March 23rd I had made an appointment to have my eye looked at as it was red and itchy. I was greeted by the receptionist who took my information and temperature before directing me into a private room. I waited for the doctor (Dr Dalgleish) to come in and LOOK at my eye, it is why I made an appointment to physically see a doctor. He came in wearing only a face shield without a mask... and he remained 6-9 feet away from me while looking, lifting and moving his head around looking TRYING to look at my eye.. He did not indicate what it could be for me nor did he rule out what it is not. Gave me generic eye cream and sent me on my way. It is now the 25th my eye is still an issue. This very same Doctor took care of my husband back 2 weeks ago, he had an allergic reaction to something and he had welts on his skin.. Dr. Dalgleish examined my husband in the LOBBY OF THE BUILDING instead of allowing my husband into a PRIVATE room, he had my husband remove his shirt (very embarrassing and degrading) in front of people then prescribed again a steroid cream and sent him on his way. I understand that there is a Pandemic and everyone is on edge and scared BUT. THIS IS A DOCTOR... he should be helping us and not making us feel uncomfortable nor offended for having to be looked at during this time.

I've been coming to this clinic for many years now and my opinion, well the front desk staff are great, I always get a call back when they say there going to call. Doctors are also very good, they always took care of me as well as my daughter. I never felt any disappointment visiting this clinic. I've read some of the comments on here and I believe that most people are not patient and demand quick service on there own time, but it doesn't work that way. This is one of Niagara Falls best clinics. Doctors will always rotate and that's expected but the care I always get is 100 %.

Terrible old lady receptionist. I have come to this clinic since I was a child, I left work at 3 to see if I could get an ear ache looked at, by the time I got there at 315 they were closed and not taking additional patience, politly I asked if I still had to pay for parking even though they didn't provide me with any service and are closing early. She instantly got rude with me and told me to read the sign. When I was in need they weren't there to help and this isn't the first time this has happened has to me here. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these people and just go to valleyway or st catherines if your trying to avoid the hospital and are in need of immediate service.

Staff shouldn’t have a job in medical care if they don’t care about answering the phone or helping people, every time I call this clinic the calls are neglected and rejected. If I’m needing a medical clinic I think the last thing I should be having to do is drive around the city looking for an open one because people in this field are too incompetent to be DECENT people and answer the phone. Do better or work in a field that requires you to not speak to people

Never trust the reviews ,everyone experience differs. I went here visiting from the USA receptionist was very nice, they had a few patients before me but wait time was still not long I was surprised and the doctor was thorough and professional.... very nice and clean clinic... already feeling better.. the pharmacy is also right across which made things more convenient and staff was also very professional..I recommend this clinic

My daughter went there this morning Aug 14, 2023 to see about getting a stronger antibiotic for the infection in her mouth. They looked at her as if she was a drug addict which she is not. So needless to say she received no help whatsoever. I'm rather annoyed as a parent and especially because this was my daughter. People need to stop assuming and stop and LISTEN. I'm sure glad I don't live here.

Estimate hold time is always less than 2 mins, but after 15 mins on hold, bouncing from 3rd in line to 1st, then to 5th, and back to 3rd. Did this two days in a row and can't get anyone come to the phone.

The customer service was horrible! Called them today and they said there were "busy" and put me on hold the person never did put me on hold, but just put the phone down and started talk to her employee about other patients this lasted for about 10 minutes and I decided to call them on my other phone and when i got through, the lady was being rude. if I could I would do 0/10

I actually had better assistance when it was over the phone treatment during peak covid. Apparently they stop taking patients after 1. Maybe consider updating the hours of that's the case. Or at least stop charging for parking.

