptions.

It was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Johanna was very attentive, made me feel like she was actually listening to me and not trying to rush me out. It was the most comfortable I’ve felt at a doctors office in some time

I scheduled and appointment online with one of their providers for my child. Put in all of my information and got the confirmation of the appointment with one of their providers. We arrived for the visit and the receptionist said they had no providers in for the day even though we had done all the paperwork online and had picked a time slot for a certain NP. There are other immediate care facilities in the area. Try them first.

The staff is wonderful, professional, respectful and personable. NP, Jhonna is remarkable. Very professional, she has a lot of knowledge, patience, understanding and is a great medical provider

DR.Maggie is great and caring and listens to your needs. How ever when your appointment is at 10:30 and you don't get back in to see her til 12:15 there is a problem. Do not over schedule my time is also important.

One star for each hour we waited to be seen, even with an online appointment. Primary care appointments are prioritized over urgent care, so factor that in if using this location for urgent care. On the bright side, Maggie who saw us was thorough and awesome.

Had a check up done today and it was probably the best primary care appointment I have ever experienced! Provider and staff very knowledgeable and caring! The office is also very modern and clean! I highly recommend this office for any urgent care and primary care needs!

Primary Care is a way better atmosphere and staff is excellent than my last doctor's office.. I'm very glad I made the switch. Oh they actually care and are compassionate about your situation. Again couldn't say the same for my last primary doctor. And for that I thank them. Thank you🙂

Office and medical staff are always warms and welcoming, very non judgmental safe zone. Johanna the NP is amazing and takes her time and actually gets to know her pts. Girls in front and back always friendly and efficient.

If I could give this center 6 stars, I most definitely would ! At the end of February 2022 I traveled back to Canada from Florida with my 82 year old mother. We needed a PCR test in order to cross the border back in to Canada where we reside. I contacted Niagara Falls urgent care before we left in order to ascertain details of the procedure, and costs involved with getting the PCR test. My contact was Gina Lauricella, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I e-mailed her countless questions over the period of a few weeks, she always replied promptly, and clearly answered every question and concern I threw at her, and there were A LOT ! When we did actually arrive to get our PCR tests, the entire process was seamless. A quick general medical questionnaire was required, only taking a couple of minutes to complete. Payment was made, the test was done, and 1/2 an hour later we went back to get our test results and head for the border. Easy Peasy ! Quite honestly it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I have no idea how much Gina and her team at the Urgent Care Center make, but it should be more. I highly recommend this center, and it will definitely be my go-to place should I require their services in the future.

I've been a primary care patient here for just under a year and have been seeing their NP Johna. Despite being a very busy practice I never wait more than a few minutes and Johna's always in such a contagiously pleasant mood. My visits are thorough, never rushed, and she listens to every concern. The rest of the staff is always pleasant as well, and prescription refills are sent within moments of my request. A++ in quality, personalized care.

This place helped me when no other doctor would ....in off hours on a holiday no less! Really convenient to have my primary doctor and urgent care in same place. Low waiting times, quick in and out. Attentive and compassionate, would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Som and team are my primary care providers and as my original primary retired, I was nervous seeing someone new after 30+yrs. To my happiness and healthcare as Niagara Primary Care goes above and beyond for all their patients care and really took the time to understand my health needs. Highly recommended!

The facility was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. New patients have lots of paperwork, so come early. The wait time was average but the time with the practitioner was more than the usual. She took a thorough history and I got to ask all of my questions. I am looking forward to my follow up.

The NP Coleman is so pleasant and just down to earth, makes visits to her above average! The medical staff is always happy, which makes for a dreaded doctor visit, a calm and totally competent complete examination and the diagnosis given the same day. Thank you for your service.

This place is ridiculous. We just stopped there at 5:30pm and the doors are locked. Their google listing says they are open until 7:30pm. No one EVER answers the phone or returns calls. Last time my father stopped in for a cortisone injection, there was no doctor there to administer it. The words 'urgent' and 'care' are non-existent. I do not recommend!!

Worst intake experience ever. I made an intake appointment for a new doctor somehow the computer made the appointment for the day I was making the appointment for the following Monday. They charged me a no show fee when It clearly was a mistake. I was messaging them all day asking questions when I supposedly was supposed to be there. If i was supposed to be there but we were talking they didn't think to say hey you missed your appointment today the day you contacted us for new patient. Makes no sense. They refused to wave the fee over a computer error. If that's how you treat someone trying to be a new patient I can't imagine how they treat their current patients. Nope never. I'll keep looking and leave that $30 no show fee for collections bye.

Dr. Maggie Desmarai (excuse me if it’s miss spelled) was very kind and helpful. I’m trying to join the military, so she was very understanding and even gave me a few pointers on the process and how to go about doing things, she was very informative and overall it was an amazing experience. Everyone there was also so sweet to my three year old daughter! 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

I went online in search of a primary doctor just this morning. There was a slot open the same day. I went in and was seen at the time of my appointment to my surprise because it was busy. DR. Maggie is awesome
