For
some
time,
I
had
been
exercising
to
try
and
improve
my
health.
Over
the
years,
I
have
tried
to
do
this
in
many
ways
(strict
CrossFit,
sports,
traditional
box
gyms,
etc.)
I
have
never
really
been
athletic
and
any
successes
I
have
had
was
in
my
younger
years.
As
I
have
gotten
older,
my
health,
fitness
and
weight
has
been
much
more
difficult
to
manage.
I
was
looking
for
a
change.
A
friend
recommended
Go
Fitness
Niagara
and
I
tried
it
out.
Immediately,
I
felt
this
was
a
perfect
fit
for
me.
Their
approach,
using
body
weight
and
cardiovascular
based
exercises
is
outstanding!
Josh
Green,
the
lead
trainer
and
operator
of
this
facility,
is
very
attentive
and
goes
out
of
his
way
to
ensure
that
every
participant
is
getting
the
most
out
of
their
efforts.
The
gym
members
are
also
very
supportive
of
one
another.
The
environment
is
so
friendly,
and
we
all
have
similar
goals;
we
want
to
be
healthier.
It’s
a
very
inclusive
environment!
Josh
has
many
innovative
approaches
that
helped
me
further
optimize
my
health.
His
nutrition
program
is
excellent,
and
he
made
himself
available
to
help
me
whenever
I
asked.
I
have
lost
a
significant
amount
of
weight
and
feel
so
much
better.
My
weight,
over
a
relatively
short
time,
has
improved
dramatically.
I
look
forward
to
building
on
this
with
Josh
and
the
other
members
at
this
gym.
This
facility
was
absolutely
amazing
for
me
and
has
been
one
of
the
best
things
I
have
done
for
my
personal
health
in
a
very
long
time.
I
am
so
appreciative
and
thankful
of
Josh
in
creating
such
a
welcoming
healthy
space.
He
has
been
a
game
changer
for
me
and
my
health!
