    Don't even bother wasting your time. Many people on their staff are unprofessional and could use a course in how to talk to people. The only one worth a damn is Dr. Finch-Mergi and the front window receptionist with the short pixie haircut. Secondly, trying to get refills for your scripts is impossible (non narcotics, so shouldn't be an issue). You call during normal business hours and you'll be in hold for over 30 mins easy. They say they're going to call the pharmacy to "figure things out" and never follow through. Rebecca who answers their phones has an attitude issue and sounds like she doesn't care about your problem. Bottom line, save yourself some gray hairs and go to a facility/doctor that gives a damn. Funny that they're "Catholic" based when all they seem to do is not help you.

    They never answer the phone, 99% of their staff is rude. Today i was actually shocked when i was called back by one of their LPN nurses and she was actually really nice. Never in the last two years have i had any of their staff be nice and respectful except that one girl today who must be new. They treat me like I’m some drug addict when i tell them i had a panic attack, telling me to go to horizons for counseling and give me sleeping pills that knock me out for dayssss( i was legit sleeping for 48hrs) for a panic attack, i was in the Er for vertigo two weeks ago had zero drugs in my system which they had records of, there is no reason i need to seek counseling or not receive the proper medication. Today i asked the nurse practitioner Krystal Stevens to fill out my FMLA packet that is due back to my HR company in less than two days, because one i can’t get in any sooner than i did, no one answers phones and i was her last patient of the day. She flat out said she was going away for a couple days and wouldn’t get it back to me in time to give to my HR company (not the first time I’ve been put on the back burner because of her not being in office, once she was away for two weeks and i couldn’t get any service from the office). She couldn’t take less than 5 mins out of her time to fill it out a couple questions and sign the packet and was out the door in her car before i even checked out of the office. I could go on and on about the inconsiderate rude encounters I’ve had in this office and i am switching doctors immediately. Fed up!!!!! This office is trash!!!

    I give all the pediatrics doctors a great review, I have always loved the doctors there how ever I shouldn't have to wait over an hour on hold to make a sick visit for my child, not to mention the first 4 times I called they disconnected and sent me to voicemail maybe it's time to hire more staff I mean that's absolutely ridiculous, they give you a specific time to call and then when you do they can't keep up with the demand. I'm switching doctors offices because frankly that's outrageous. Most of the staff seems pretty nice like the RN, and doctors, but the people who answer the phones get pretty cocky. Get a new job if you don't like it. That's all I have to say.

    Very Rude/ Racist Attitude, poor quality of care with absolutely no consideration for the patient. In addition, Dr doesn't come to see the patient, patients are seen by Physician's assistant for 2 to 4 minutes total. BIlls sent to the insurance have 2 separate charges, one from PA ($183), one for facility which includes the service charge ($249.27). Question for them what is facility you provide for $249.27 in 4 minutes of service with a racist attitude? If there was a way I would give them -10 stars. Spoke to Jollen Quigliano who tells me that Patricia Villani will call back to talk, its been 2 weeks, no calls. Called her about the bill today to her, lets see when we will get a call back. Someday someone wall make a complaint to the authorities to shut down this facility. BE AWARE.

    This is a terrible place!! This office needs to be closed- ! I highly recommend anyone that has a problem with them -file a complaint with the state medical board!!!!! These people need to go!!! They are in a neighborhood where they DO NOT CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY! They are doing more harm than helping- it’s sad! And the reviews that are saying they are such a great place are just people trying to keep them from getting the 0 stars that they deserve! Don’t fall for it!! Go somewhere ELSE!!

    Never had a problem here, but I can't speak for certain policies that are not relevant to me, which I have therefore not experienced. My personal experience at 9th Street Clinic is informed solely by my treatment by nurse Fincher-Mergi who I found to be the most adept medical professional I've seen in well over a decade. She took all of my concerns and observations seriously, and meticulously guided my testing so that all the proper referrals could be made. She understood that I had some working knowledge of medicine and did not 'dumb down' anything. Her communication and caring led directly to my current path to recovery where other doctors would throw up their hands or misdirect me. It is entirely upon her ability that I give this rating. She's a blessing to the clinic. - G. C.

    This is a great office. When you call to make Appointment they get you in within couple days. Staff is very friendly. My own Doctor Krystal is informing and nice. I'm sure the rest of the doctor's are them same . Highly recommend this office.

    Called on 2/9/21 to speak to scheduleing about cancelling a appt. on 2/11/21. The switchboard person was rude . She asked me very abruptly -for what? .Didn't know I had to explain my personal business to her .

    I have been coming here for many years. Previously I wrote a bad review due to a major billing issue, which was later resolved - something I am eternally grateful for as they could have simply told me that I was SOL. Instead, Ashley went so far above and beyond to help me even when I was overwhelmed and not always so nice. She handled the issue with grace and compassion and I will never forget that. This was years ago - I have since gotten much better insurance and haven't had a single issue. As for the care, I am always in and out quickly, and the staff is just wonderful. Even when they are busy and short staffed, they always so such a great job. The particular nurse that I see is very thorough and has found issues in my health that I was not aware of before. I feel listened to when I come, and I love that they take the time to explain everything to me. The facility is clean and nice, and the office has always been easy for me to reach. I also love that my charts, appointments and results are available through the app. It makes it very easy for me to monitor my health and keep track of my appointments. I highly recommend this place. I've had nothing but great experiences!

    My children are new patients. I called on a Monday, my daughter was seen that week Wednesday and my son that Friday. They both saw Dr. Kaza. She is great, very friendly. Addressed my concerns and treated myself and my children wonderfully.

    I have been using this facility for over 4 years as my primary care facility, and I have had no fewer than 8 surgical clearances and at least 4 full physicals, and the team here is nothing short of superb. The front desk staff are always handling incoming patients and ongoing issues so they can't just "jump up" when we arrive, but every step of the way - from the front desk to checkout - the care I receive is highly professional, empathetic and caring. Dr. Sauret is an excellent diagnostician, and he has a rare quality of being able to refer you to the best specialist in whatever field you need their expertise. I have had 8 surgeries and 8 wonderful outcomes, because this clinic functions as part of the overall team. This reflects Dr. Sauret's ongoing familiarization with the local specialists in almost any field. This team is truly a top-notch group of professionals. This morning I spoke with the most pleasant and attentive scheduler I've ever experienced. Please understand that people have good and bad experiences, but the heart and soul of this place is to care for you. Their patient care team reaches out if you've had a bad experience, so take advantage of their willingness to learn and better the experience for everyone by reaching out to them if you need. I am very much satisfied and delighted by this experience, and grateful that this clinic exists. They don't treat "rich and poor", they care about "mind and body".
