The manger of these apartments are racist there few back ppl out there they are running them away.They have small red bugs that u don't know what kind they are in the apartments.The ppl that manage these apartments make black ppl not want to move there because of the reactions they give to them.I know 3 ppl that rented out the apartments left there because of how the manger treated them.I know another young lady that lives there with 3 children the maintenance lady came a bang on her door saying get outside and pick up that diaper none of her children are in diapers.She try to explain to the lady that's in maintenance but the lady said pick it up anyway.then the young lady said no my boys are not in diapers it's not mines.Then the manger told her he will not be renewing her lease in August. I heard the hold conversation sitting in my car waiting on my friend to come out her apartment I'm going to call channel 7 news call for action on this matter. I'm a white lady with children also and she is a young parent that was crying about this situation. Whom ever own these apartments shouldn't have those racist ppl working for u it's bad business for your company.I took down the young lady name and number to keep in contact about this situation. I'm calling Niagara Gazette to do a new paper article about silver lake apartments. I know they would love to hear about this matter of a situation.

The apartments are run down. They dress them up right before you move in. One whole building caught on fire and is slanted. Nothing but drug addicts and drug dealers and the owner is well aware of the situation and does nothing about the problems. Not a good residence for children constantly smells like dog and piss.

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone and never return your calls when you leave a message. The trick is to leave multiple messages with increasing levels of anger before they respond.

A new building and maintainance crew much more being done good job guys

Don’t do it! Go somewhere else.

I would not recommend, this place, there is no new buildings nor maintenance. The exact thing go on now as they did before