I’m a local that’s been coming to this clinic near all of my life, the new Receptionist was hostile, demeaning, and very poor at communication in the English language the clinic has a sign encouraging patients to wear a mask and when I asked for a spare mask I was met with clear hostility and condescension. Don’t know where you find you’re new employees but this one was terrible truly disappointing I’ve been coming here for years. Perhaps you should find a more personable receptive receptionist who can speak the English at an effective level & is a little more kind to the patients.- Best wishes

I had an amazing experience here! I was nervous because of all the bad reviews, but I needed care and this appeared to be the most accessible place. I was a tourist only in town for a few days, but I developed what I thought was a horrible eye infection. I arrived right at opening time. There were already a handful of people there ahead of me. It was a short wait to speak to the receptionist. Since I am foreign the visit cost was $100 CAN, which as an American I found extremely affordable. Masks are required, which I had seen in other reviews so I came prepared, but they also have some they can lend you. There were perhaps six or seven people ahead of me, so my wait was about an hour. There was plenty of seating available and it passed quickly. When it was my turn, the doctor patiently listened to me, and took a look at my eye. Turns out there was actually something stuck way in the back! He skillfully removed it. Stayed with me for a minute or two to see how it felt- better! Gave me a prescription for antibiotic drops but told me I very likely would not need them. He was right! My eye was back to normal soon without them. Doctor was friendly, patient, skilled. I did not feel rushed and I felt fully heard. Best medical experience I’ve had in a long time honestly. Thank you so much!!!

It seems like a decent place, though they could give a bit more information about options. They may just be overworked. All staff were calm and laid back, so that was good. I called up today, and was told an appointment time. I got there, waited about ten minutes while the receptionist was off the desk and then busy with other patients and on the phone. Once I'd let her know who I was, I waited a bit more and was taken to a room. My temperature was taken with the remote gun things before entering the hallway. Waited another ten minutes or so for the doctor, who reassured me and said it should resolve itself. I had to ask if I should go to another clinic if it didn't resolve itseld, within the timeframe.

I was there yesterday at 10 am o’clock just to get blood work the front desk lady talk to me twice and she made me sit there five hours for a 10 minute appointment that I needed to help with my pregnancy. I am 10 weeks pregnant and when I got finally blood work after five hours sit in there with people coming in after me coming in line 1st to see the doctor, when I got blood work, I passed out because I didn’t eat since 9:30 in the morning because I didn’t know I was gonna sit there for five hours and waste my time and my health of my baby that front Dess lady should not be working if she does stuff for race sex or anything like that it’s rude is disrespectful and my child in my stomach is harmful because I didn’t eat yesterday because I was sitting in the waiting room for five hours only for a one minute appointment . I passed out when I got blood work because I didn’t eat because there’s no food healthy food at that place . The doctor at that clinic is wonderful. I have nothing to say, but good things about that gentleman.

Truly the worst walk in clinic experience I have ever had. The doctor was extremely rude (yelling at receptionists, swearing in the lobby area). He didn’t even examine my foot which I suspected was fractured, he just wrote up an X-ray request, and didn’t fill out any of the required information, just signed the form. Similarly, the X-ray tech I saw at the clinic was also very rude and did not communicate with me in any way. Received no call back - apparently they only call you if something is wrong. I am not even confident that the doctor looked at the X-ray at this point. Will not be returning and I recommend you just drive a few minutes further to see another clinic. Or even wait hours in the ER before going here. Cheers!

I am from the United States and had a case of poison ivy that worsened while on vacation. We called many places to be seen and all quoted us a time that did not work. The receptionist was able to get me in 5 minutes prior to close. The doctor was excellent. He explained thoroughly the treatment and the side effects so I knew what to expect. The pharmacy was right across the foyer and very convenient. The pharmacist was excellent and also double confirmed my medical history and made me feel confident that the medication was safe. Overall would recommend to any out of country guest as you will feel heard and seen and receive excellent care.

Bad customer service, receptionist sometimes ignores u when u stand there waiting, and continues to answer phones while making u wait while standing there. Doctors rush u out ad quickly as possible. Also, I once went in there complaining of breathing issues, doctor quickly dismissed it and just told me to quit smoking. No examination or questions. 2 weeks later, I was rushed to the hospital with "congestive heart failure". Docter could have helped him if he made any attempt to help me at all.

The receptionist is horribly RUDE! She’s a short old woman with glasses and short hair. She treated patients like nothing, especially soooo cold and rude to kids and seniors. I can see so many people complained the poor service from reception, don’t know why this woman still working there, don’t want to hear she is here due to connections with clinic owner.

