Extremely long waits in waiting room (2 hrs). Doctors follow up not met. Appoinments that they advised they would set up were never made after 4 phonecalls (mamogram). They cancel appointments without notifying you.

As others have stated, the providers here are great but the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They have to reschedule my annual visit every. single. year. I have yet to have an appointment booked that they've actually kept. You might be thinking "well, deliveries are tough to predict" but this office deliberately separates the obstetrics practice from the gynecological practice. Don't go here unless your schedule is wide open and flexible.

Dr's are awesome very nice! 5 stars for them, i seriously don't understand how they can be so kind and the receptionist can be so rude. Just flat out ignorant not just one time but every single time I come in, the same lady each time. I can see all the reviews are the same about these office ladies, maybe the drs should look into this... I wouldn't pay anyone to flat out be rude to anyone.

I have been with this practice for over 15 years. Dr. Baughman is incredible, she is the most caring, Kind and compassionate Doctor you could ever meet. Whenever I was pregnant (5 kiddos) all of the Dr's are amazing. Julie (Ultrasound) is a doll, she was there for some pretty tough moments and I wouldn't have wanted to be in anyone else's care. Such a great team.The office staff is always so helpful and kind. Anytime there is a problem you just give a call and they are on top of it. I recently found a lump and was referred and had an appointment scheduled for an ultrasound & mammogram at windsong the same day. I couldn't more highly recommend a better place

I have never had any sort of problems here until today. Dr.Feldman is the most unprofessional and terrible person I’ve ever met in my entire life. I came in to get an iud and she made me feel like a horrible person for choosing to get a non-hormonal iud and almost didn’t give me it. Then proceeded to give me the most traumatizing experience while putting in the iud. Then after, proceeded to leave the room with a horrible attitude and decided to loudly talk negatively about me to the other workers while I could still hear her. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. However I have nothing but amazing things to say about the nurses and other doctors there, they are the reason why I’m considering still staying there.

Receptionist very rude!!! Walked in and she was to busy talking to a patient about personal life and the profanity!!! Wow I couldn't believe it. So then she turns around looks at me and throws the sign in book at the window and turns around to finish talking with another staff member and the patient! Calls me up after she leaves and rudely ask for my insurance card. As i sit back down 2 older patients walk out and to sign out and she's nice as can be! she needs to be fired!

I wanted to make sure to leave a review because every time I come to my yearly appointment I have had a great experience. The front desk is always nice but cannot say enough about the nurses and doctors. I have dealt with two different doctors and both have been so kind and make me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Women’s Medicine of Niagara over and over again, thank you for being so kind and caring, it goes a long way.

Reception is so rude. They haven't even been doing covid screening. Temp wasn't taken until I was back in the clinical setting. Only question reception asked was if I had traveled out of state in the past 2 weeks. Wonder how many + patients have been brought back to the clinical part of the office. Very difficult to get things done with this office.

My name is Alicia R. I have been coming here for years. Not so sure why people are complaining about the receptionist being rude. I've seen her at 2 different locations since I was 13. For 30 yrs, she's ALWAYS been nice, respectful, & courteous to me. Also Dr. Donna Feldman is an absolute rock star!!! Always answers my questions, performed my tubal ligation in 2017, came to see me before hand for a chat, just to make sure I was still comfortable with proceeding & has an excellent bedside manner. She is also very thorough with running tests. I highly recommend coming here!!

I’m a new patient here and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to go to feel so welcomed! The front desk was so nice and the doctors were engaged and genuinely cared about your health, if your new to the area or looking for an OB better for you i highly recommend !

Receptionist Lisa is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here I been going here for 19 years and dr Donna Feldman is awesome she is always very professional and explains everything great bedside manner I would recommend Dr Feldman to anyone I just love her!!!!

( writting for a friend’s experience) Went in for my first appointment , super excited as this is my first baby . Hit ultrasound high expectations, only to belittled and rushed out the door . The sonogram technician ( julie Flynn) was extremely rude . She was annoyed to perform the scan , yelled and acted like I was wasting her time . No pictures no measurements nothing . Just a quick glance and your done . This was extremely crushing and would want know one else to have the same experience . 10/10 would not recommend. Run don’t walk away from this place .

The most unprofessional Drs i have ever met. One of them told me that birth control works by aborting a fetus every month... which is obviously false. It is terrifying to know that she is spreading false information ESPECIALLY about birth control. They also push birth control when I repeatedly have told them absolutely not to certain kinds. They will also shame you for not wanting to use hormonal birth control, which is absolutely disgusting. Just drive 30 minutes to find a better office, trust me.

I have been going here for years and have never had any issues. Everyone that I’ve encountered working here has been friendly and personable. Exams are quick, but thorough.
