We booked the king jet tub room for two nights as we enjoyed the tourism of Niagara. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the tub (see bubble bath photo attached). The staff was nice and the price was right for this level of comfort. We paid around $375 for the stay.

I love the location of this hotel, it's super convenient with access right off the highway, but I didn't hear the road at all. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. I did have an issue where I was accidentally double charged for the room, but it was taken care of right away.

Great hotel! Rooms are kept to high standards, breakfast is cheap and delicious, and staff were very nice. Will definitely return soon! Big thanks to Christina and Julia for giving us the best experience at the restaurant!

I thought I left a public review after my stay, but it didn’t get posted because it was a direct review to the hotel. I happen to look back at this hotel because I love the memories I had here and I’m planning to go back in the near future. If you have doggies and need a relaxing place to stay, this is the place! The doggies even get a welcome treat bag. It’s so adorable. The vibes here are the best. I loved everyone and everything. It was my first time getting away with my doggies. I am a caregiver and needed a break and I’m so happy I chose to stay here. The rooms are clean, inviting and comfy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, very helpful when I needed something. Room service for breakfast was very good too! My stay here was so great that I extended my stay and if I could of stayed longer I definitely would have. Thank you everyone for making me and my doggies feel so welcomed and safe. It was my first time travelling alone with my doggies so I felt very safe here. It’s so great for my fur babies. They loved the grassy park next to the hotel and around the back. I can’t wait to go back for my next little getaway.

Room was very clean and up to date. Didn't smell stale. Bed was very comfortable. Got a great night's sleep. Towels and linens were clean and white (no stains).

Good place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Neat rooms but the sofa and window blinds were dusty though. Otherwise good. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel serving drinks and decent meals. Easy check in and check out process. Indoor pool was good.

I recently stayed for 3 days at this hotel for a class reunion and enjoyed a staff that went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were simple but comfortable with cozy duvets and 4 huge pillows. Lighted mirror in the bathroom (great for make up application, and a mini fridge and coffee bar. Pool and hot tub were so welcome after a few hours of shopping at the outlet mall across the highway. Food was awesome, but everything was shadowed by the exceptional staff.

Great employees very nice and attentive. I also enjoyed the restaurant, food was delicious and great prices! My sweet house keeper was so sweet my husband spilled a drink on the bathroom floor and I asked her to mop. Without hesitation she went & grabbed her mop and even made our beds up! So sweet of her wish I could remember her name 1st floor brown hair. We stayed in 112 (4/18-4/21). Courtney at the front desk was also very helpful and told me a few things in the area. I would definitely come back very pleasant stay!

Perfect location for our wedding anniversary getaway. Close to everything, plus Niagara on the Lake (downtown shops etc.) was just a short, scenic drive away. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. I forgot my pillow after already checking out- thankfully we weren't too far away when I remembered. We contacted the front desk and they had it waiting for me when we came back to get it. Even put it in a bag to protect it. :-) Thanks for a great stay.

Not bad but not great. The service is excellent so I would give 5 stars to the staff. They were very accommodating and pleasant! While very well maintained, the hotel is dated and needs some upgrades. Our bed was old with weakening springs so we both woke up with aching backs. The covers were also quite flimsy with no real comforter. There’s a fridge and microwave in each room which was convenient. Sufficient for the price but I don’t know that we will return here.

Our two friends and my husband and I just spent 2 days in Niagara on the lake. We were fortunate to stay at this great hotel while we did a wine tour. It was a little bit out of the area we wanted to be but we enjoyed it very much. The staff at the restaurant ( breakfast and dinner were so good!) and front desk were outstanding. Such a pleasure to meet and chat with people who truly enjoy what they do. We did use the hot tub and pool. Lots of towels available, which was an added bonus. We will most definitely go back and will recommend.

Not much bang for your buck. Staff were friendly. Hotel is showing its age. The outlet in our bathroom was not functioning despite hitting the reset. There were ants in our room (2nd floor), beds and comforter leave much to be desired. Woken up by housekeeping in the AM who knocked and entered for no reason. Location is easy access to highways and outlet shopping. Having a continental breakfast would be nice for the price paid.

We will only go here from now on when visiting Niagara. Service was great, food was incredible. Pet friendly which is a must for us. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I never felt like I had to hide my drinks when going to them. Which is something I can't stand when visiting other hotels. The gym looked really nice, although I didn't get a chance to use it. We travel all the time and this is the first time I made a point of reviewing a hotel. I was just so comfortable and happy with our stay.

The hotel is a little bit out of the area but if you have a car you can definitely get to the places close by in no time. We always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are always kind and greet you with a smile. We use the pool every time and is always perfect temperature and never too crowded. Hotel is always clean and I would definitely recommend to others.

