I've been coming to this clinic for almost 6 months now and the staff at the desk are wonderful ladies that don't make you feel lower than you already do this was a big deal for me they treat you like your normal not an addict. The DRS here are wonderful too and they have fought for us to have a clinic here in Niagara falls! The people at the pharmacy are also very nice and understanding it's a good feeling to be going there to get help with no negative judgement! There is a school and a church across the street that did not want the clinic going here so it's a discreet building, there isn't a big sign about addiction outside which I like. I recommend that anyone needing help in Niagara falls go to this clinic, they will make you feel good about yourself and it will make you want to be a member of society again in a positive way!!

If you need help with opioid addiction or street drug dependency this is the place to go The staff is incredibly helpful polite and discreet and they've got the best staff of doctors to help you with all your needs

The pharmacy they are joined to talks about each and every patient like their trash. Then they talk about for a half hour afterwards. Go to queen st if you need a drink they don't water down their juice there

Very friendly staff who seem to care about your problems. Good hours with options on what pharmacy you would like to get your medication from. Clinic is very easy to access and free to use with health card

Great place to overcome Opiate Addiction. Staff are very personable and clients are mostly friendly and courtious. Doctors do care about their Patients and want to see this Opiate problem solved.
