When we arrived the sheets had hair all on them and on the pillows . The tub was mildewed and the water pressure didnā€™t work . So we switched rooms , while switching rooms the next room had a huge yellow stain on the bed that looked like urine . So we call the front desk and complain again . Granted he was friendly about it . He said I can move you to the third floor . When we get to the third floor everything is fine and dandy until itā€™s time to brush our teeth and the water doesnā€™t work šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø. So we use the shower water to brush our teeth . I wouldnā€™t recommend anyone staying here even though itā€™s a budget hotel . Peace of mind I would have paid more .

This hotel is meticulously clean. I noticed on the cleaning cart folded clean bedspreads, so they must change them regularly with the other bedding. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast includes eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, breads and more. We were traveling with our dog, and there is plenty of space in which to walk. This hotel offers incredible value, comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding and we figured we would make the most of it and see the falls while in town. The proximity to the falls was great! The location seemed okay, but during the day, various cars pulled into the lot and seemed to be drug related activities going on. I know how these things play out, I've had shady neighbors over the years. As far as the staff and service, they were friendly and were able to provide extra towels that we needed. The room for the most part was cleaned, but a little crammed with the pull out sofa (trundle bed). It was in rough shape and had multiple stains on it. Also, the lower compartment that pulled out was ripped down the middle. We didn't complain, just threw a thick blanket over and made do. Breakfast was okay, your standard eggs, turkey sausage links, waffle maker and some dry things as well as toast, juice, Activia cups, apples coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable, more so than most hotels. If there was anything I could replace would be the trundle bed (a newer one or pull out sofa) and the parking lot cars... that would put this place higher on my "would I revisit" list. Honestly, while there were things we liked and didn't like, it was a decent place to fit our family while on a short stay. (3 nights) Sangreeta at the front desk check in was nice and the young man who oversaw the breakfast area was very nice and kept things filled as well as helped when I needed it.

We really enjoyed the clean room and very comfortable beds. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. We will definitely return.

There wasnā€™t hot water for the two nights we stayed and we complained to the manager, Sangeeta. She told us that they had 20 people check in at the same time and didnā€™t have hot water because everyone was showering at the same time. She told us there will be hot water in the morning but we still did not have hot water. She told us we could shower after check-out time after we were fully dressed and checking-out. She told us she will give us a 15% discount for the inconvenience but she decided to not give us any discount. She even tried to blame us for not showering after the check-out time. Stay away from this hotel. You wonā€™t have hot water to shower and will get ripped off.

The room was clean, nice breakfast in the morning, pet friendly, and overall a comfortable stay. The smart TV acted a little funny, but that could have been used error. But definitely a great place to stay the night!

It's a really great place to stay. Convenient to Niagara falls and restaurants and stuff. Very polite staff and a great breakfast. Well worth the price! The rooms could be a little bit more quieter. Highly recommended!

This is a sweet, clean, simple little place to stay right outside of the Niagara Falls center of action on the USA side. Pet friendly, free breakfast, Starbucks nearby (I know..I know) and amazing rates. Super nice staff too! Just a great all around stay at Niagara. Thanks Guys!

We really enjoyed ourselves. We were on our honeymoon and really enjoyed Niagara Falls. The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfy and cozy and the pillows too! We were definitely come to this hotel again someday. Thank you for being so friendly and nice.

The receptionist was really nice and really accommodating. But the room was disgusting! Iā€™m usually not that picky about decor etcā€¦ but cleanliness is a must. The room smelt like sweat, we had to ask for clean sheets cause there were hairs and weird oil stains all over them, the mattress cover also had big yellow stains and brown stains on the edge, the bed frame had weird white clumps of ā€œdustā€ all along the bottom. Not only that, but the carpet hasnā€™t been vacuumed in months and I personally had to wipe feces off the walls and around the toilet bowl in the bathroom. I was up all night paranoid about the possibility of bed bugs. For $160CAD a night, not recommended!!! I try to only post positive reviews, but this was actually awful.

Room was so small we upgraded to one with 2 queen beds and still very small. It was affordable and had reasonable pet fee for our dog. Heard TV noise from adjacent room all night. Cold water was too warm in the evening to serve it to our dog for drinking.

When we first got here, the room ā€œseemedā€ clean. Then I went into the bathroom. The sink was filthy, (no exaggeration) all around the top and in the bowl. It definitely had NOT been cleaned. About that time, a woman, without knocking, let herself in to our room. When she saw me she quickly said sorry and excused herself. I stopped her to tell her about the sink. She immediately came in and cleaned it. Looked completely different when finished. The floors are not carpeted. Before I went to bed, I noticed the bottoms of my feet were black. Obviously, the floors rarely get mopped. When I told the same lady in the morning, she said sheā€™d do it herself. Not sure if she did but they certainly didnā€™t look like it where the light shined in from the window. The coffee maker takes these flat little filter pods. I had ONE pod in my room upon check in. When I went to use it, I had to empty out the old one the last guest used. The next day when they came in to ā€œmopā€, they managed to empty the trash, give fresh towels and more wrapped coffee cups. However, failed to make the bed, and didnā€™t even give more coffee pods or empty out my old pod. (And Iā€™m pretty darn sure they didnā€™t mopā€¦ I suppose Iā€™ll see if my feet are black again tonight). They seem to do a once over on these rooms and it truly has me concerned if they change the sheets regularly.

