Bueatiful doctor very passionate about her care and makes you comfortable does not judge you on your past if you have made mistakes just genuinely cares on getting you back into your better self. Hard to come by doctors these days to feel that open to and tell them everything. I highly recommend Dr shahala ahamad to anyone. She practices in Canada as well and understands socialized health care . She cares about the pacient not the money or the insurance companys not that that helps us here in the usa but she has a better point of view . Much respect keep up the great practice you are .

Honestly I only took my son here to get a covid test done they told me I'd be called in 3 day with his results and I still haven't got them I've been on the phone for 20mins to talk to someone plus this is my 3rd time calling. This place don't even deserve a star.

I called for advise on specific symptoms that I had, to make sure they were not COVID related. The conversation lasted maybe 10 minutes, all over the phone, and I was billed $63. Not once was I informed the phone call would cost even a penny. I’m sorry, but $63 for a 10 min phone call? Ridiculous. And on top of that, none of my questions were directly answered. The most advise I received was “ I’m not sure, do what you think is best” replies from the other end. If I would’ve been informed from the beginning that charges and rates applied I would have no reason to be upset.

The nurses here are always rude to you. They never return phone calls for any requests or information.They also hardly ever answer the phone even during business hours.They were having major issues with even having a practitioner available too see patients. They rescheduled my appointment several times before for this issue, and I even showed up twice for an appointment and they told me they had no one there too see patients.They claimed they tried to call me a couple of days before, but I never got any voicemail or missed call.Missy the nurse practitioner is usually attentive to your needs and concerns. Overall she is usually courteous and respectful.There have been a couple of times I have had to call a few times a day for a couple of weeks because one of my medications needed authorization and she was a little rude because I expressed my option over never having my calls returned.I would use another primary care doctor if one is available to you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctors appear to be incompetent, you could tell them exactly what it is you want and they will still mess it up. Every time you visit the office you will have a new doctor . They will cancel your appointments last minute . They never pick up the phone also will leave you on hold for hours. The automated system is a joke they never once got back to me . This is the only doctors office in my area and I'm leaving them to go to Lewiston. It's disgusting I don't feel valued as a person and even less as a patient.

With the state of pressure that the health care workers are under, you would think that most of the workers would be irritated and curt when tending to patients but the individuals at the NF facility turned my perception COMPLETELY around. I couldn’t receive such kindness and and professionalism at my base facility in Buffalo where I reside but the staff at the NF facility were so nice and kind I actually considered moving to NF! That’s how powerful an impact the staff had on me. They made sure my daughter health was their TOP priority! I can’t say enough good things. Just make an appointment for medical services and see for yourself….

Dr. Gorilla does an excellent job in caring for me. Today she took all my vitals and did the nurses job too so I was lucky to get in with her and have that time to discuss my issues

Emily (GYN) Is Literally the BESTTT TO EVER DO IT!! I just love her! She is amazing , she’s an amazing GYN physician she actually cares for you as an patient and friend. I would highly recommend going to see her as ur GYN! Just Amazing All Around

Just extraordinary! I just had a very large filling, pain-free. The doctor was so thorough about explaining everything. I do recommend this clinic to all my friends, and offer to drive them there.

Drs and staff is friendly, and you don’t have to sit for a long time, they callyou quick.

Only my First appointment so far but went well. My counselor helped me pinpoint what I need to focus on in order to calm myself down with everything going on in my life.

Everyone there was very kind and helpful. We were in and out in no time there was no waiting no crowded waiting rooms clean, I recommend it anybody in the neighborhood😁

Took my son there yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience considering it was his first time at the clinic. The Dr and staff were very kind and made the whole experience smooth. Dr. Robert Salis was awesome. He was thorough and listened to all our concerns patiently and gave us all the information we needed to know.

Yes my grand daughter has migraines she's only 7, Dr Robert's Salis,put my mind at ease,and pointed us in the right direction,to help me to better assist in her headaches, I would there again,I love this place,it's very convenient n clean,& there very friendly

Doctors are very qualified and knowledgeable, also friendly and welcoming. I trust them to help me take care of me, I’ve been coming here since they opened and Doctor Brown was staffed. If Doctor Brown would work here that’s all the validation you need lol and that says a lot! Appointments always available and easy to get scheduled! Which says a lot- bc in the area there aren’t many facilities w availability considering they book you 3-6 months out and don’t let something come up. Only reason I’m not rating higher is because the receptionists that answer the phone, they lack professionalism. Sometimes they just throw you on hold or transfer you without saying anything, or answer the phones in a not so happy tone. Best to call in the morning right when they open otherwise you might not get thru. Dental always answers nice but when you’re booking anything else it’s like you gotta prepare yourself for that conversation..

ZERO STARS if I could!! All I want is my immunization record for work and I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone! Definitely will be switching Drs, and I do NOT recommend this place. You can’t even get a nurse on the phone if you needed to because they don’t answer the phone!

The overall experience is very bad. Doctor told me she will mail the referral since Nov 2020 till today I never receive one. 2 weeks ago doctor said she will call me with authorization number for ultrasound, never received any call from the clinic. I took the authorization number myself from my insurance. Never received a call back with the results. I have to call many times to discuss my results. Every time they take the message and never call back. Dr. Mercedes was best since she left things the things have been bad....
