This is one of my favorite RV resorts EVER! This place is so, so, SO nice. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the staff is friendly, excited to see us, and all of the other campers that we have talked with feel the same. There is a kids pool and an adult pool. There are SO many things for kids of all ages (as Disney says) to do. All kinds of playgrounds, pools, miniature golf, and cornhole! The General Store is well stocked and the staff is happy to help and actually glad you are here! I highly recommend this place. You will be happy here! As Yoda would say, “Happy we are!”

I visited here with my friends and family for 2 nights stay in July 2021. Unfortunately on first evening rain started and weather showed 50-60% of rain. I have my kids with me and we were camping first time with new and bad experience. We spend time and enjoyed but after 1030 pm, heavy rain started and continued till next morning. We called customer service if we can get cancellation for the 2nd day as rain predictions were 100% for next 24 hours. we been informed that we can leave the camp site now and money will be refunded as manager is not here today. We left the campsite. Following up next day with manager and explaining situation, the manager was so rude and started explaining it doesn’t work like this. She even said she doesn’t want to talk regarding this. We explained to her that we got refund information from your staff. They should be aware of policies if customers are not aware. She did not show any respect for their customers . Instead of saying sorry from her employee end she was blaming us to read the whole policy. We were very unsatisfied because of that rude manager who doesn’t know anything about customer service.

This park is amazing. Clean, organized and ultra friendly. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, and always just close enough should you need something. The park is very well kept. From the sites, to bathroom and shower facilities, they're all uber clean. There are a ton of camp related game/amenities on site, pools and activities. The main shop is very well stocked for anything you may have forgotten or just need more of. We'll be back!

This KOA was an awesome place to stay. It was far enough out of the city to be relaxing but still on the beaten path to catch the WeGo bus, which the passes are sold here. Our cabin was just what we needed for sleeping and we were able to find all the amenities and activities around the grounds that we needed. We will be using this place for our return visits to Niagra.

My wife and I stayed here in July (14- 15 ) 2022 on our trip across Canada. Wow, if you have kids and want to explore the Niagara region, this is the place to stay. We are retired and don’t have small children, but there was so much for kids to do. On the Saturday night they even had a live band ( for us “ older folks “ ) playing tunes from 60’s 70’s and 80’s it was awesome. The campground and it’s amenities were clean and the staff were absolutely awesome. It is a bit crowded, and a bit loud, but expected when you have so many younger children running around. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a ( young ) family for a fun filled family vacation to this establishment.

Nice and clean facility. Camp site is small and all the sites are very close to each other. Which means no privacy and can be noisy if you have a bad neighbour. Lots of activities to do for kids and service is good here. Pros. Clean and good service Cons. Canoe site ground is not a good condition and small sites in general P.S. get your firewood at freshCo across the street from KOA. 8.49 vs 12.49. Also if you don’t want to wait for the shower room, get up 5am.

Fantastic stay at KOA Niagara! Super friendly and helpful staff, level sites, lots of mature trees, indoor and outdoor pools, and super safe behind their gates. The location is perfect as it is very close to the falls. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time at this campground and we LOVE it there! The staff are always so friendly, and very helpful, I love the option of outdoor and indoor pools, a nice big playground for the kids, a jumping pillow, a blow up jumper type thing, plus bike rentals! There's so much to do here. Last summer they had all kinds of special events happening as well, and they have a little tractor that pulls kids around. I also love how conveniently located it is! It's right in town, and only a 10 minute drive to Clifton Hill and the Falls but you'd never know. You get the country camping privacy feel while still being close to so many amenities! Boston pizza is also right across the road which we took advantage of :) We camp with an RV, and the sites were very clean, freshly cut grass, I do wish the fire rings had the option of removing the top grate but that's minor. The bathrooms and showers were also very clean and they offer laundry facilities as well! We have been recommending this campground to all our friends and we will definitely be back this summer :)

Resort was good if you had kids in the sense that there is stuff to do. The workers coming in were nice, otherwise the ones working throughout the campground ripped around on their golf carts most of the time. They have a big list of rules which were not followed and not addressed. People were burning random wood and other materials and one night the park was so smoky and smelt like chemicals and hanging things on trees. Honestly we were happy we were out most of the day for our 3 days because I would have left if I was camping there only. Felt a little trailer trashy.