Did not enjoy my stay at all. My room had this big bug in it that I feel was a bedbug. Wouldn't switch my handicapped accessible room to a regular room. Wouldn't refund me my money either. I feel like I been treated like this all because I am a minority. Y'all better check yall beds if y'all plan on staying here and y'all walls for bugs.

Had this hotel booked by an agent. Super disappointed really. The room is filthy, there was multiple hairs in the bed when we pulled the cover back, and it stinks of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel.. very musty. We alerted reception who advised she was the only one working, so gave us sheets to change the bed. Given how many hotels there are around, this is a poor choice in my opinion.

This place looks run down and cheap, it gives off Ross vibes. I bought 2 nights then showed up and it looked bad so I canceled before check in and I only got a partial refund. Itā€™s affordably priced so that is nice I guess but donā€™t book it if your trying to having a nice romantic vacation. Also itā€™s in a bad looking area of town.

Sangeetha at the front desk was most helpful! She allowed me and my Son to check in early due to exhaustion and I couldn't drive any further. She was able to give a veteran discount and helped with all of our needs. Also free breakfast was AMAZING! We got to make fresh waffles on our own and they were delicious! As well as fresh juice and coffee and eggs and sausage! Thank you so much for being a safe place to lay our heads!!!!

The ac/heater won't work I took a video and showed it to receptionist she was helpful came to my room and tried to fix the machine but even after turning it off and on it didn't work. we thought it would work but it ended up not working. I was having hard time breathing in the room.

Small rooms, smelled musty. Our trip companions had a problem with the toilet and they just gave them a plunger. One person on duty for a three story hotel does not work. Won't be back.

This hotel is a gem! Very clean, comfy rooms. The room was small but spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I slept great which I don't typically do in a hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety of food, including hot foods. Staff was very friendly. I chose this hotel for the location, price &being pet friendly. I was arriving late and leaving early morning so didn't care about a fancy hotel. I ended up loving it and chose it again when I traveled a couple weeks later. I will definitely be staying here again. The quality for the price is amazing.

The manager of this location is very helpful, I left an important item and was too far away to pick it up and she was kind enough to help ship it to me. Rooms were also very clean and other service was great, will stay again.

Sangeeta who looks after the property was such a ray of sunshine. Her smile is contagious. She does everything from register you at the front desk to cleaning the rooms to making sure breakfast area and as I understand from others does so much more. The rooms are all redone. The beds and pillows excellent. Everything was very clean. And last but not least we could bring our tiny fur baby. Only minutes from shopping and 10 mins from Seneca casino. Will be back for sure

I had a good experience during my stay but an excellent experience with customer service from Sangeeta! She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. I'd stay here again just for her! I highly recommend this place, close to the Niagara Falls and other attractions. Rooms are clean and is a safe area for families to enjoy.

When we arrived there was no one at the Check in desk. There was a paper that said to call this number ā€¦.. we were from out of the country and did not have access to a working phone. We waited for over half hour and saw no one. Went to the 2nd floor where we found staff. Terrible customer serviceā€¦ no lobby. Hotel floors and carpets were dirty and never cleaned for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is from 7am to 9am , terrible ! No cable service, they have an Amazon stick you need to have access to your own apps . Rooms are rundown and smell.

The price was decent, but when I arrived the Blanket cover had pet fur all on it! They provided me with fresh clean blanket and sheets. When I checked out, I explained to the manager, a very short petite lady, what transpired and she wouldn't provide me with a discount, not even an apology!! Completely lack of customer serive!!!

Was a nice hotel for the price. Took a group of 20 students. Check in was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable and hot showers. Morning breakfast had a nice small selection to get us ready for the day. Was a little worried about the negative reviews but we had a nice stay and would come back again.

Hotel reeks of chroline first step in and they donā€™t have a pool. We had our privacy signs on the door and still breached our privacy. Sangeeta ā€œthe so called managerā€ gave us a unsincere apology and said word for word, ā€œwhatā€™s the problem no oneā€™s stealing from you.ā€ Instead of trying to make the problem better. Worst experience ever had dont try to save a couple dollars and stay here itā€™s definitely worth finding a real establishment thatā€™s cares about its guests , rather than Sangeeta and her unprofessional staff. 0 stars if possible

For two nights that I was at the hotel, there was no hot water, terrible customer service and flat out racism. The receptionist, Sangeeta, would not accommodate. She kept reiterating that the water would reheat within a few minutes even though I and another customer, Aja, complained about not having hot water for two days. Sangeeta at first said that we would receive a discount for the inconvenience but it turned out that she gave it to Aja instead of to me and my family. She went back on her word and we are currently extremely frustrated with the poor service, poor treatment, and lack of effective communication this place has showed us. We will be filing a formal complaint regarding this poor experience.

Our visit here was terrible!! We ended up not even staying because when we went to our room we found it dirty and was told we would have to wait an hour for it to be cleaned. Check in was at 3pm we got there after 7pm there was no excuse. And for some reason the front desk thought it was funny to ask my mother if she wanted to go up and help housekeeping clean our room. I would NEVER recommend staying here!

It's a good price, 10-15 min from the falls, but dirty!! Our bedspread was stained, hair around, bathroom was chipped. I got eye rolled and huffed at the front desk. Overall, never coming back. I'd be ok with the thin walls and rude service is the room was clean. But it's a big no from me