Went there 40 minutes before they were closed. Apparently that wasn't early enough. Still closed. Won't be wasting my time again, and I recommend you don't either.

Clinic was closed from to many patients, the parking lot will not let you leave even though you received no service and were onsite for less then 2 minutes. Parking attendance is remote and they are extremely rude if they answer your call at all. This place is basically a scam, no where else in Niagara falls are you charged for parking like this. Even at the hospital you have a 15 minute grace period before being charged. Avoid this clinic and find another one that won't extort you. Hopefully enough reviews like this will get the building owner to remove these scammers.

We are traveling from the US and need to be seen for a broken toe. The staff and Dr. Colorado were great! They were able to get me in and X-rayed quickly.

The Niagara Medical Clinic is a highly organized, well run health center with access to excellent doctors who show sincere interest in their new walk-in client and on-site access to excellent technical medical resources to maximize medical assessment effectiveness and efficiency. Customer service is also highly efficient and effective. To me, this Medical Clinic represents an operational model and example for how Ontario's Healthcare System can work better. Hoping that Ontario's Deputy Premier and Minister of Health visits and studies the Morrison Walk-In Medical Clinic and makes ALL needed changes.

The Lady at the reception choose the patients that Dr. Colorado sees on Saturdays and the other patients who arrive at that walking clinic tell them to return on Wednesday. Any person who requests service in a walking clinic it is because they have their health card or the respective document and the are obliged to attend to them and at. No time deny them the service ,BUT THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF THE PATIENTS. YOU MUST COMPLAIN TO THE MIM MINISTERY OF THE HEATH AND THE OFFICE OF HUMANS RIGHTS.

It was around 3pm but as soon as i walk through the door, they closed right away! Not a good experience for me... better change or edit your page... that would be more helpful than ignoring walk in patients like me...

Waiting times were a bit long as expected, however I was very happy with the service. Both the doctors I spoke with were kind and thorough. The receptionist was fantastic at efficiently managing the long line of patients. She took the time to use google translate with the patients who needed the assistance.

Terrible customer service in the walk in clinic today, and the pharmacy lady needs a course in customer service too. I honestly forgot my mask I have no problem paying for a mask, but they both were so rude to me. I felt like I was so treated poorly over a mask. I have been lucky and have not been going to any health care settings so I was foolish to think that everything wasn't opened up. But seriously the lady asked me if I was going into the clinic and I wasn't that day so she said no to giving me a mask. So the offices must be fighting over giving out free masks.

These people do not care at all, they're so rude and basically ignore you. They close 3 hours before they're supposed to. I've been sick for a month now and they completely ignored me when I told them I need antibiotics. Hung up the phone on me and told me "we're not taking any people in". So rude and inconsiderate

Helped me with a sore throat and saved our vacation. Very nice people, everything done in under 30 minutes including antibiotics from the pharmacy in the same building. Pain relief in 24 hours, symptom-free in 3 days. Thanks again.

Called today to book a phone consult. Called at 905am (5 minutes after they opened) waited on hold for ten minutes, the receptionist took our information and told us we’d get a call this morning. 1pm rolled around and we called to follow up and was told “to be patient”. We never received a call and all other walk in clinics are closed now so we are stuck until tomorrow without a prescription. Extremely disappointed - would rather have been honest and told us to go elsewhere if they were too busy to help us.

I've had good expirences here with the front desk, the doctors and especially Percy in the dynacare labs. All very good at what they do especially the older Gent who's a doc. Thank you!

I'm very grateful for this place, cause my own doctor's office wouldn't take me same day. The one assistant was very good at her job. Friendly and caring, (short older lady with white hair). The other one was too, but not so friendly as she did not even acknowledged me when I entered and said hello to her. But that's ok...I'm sure she was busy, looking at her computer screen. Overall, well organized place and doctor was efficient. They should have 2 doctors there when it's that busy, as I had over an hour wait. And yes, I made an appointment.