The heated pools are okay & the park/bouncy jumpers are nice but the lots are small and close together. You can’t choose your own site, they chose one for you. Upon booking under special requests I asked for a large grassy site with shade for the baby & kid. The site type I selected was *Back in, 30/20amps, full hookups, fire ring, picnic table.* & this was the description for the lot. “These beautiful sites are in high demand. Shady spots, located close to the campground pools & playgrounds , these go quick.” They selected the worst site for us, with a hydro box and large tower in the middle of the lot leaving no room to play. The neighbour infront of you also has their hydro hookup pole smack in the middle of your lot. Upon booking online it also said those sites have wifi. Upon arriving you get a note that says it is “basic wifi” so the wifi doesn’t work for streaming Netflix, YouTube etc. Its a basic slow connection to do a Google search or check your Facebook notifications. The store is nice and has good variety. The lot had next to no grass for the baby & kid to play so we spent our time either in the trailer or at the park & pool. The pool was also open until 8 but a worker started locking the gate 20 mins earlier until we showed up so she unlocked it for us. We tried to make the best of our weekend at KOA, but it was not the experience we were hoping for so I don’t think we’d ever go back unfortunately. We wanted to try something new as we usually stick with the same couple campgrounds & wanted a change of scenery. Unfortunately KOA is not for my family.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

Although it was too crowded, it was well maintained. The pools were good, had good activities for kids.. rest rooms were also cleaned regularly and maintained very well. I would have rated it 5, if the tent sites were spaced a bit further from each other and gave real privacy. Also the fire rings don't have anything to grill..

I was quite surprised how wonderful our accommodations were. Our little cabin had one queen size bed and bunk beds in a little cubby. The location makes it easy to get around. A bus stops right in front. A perfect place to stay if you are visiting Niagara Falls and surrounding areas.

We stayed in a cabin that was clean and nice. This campground has the cleanest bathrooms of any campground I’ve ever stayed in. ALSO! They’re bathrooms have a radio playing which is a very nice touch. The showers were also clean and spacious- great pressure and hot water :) a good layout, just watch out for the friendly skunks.

Stayed for a long weekend to visit Niagara Falls. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, all the amenities are top notch and in perfect working order. We had a small cabin that was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The camp is located within arm's reach of shops and restaurants, and a zippy drive to Niagara Falls and other tourist spots in the area. 10/10, would visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA - it was so handy to have the WEGO bus stop right out front and have no worries about getting into and out of town and parking. The site was well maintained - we did not use the pools but they had two outdoor pools (one for smaller beings) and an indoor pool. Huge play area for kids with various games, jumping pads and grass. There were many tenting sites and cabins of various sizes. Their store was pretty well stocked and super friendly staff! We did not use the Wifi but it appeared to be working well. The laundry facilities were clean - would be nice to have some signs reminding people not to leave their stuff in the washer/dryers as well as a bigger folding table. We would be back and recommend staying here!

Stayed there this Canada Day weekend ! Very pleased. Service is good. Close to the Falls and everthing else. The tent site I was assigned did not have a Fire Pit or Picnic Table. There quick to correct it moving me to another site. Washrooms were not as clean. All the campground users were slobs. Leaving Paper Towels and Toliet Paper around. Toliets did not have good water pressure and were plugged. Again not KOA Employees. Other Campround users at Fault. Pools were nice and clean and had 2 hot tubs inside indoor pool. I would be interested in going back there again.

