The staff at this hotel were all wonderful. We also brought our Labrador with us, it is a pet friendly hotel, and all the staff seemed to be pet lovers ! The rooms were very comfortable and so were the beds. There's a great spot in the back of the hotel by the pool with an enclosed terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. There are a few grills there for guests to use as well as patio furniture, very comfortable. We will stay here again without question.

My wife and I recently stayed at this location for a anniversary getaway. It has the perfect proximity to shopping and wineries, and is essentially central to the entire region. The rooms were ideal and the breakfast was amazing. Variety, quality, and staffing was everything you could ask for. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this to family and friends for a moment. Coming to the Niagara region and want a spot central to the falls, wineries, and shopping? This is it!

We didn't travel much during the worst of the pandemic, but are trying to resume now. I recently developed the need to stay in an accessible room, which I didn't require before. I don't use a wheelchair, but do use a walker to cover more than 50 feet or so or for standing for long periods. We got an accessible room which turned out to have a roll-in shower, automatic door opener and a cot/day-bed, which I presume was for the use of an aide or personal assistant if needed. The room was very large, with ample space to get around using either a walker or wheelchair. This room was incomparably better that the 4 or 5 other 'accessible' rooms we have stayed in since we started traveling again. This hotel is more expensive than what we have usually stayed in, but it was well worth it. Aside from accessibility issues, this hotel seemed very well run. Everything was clean. Breakfast was ample, though we might have re-arranged the serving setup somewhat. The staff was friendly, polite and responsive. Before we left home, we were concerned that we might have trouble making our lodging work out for our new circumstances. We were delighted that things turned out so well and will definitely be back if we do another round of theater attending next year.

We would like to thank the team at Holiday Inn Express for our pleasant stay. Being greeted and given local advice by Paige was awesome. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a good selection, including hot breakfast items. Great value! Great service! And in spite of being turned around by a storm and having to grab take out to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, all of these amenities and staff made up for it. Highly recommended by us.

Our first trip to Canada was amazing! The Holiday Inn Express Niagara on the Lake was great. Only 10 tens minutes from Niagara Falls, the location is perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and breakfast is included. If you are on a budget, like us, this hotel is a great value!!!!

New hotel that is close to the QEW and a short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. Complimentary parking, nice gym, clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast is fine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Two small gripes. Television choices are limited...no internet TV and no movies. Also, no access to hotel services (check-out, for example) through the TV. Also, the hotel should offer charging facilities for electric cars. It's something we look for and use when we find it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and out was simple. The room was nice, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and big. It was quiet and clean. For a “chain” hotel I’d say this probably the best one I’ve ever stayed in.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until about 2am. We had been travelling for 22hrs and basically past the point of exhaustion and hunger (everything was closed) when we arrived at the check in counter! We were greeted by Benjamin with a huge smile. He went beyond expectation, was soo friendly and really cared. He went to their kitchen and grabbed us some muffins, bananas and cereal with milk (comfort food and I didn’t think Raisin Bran cereal could be that good) to soothe our stomach so we can crash on the bed and sleep. The room was really clean, modern, bright and spacious. Thank you for the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

Recently booked for a leadership retreat, 37 team members and the accommodations and meeting space was exceptional.. staff and service was excellent. Sales Manager Rose was wonderful to work with.I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for business or pleasure!

We stayed for two nights this week and the staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was included and the variety was overwhelming, delicious and very organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back 'God Willing' ... Thanks for making our stay amazing.

12 to 18 minutes away from Niagara Falls Clifton Hill, 18 minutes from butterfly conservatory, 18 minutes from the beautiful Town of Niagara on the Lake, 10 minutes to the beautiful Lakeside Park beach, 4 minutes from massive Niagara outlet. This hotel is must for families. Good clean rooms, laundry, workout centre and clean pool and great spread for free breakfast. Absolutely comfortable beds. Friendly staff fast service for towels etc. We will be back.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! It is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable and includes a fabulous hot breakfast buffet. The staff from the managers to the housekeepers are friendly and accommodating ensuring a happy and pleasant stay. I especially want to thank Bennett, Robin and Page for going above and beyond in meeting our every need, including making sure our little dog, Scruffy was comfortable and looked after. I highly recommend this hotel.

First Hotel in a long time that I am able to give a 5 star review! I travel to this hotel for business when in the area, like the room, like the atmosphere, breakfast is great, overall I am very happy with this location. My last stay I had a problem with my room which I made management aware when I was heading home. I was amazed that the manager actually looked into the problem for me and made multiple attempts via email and cell to resolve the issue. First I found out it was my fault and everything was ok just my inability to push a button :) Had some good humor with the manager about this. But this is the first time anyone from ANY hotel ever got back to me to resolve an issue. I am very impressed with the staff at this Location. Now when I got home I realized that I left my necklace in the room and for sure I thought it would be gone forever! I called the Manager back embarrassed now that I am informing him I left my necklace in my room.. and to my amazement the staff turned it in and he is in possession of my necklace I cant believe this in this days I would never expect such honesty. So you can get nice hotels nowadays but money cannot buy great Management/employees and most of all honesty. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Chose this location to be away from the crazies while visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. The service we received from Amanda was awesome! She gave us tips for old town Niagara on the lake, parking at the falls, and a great tavern for dinner. Awesome service by the nicest girl. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. Well done!

The customer service here is exceptional. We were caught in a storm and the hotel let us rebook not once but twice without taking a huge fee. I was so impressed. All staff are friendly and care about the customer. Paige so so sweet and so is Desiree. The hotel itself is clean and modern. I liked the beds, pillows, curtains that block the sun and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast is also good with some nice cinnabuns, bread, bagels and more. I also noticed that it is dog friendly and I love that :)

Given how close it is to Niagara on the Lake wineries, and the amenities available, it worked out perfectly to do quick tastings between nap and playtime. I think they are doing a great job. They are taking appropriate covid 19 precautions but I didn't feel it was over the top. All in all a great experience for my wife, myself and our 16 month old.

There was a big crater in the mattress!!!!!! I feel like my minimum expectation for a hotel is a mattress that works. When we notified the staff they offered to rotate the mattress ( so the crater was in a different location?) - even this minimal effort never happened. wifi also unusable— it would connect for a few moments at a time. We cut our losses and left early, there were other hotels available with functional beds- what a concept . Will never stay at a holiday inn again. Update: We spoke to manager who has taken steps to make sure mattress is replaced before this room is rented again. I agree that it is a weird situation. We likely should have been more persistent in our request to have this fixed while we were there.