We had no issues during the beginning of our stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and there was a decently sized relief area for dogs. Unfortunately the most important reason we chose this hotel was due to the EV charging station aspect and We were NOT able to charge to return home. Something to Note: There are only TWO functional chargers on-sight. This makes it difficult as some guests do not move their electric vehicle after done charging and the hotel itself does NOT have a proper system in place (taking down license plates when guests arrive) so they’re able to contact guests and tell them to move their cars. Incredibly disappointing! The reliability is none. There should be a system in place for things like this! Especially for the EV chargers! EVs will become more prevalent and without a proper system this will become a real issue! I spoke with management and they hope to improve their system more. I hope this never happens to anyone again because this is a fabulous hotel aside from that! But a major inconvenience.

Lovely location near the Welland Canal. Within close proximity to all popular Niagara on the Lake sites. The hotel is very well maintained and there is an onsite restaurant and bar. Steps away from Outlet Collection at Niagara

What a fantastic stay!! 1. Very pet friendly with an option to eat breakfast and at the restaurant in an isolated area in the lobby with our dog. 2. Great breakfast (best buffet breakfast I've had after decades of hotels) and supper with awesome service. 3. Reserved the pet friendly area for our supper when we asked about the possibility of meeting friends for supper there with our dog. 4. Fantastic area for the dog to go out and do his business. Convenient and spacious. 5. Convenient location directly off the QEW. Will definitely stay here again.

We came here over the holidays to celebrate Christmas. What stood out the most were the top-tier frontline staff. During our stay, all the staff were extremely friendly. Part of what made our Christmas extra special were our lovely servers, Judith and Kathy. They were attentive, professional and most of all, kind. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in years. We had dinner at the hotel two nights in a row, and the food was fantastic. During our dinner service, the chef visited every table individually to greet us. Overall, great stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake during my niece's wedding, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. As a seasoned international business traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel goes above and beyond in their class. First and foremost, the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn are truly outstanding. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly attentive to every detail of my stay. Their level of service is unmatched, and they made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's impeccable cleanliness standards. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property was well-maintained. What sets this hotel apart is its exceptional restaurant. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a diverse menu, delicious cuisine, and attentive service. It's not often that you find a hotel restaurant of this caliber. In summary, my two-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay truly memorable!

Amazing hotel. Mitch was great on check in. We are here 2 to 4 times a year and will stay in this hotel ever time. A pleasure to be here. Great decorations for Christmas.. rooms very comfortable and very clean. Food excellent.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by staff members who truly seem to want to ensure you have the best possible stay. Our room was very clean and well equipped- mini fridge, microwave, shampoo, etc. The breakfast buffet offered a good array of hot and cold options. The staff at the desk, and in the restaurant have top service as their goal and they truly deliver!

Great hotel. Especially for Niagara on the lake, since the other hotels in town are more expensive this one is still good quality and has a good pricing. The jacuzzi suite was really nice, although the jets in the tub did not operate, might want to get a technician to look at that. However still enjoyed staying here.

This is located in a perfect location. It is moments away from the 401 highway to get to Niagara falls and the US border. Best of all its located 15 minutes away from Niagara on the Lake. It has a great pool and hot tub. There is a nice green space just off that room. Free coffee and and water.

The receptionists were very nice. I got to the hotel earlier than 3:00pm and they checked the room for me and found that it was ready already at the earlier time and they allowed us to check-in early. We were very happy and pleased when they were willing to be flexible when the room was ready. We were very grateful. That was very helpful. We did not wait until 3:00pm to check in. We loved it. We enjoyed it. We were and will always grateful. Thank you for the excellent services that they had. We thank you. We recommend everybody to come and stay for thwor vacation. You will not regret it.

The hotel was close to shopping and wineries. Restaurant in hotel was convenient and they set aside personal use for pool and gym.

My phone didn't work and neither the coffee maker, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean. It is a good location for shopping. The TV was smaller and the remote out of date.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Inn was so wonderfully renovated. It was so clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful! I was thankful it had a restaurant and bar as well as a patio to enjoy outdoor dining.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and answered all my questions, and were happy to offer me complimentary items as needed. The rooms were clean, bathrooms well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel is well suited off the QEW highway and is a 5 minute drive to the outlet mall. The historic area is about a 10 minute drive and not far at all. Everyone followed the social distancing protocol and the hotel was well sanitized. I would come back again 10/10.

Second time we have stayed here while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. Great location for this travel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and great value; not over-priced for this region. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms have nice amenities.