We stayed here for five nights in early June. They place was clean and well taken care of. They also had nice accommodations for kids! They send out texts to you during your stay, which let us know about events like bike rentals and free wagon rides (my toddler got a wagon ride on his birthday, so thank you)! It was also nice that places offering Niagara Falls tours will pick you up because the location of this KOA is pretty central to the tourist attractions, even though it's just far enough away to feel relaxing and quiet! It was not crowded when we arrived on a weekday, but it was almost full by the weekend. I rated this a four just because we had some pretty noisy neighbors who stayed up late (11pm marked the start of quiet hours and they were up until 1am and 2am on consecutive nights) and security didn't ask them to be respectful of their neighbors... We were traveling with a toddler and would have appreciated someone talking to the loud, drunk neighbors for us, because we weren't going to.

Excellent place to stage from due to the bus line running into town from the stop there. It’s clean, with decent sized sites and good utilities. It’s a very busy campground and they do a great job handling the activity. Highly recommended.

Campsites are very crowded, feel like a refugee camp. Spaces are very limited at site#244 20ft by 12ft. 4 chairs and BBQ stove missing after few hours left the site. Not feel safe to stay at the site. Do not recommend. Think twice before you reserve.

Typical KOA with good location and decent amenities especially for kids. It is getting old including 30amp hookups which are upside down and rusty. We got stuck on Lundy Lane Rd waiting in a lineup to pull in and check in which was stressful. Hit a branch on road going to 171 pull thru in a small Class A. That is a first. Our friend in a Sprinter Class B hit branches pulling into his pull thru site. Also lot of small bits of garbage on site 171. Obviously they don't clean sites. Trimming trees and cleaning sites is a basic expectation that was not met.

There are so many activities and sports for the kids to do. We were near the front of the campground in a back on site and would absolutely do that again as it’s bigger sites. The bathrooms and showers are the biggest and cleanest I’ve seen at any campground. 5star

We drive up from St. Charles, Missouri to see the falls. It was amazing. The KOA Niagra was clean, friendly, and had everything a family would need. They had very good security and a great staff. The KOA Niagra was very pet friendly. They just do it right. And there is a couple local bar and grills within walking distance if you want some good food and a local beverage

Absolutely wonderful. Peaceful, quiet and very calm. Night time is beautiful as well..bonfires going..marshmallows roasting. Cute animals come to play. Family and friends welcome. 2 heated pools outside. 2 heated pools inside along with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Playground...amenities and games for kids!

This place was amazing. My family and I stayed here for four days while visiting Niagara Falls. The bathrooms were fantastic, super clean, and very nice. The campground was kept very tidy. We really loved it. We will definitely be going back again.

This KOA has very clean restrooms and a nice little store. They keep this place up! There are quite a few fun things for kids and families to do - swim (both indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and hot tubs available during our stay), play mini golf (no added fee), play sports (no added fee), jumpy things and a playground (no added fee). I wish the bikes did not have an added fee, but they do. We stayed in a regular cabin and it was fine, but the beds are uncomfortable for adults (bring an extra pad if you're over 40). We visited when it wasn't super hot at night. We also visited when there was a burn ban, so it stunk to not be able to have an open fire for roasting marshmallows. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a train that runs by in the morning and we could hear it like we shared a cabin with it. Even though the park wasn't packed during our visit we still ended up in a terrible location, right at the crossing of all roads and with very little decent grass. It was fine, but nothing that made us particularly thrilled with the price of admission, so to speak. If I were visiting Niagara Falls again, I do think I would stay here again.

Very nice place with all the amenities you need. Very clean with friendly staff. I like the fact they are so close to the Falls … it’s a bonus. I would recommend this KOA Niagara to anybody who likes family parks. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because I never got to use all the amenities as it was so later in the season. 😋 … Dogs love it too. I will be back 👍

The deluxe cabin we stayed was nice. Fully equipped kitchen, and full of amenities for toiletries and clean shower! There is grill and a fire pit on the front lawn. One parking for each cabin. However the sudden electricity shutdown happened in the evening during night time, otherwise a good getaway with the family!

Had a great time. Beautiful campground with spacious sites. The indoor pool was great on a rainy day and the outdoor pools were great once the sun came out. Staff is super friendly.

What a fantastic atmosphere! During our stay all the staff were great to us. I couldn't help but notice how diligently the employees were working but also having fun. Hats off to whomever is the manager!