A perfect stop in the Niagara area. We booked this Inn though our timeshare company( a unique offering) and really weren't sure what to expect. Let's just say the experience was first class. A beautiful modern hotel with a welcoming staff in every position who made you always feel like a special guest. Easy location about 15 minutes drive to Niagara On The Lake and perhaps twenty minutes to the falls. Simple exit off the QEW and walking distance to an outlet mall. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked an extra night so we could keep on having fun in the area.

Long check in time, insufficient coffee supplies, very soft mattress, couldn't watch the Superbowl during the stay as they didn't basic cable channels. Overall, dissatisfied with the stay.

Efficient check-in, nice common areas, great room with modern, fresh bathroom. Hotel was busy, but we didn't hear any noise at night!

Came down from Waterloo Region for NOTL March Break Hockey Tournament. General manager (Linda I do believe) approached our group to help make our stay even better than it would have been otherwise. It's not hard to see the hospitality industry is doing everything they can to make up for the last two years, their efforts have not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel, staff are working really hard to please everyone!

Stay at this hotel for one night this long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The place is nice, clean and well kept, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic and the service was great. Now, special shoutout to Julia. She was at the front desk and also serving breakfast and she was amazing, cheerful, funny and full of joy. Her attitude made our family's day. Thanks Hilton and thanks Julia!

I was very impressed by how clean the hotel/room was. Great job to the cleaning staff. Bed was comfy., room was spacious. I was a little annoyed that they offer a digital key to check-in and avoid front desk check-in, only to have to do front desk check-in. Not annoyed enough to take away any stars though.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, nice room with comfortable beds! Clean and looked like the bathroom has been redone fairly recently. Walk in shower which I always prefer to a tub. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the gazebo area outside was lovely. Yummy breakfast in the restaurant!

Hilton Garden Inn is located in Niagara on the Lake. I consider this hotel as one of the best hotels I've stayed so far. Smooth and easy check in. I did a digital check in and have requested my room to be thoroughly dusted and vacuumed as I have a severe allergic Asthma. Shannon one of the GSA/GSM assisted us to be able to check in early. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy , I did sleep well. We had our breakfast in the morning. We were served by Cathy. She is impressive and charming. We will definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet. Staff was very nice.. Restaurant staff work very slowly. The whole hotel could use one big renovation. We stayed in a king room and whoever decorated the space needs to go back to school. Lots of mismatched furniture and lamps. Takes you right back to the 90's. Our only real issue with our room was that the ac unit buzzed all night, which really affected our sleep... I ended up shoving a wet towel on it to stop it from buzzing.

I had a reservation with this hotel for a Sunday night in August which I had to cancel because my toddler got sick the night before our trip. The hotel charged me anyway due to their cancellation policy, which feels particularly punishing to parents who've already had their plans disrupted. Next time I'll let her throw up on the hotel sheets rather than ours, since I'll be charged for the night whether or not we're actually there. Read the fine print before you book here, and consider looking for family-friendly hotels.

Only stayed one night and didn't sample the breakfast or other amenities but the room was well kept with a great view from the window. Clean and comfortable with a great shower. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The best hotel of our three day excursion to Grove City ! Wonderfully quiet. Nice clean rooms. Reasonably priced. I now prefer No Breakfast options as we get to experience local diners. Bonus !!

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. The only issues, the walls are paper thin, no bathroom fan and the barn doors on the bathroom made for an awkward experience. Not only did we hear the people speaking in the room next to us (on both sides), but we also heard something that others should not hear, keep those activities for home or do it quietly. It sounded like they were in the same room as us. It made for an uncomfortable experience. It is a conveniently located hotel to most wineries and even the falls. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Booked through Booking.com and this appeared to be a problem for this property. Room configuration was as booked (2 Queen beds) but on the first floor directly across from ice maker and we were disturbed into the early morning hours with traffic and loud conversations heard clearly through the paper thin walls. Not only disturbing for sleep, but called into question the level of privacy. I got the distinct message third party bookings were deliberately given subpar treatment. Hilton Honors Silver Membership but not granted reward points due to how the stay was booked. As an Honors member staying at a Hilton property I was unable to get an adequate explanation of why. If the chain does not want business through a third party then why list there, and why is a loyalty member booking a Hilton property penalized? I was confronted on both check in and check out about a modification made to the booking in more than adequate time and confirmed with considerable and unnecessary difficulty through Booking.com, during the agreed upon grace period. Thank goodness I had appropriate documentation and the name of the approving hotel booking manager (Shannon), as I have no doubt they would have tried to charge us a penalty for the cancelled night. Settled and confirmed before arrival, settled and confirmed on arrival and yet still came up yet again on check out. Not a pleasant Anniversary weekend experience. I love Hilton but will not be back to this property.
